A friend threatened me to repost so I will!
Basically, there r tons of fake asses on tumblr who just want comments and followers, so someone started this to see who's actually a good friend. Everyone I tag better repost (and tag other people and preferably threaten them in a creative way as well) bc I'm high on caffeine and newfound lesbianism and will resort to violence.

i don't particularly have an urge to be a guy or something but i'm a morbidly curious person and i need, NEED to know what it's like to be a young rockstar getting bras thrown at his face during performances. or what it's like to be courted as a princess hundreds of years ago. shifting to be myself and feel whole in my main dr, yes, but also shifting to be everything, everyone, everywhere, in every time period. i cannot explore this planet anymore, for satellites and other explorers have already found where land starts and ends, so i will explore the multiverse in its stead. the multiverse wasn't made for limits, and neither was my consciousness.

hi just discovered a shifting superpower and it's called "going into the void state visualising what happened BEFORE you shift into the dr"
for example i always shift to when i wake up in my dr, so i was in the void state, imagining what happened while i was falling asleep
TELL ME WHY i literally got VIOLENT FLASHBACKS, LIKE ACTUAL MEMORIES, OF WHAT HAPPENED IN THE DR BEFORE I FELL ASLEEP

and it felt so much like i was already in my dr, like i was my dr self thinking about a memory, and i could see everything and EVERYTHING AND—
and then i got pulled out of it because i REALISED i felt like i was in my DR, and it kinda felt like that one transition where everything zooms out and then everything is just. black.
but MY EYES DIDN'T OPEN, EVERYTHING WAS LITERALLY JUST BLACK. i've been in the void state but THIS WAS DIFFERENT. it wasn't just a meditative state, it felt like i was for real in a completely black space, no up or down, nothing tangible around me
and then i got pulled back into the CR.
i will now be assuming that i'm a prophet and i only didn't manage to shift this time so that i could share the method with the masses and then shift the next time

THE RECAP METHOD
how do you use the method?
pick any number to count to. the number isn't what matters, what matters is your intention; "i will enter the void state once i count to this number." if you get distracted/reminded of the CR while counting, start over.
you're in the void state. don't think about it too hard, don't go "wow i can't feel anything," because then you'll likely start to feel again, which will ground you back in reality and out of the void state.
while in the void state, pick a scenario for how you got to the point you'll shift to. play it out in your mind, visualise it; did you drink hot cocoa in the kitchen before coming back to your room for the night? was it tasty? did you talk to anyone? how were you feeling emotionally? did you fall asleep immediately? did you toss and turn? are you in bed alone, or with someone else, or with a pet? or maybe you're not in your own bedroom at all — you're with your S/O after a freaky (or not) night, or you're in the hospital after a car accident. it doesn't matter where you are, just make sure you know how you got there. you're not imagining, it already happened, it is done; you're REMEMBERING.
things might start feeling really real around here. that's fine. focus on the present; you're already in your DR, it's no big deal, you already shifted. right? right.
anyway, once you get to the target point, focus on that. affirm where, when, and with who you are, how you're feeling emotionally, etc. (for me, i affirm that i'm asleep in x place in my dr, so i'll wake up naturally when the shift is done). get in the mind of your DR self, and know, in your heart, that there is no difference between your DR and CR self, because you're already in your DR right now.
it's just normal shifting from here. ground yourself in your DR. rant to your subconscious about what you have planned for the day, how you feel about the people in your life, if you're excited for the outfit you preplanned today, if you hope it'll be a sunny day or maybe a rainy one. hell, use the 54321 method for panic attacks and tell yourself what you're seeing/feeling instead of checking if you're in your DR/checking the 3D for validation. just be your DR self, and your DR will appear around you. congratulations, you've shifted.
(a/n): this is based heavily off my two best shifts, as well as @sheeezu's method. if you ask me, the key to shifting is literally just being your DR self (which @stilljuststardust explained better in their post). that's why this method (remembering) worked so well for me, that's why my last shift happened while i was thinking about my childhood in my DR, and that's why many people tell you to imagine being your DR self/getting in your DR self's mind so you can shift. someone once said your 4D/consciousness shifts first and the 3D/surroundings/senses follows after, and i think that's the best way to put it. of course, what works for me might not work for everyone, this is just based on my personal experience.

Weelllll a "typical" day would be a school day for me💫 I wake up, do my little morning routine (yk typical ig I mean what'd you expect from me) and I get to school from a train after walking with my older brother💫 it depends on the so called "timeline" I'm in, but after all the new things are more familiar (I moved countries-) I tend to find myself with my friend at school and go on with my schedule (I still don't know what it looks like but imma have it the way I would prefer it yk!) Throughout the day I just pester my friend honestly, and yes I pass all of my classes (school stresses me out in my "cr" but I made sure I put that it's a breeze... school stress sucks.💔) After school I go with my friend to practice skateboarding (he hated it sm at first but I couldn't care less nor understood why)
After a while we would each go home☆
Upon my arrival😌, I would greet my gorgeous cats (considering having other pets but ehhh) and probably get changed from my uniform and have dinner😋 I live with my parents and brother (I contemplated not having a mom for reasons but honestly I want a healthy familial relationship😞) I'd do my homework afterwards if I had any (contemplating scripting that I don't)

Yeah, though it's rather simple. When I don't go out to race, I get ready to sleep with all of my cats♡
Again, nothing special, just make sure to get ready for school and pamper my cats as well♡ (can't leave em unattended)
My oh so dear cat-like friend... I kind of just clung to him for a while
I try to take care of myself as much as possible since I'm a skater but I definitely love to treat myself for entire days (though I tend to invite my friends many times)

Just because you haven't shifted yet doesn't mean you can't Will you trust in what I'll tell you? Just for the duration of this post? You are not broken, not doing it wrong. There isn't anything like "not spiritual enough" or "not aligned enough", "not ready enough" or any of the crap that your inner doubts viciously whisper into your ear at 3AM. You are just a person, just human. Someone trying something so weird, hard, strange and yet something so beautiful like shifting, and something most of the world doesn't even believe in. That takes guts. Shifting isn't a linear, one-size-fits-all thing. Shifting isn't a video game you master by leveling up and spending thousands of hours on it. There is no test, finish line, invisible scoreboard you need to glance at. Just because you haven't shifted yet doesn't mean you are failing. Doesn't mean that you aren't trying hard enough or that you are missing something. Just means your 4D and your 3D haven't lined up yet. But that doesn't mean they never will. Honestly said, you could shift tonight. Tomorrow. Next week. In six months when you least expect it. You could shift in the middle of doing something completely unrelated. The nature of shifting seems to be unpredictable, personal and unproveable until you experience it yourself. Should I tell you something else? Nothing you ever did to shift was wasted. Not the time you spent scripting, visualizing, hoping, crying, failing and trying once again. It all matters in the moment, but once you reach your goal, it will not matter any longer how long it took you. You are not running backwards. You are simply on your own way, and maybe that way is a bit longer. You don't owe anyone a set deadline, not even yourself. Try to take the pressure off your shoulders, you are not a machine that can push itself to the limit forever. You are a soul, allowed to be tired and frustrated, allowed to take a break and come back when it feels right for you. Maybe try tonight. Or don't. Script, or don't. Listen to your heart and body, try when you feel like it, not when you have to force yourself. I promise you are close, the fucking door is still wide open. Your chance hasn't run away, it's there. It will all be worth it.
