Imagine if everyone in the world had a spawn point and every time you wake up you appear at your spawn point no matter where you fell asleep
Absolutely loving the dedication to performance here. You never disappoint when there’s a show to be had.
Frank, can you please give me a tarot card reading?
Sure

He has mastered the art of spontaneously appearing in the conversation despite being 8(?) feet tall.
Entrapta, in comparison, tends to drop from the ceiling if she wants to tell someone something.
I enjoy the concept of Hordak defaulting to looming over people from behind. Like, that is how he arrives to start a conversation. He means nothing negative by it; it's just his natural way of inserting himself into a social situation. No matter where he is.
People just see his tall shadow fall over them. They turn around slowly, and there he is. Glaring down at them. Stony-faced. Red eyes glowing. Deeply intimidating.
Only to ask them where the restroom is. Or to offer up the WiFi password he and Entrapta just finished decoding. Or to invite them to Sunday afternoon tea at the Crypto Castle.
Its my new favorite post too
thats really awesome and furthermore, proceeds to find new ways to warp between sex, FBI"s and um really nice speed

if a werewolf dies but they were an organ donor does someone get a new kidney that turns into a wolf kidney once a month
nothings really all that real. like time is split into 12s and 60s because of sumerians and babylonians. the ideal ratio of oxygen to carbon dioxide is based on what it was when our specific shape of stupid meatsack evolved and thus what were adapted to. we make noises into our electronic boxes all day and they get turned into and exist as 1s and 0s on a server somewhere until someone else asks the server to show it to them at which point they're converted back into something people can read. or maybe they can't read it so they send it to another server that changes it from one human language to another and then shows the translated version, represented by a different sequence of 1s and 0s, to them. sometimes a lightbulb burns out because too much charge ran through it. your walls might have asbestos on them because it was a really pretty green and they didnt know it was toxic yet. you can actually buy peppermint bark at any time of year, its just harder to find them in spring. people do yoga with goats. pomeranians and great danes are the same species. you can usually extract an image from a webpage by going through devtools, which i only learned how to do because i wanted to see someones discord profile in higher definition. you can go to a pharmacy and get hair dye, ibuprofen, nail polish, and a candy bar in the same trip.
seriously this existence is completely arbitrary and mostly artificial and we should all just chill the fuck out. i advocate being nice to each other because nothing really matters so why make things worse?
The tma fandom seems to have unlocked our psychic capabilities. Let me explain.
If you’re on the tma tag, or just have a lot of tma art on your dash, you see art of characters you have only heard the voices of. And you go “Oh, that’s Jon!” “Oh, that’s Melanie!” “Oh, that’s Tim!” And only a handful of these characters have distinctly described traits (like Gerry’s eye tattoos), and fewer still have recurring appearances, or that we hear the voices of. And yet we all agree, roughly, on what they look like. Even if someone has a different design, instead of going “who the hell is that”, you go “well, that’s not what I think Georgie looks like, but I know it’s Georgie without having to check the tags”.
This gets even more interesting when you look at Sasha. Because she gets *replaced*. And so many drawings of not!Sasha label her as Sasha for the bit/for spookiness, but we all somehow *know* when we’re looking at not!Sasha, even when the drawing has no other spookiness.
Ive seen this extend too far sometimes, with a lot of Malevolent art being inadvertently assigned to tma characters, but rarely have I looked at a piece of tma art and gone “who the hell is that??”
Some of this comes down to a collective agreement on designs that happened before I got to the fandom - by the time I got here, pretty much everyone’s designs were largely nailed down. Even so, art where the designs deviate from The Socially Agreed Design are still readily recognizable as the characters. I’m getting to see this with Alice, too - I can look at almost any Alice drawing and go “yep, that’s Alice” and she’s only existed in our collective consciousness for like three months and her design isn’t solidified yet.
I literally fell to my knees laughing at this and i dont know why
I actually like how after every episode of tmagp some tma-listeners analyse statements like sommelier when he talks about some rich wine like hmmm this one is clearly the lonely with a slight hint of the stranger and maybe notes of the spiral and I think I can sense some desolation in here
Gremlin that visits random tags and profiles and likes 50 things and is never seen againMostly tma fandom thoughts tbhYippie
