Here’s an unpopular opinion I can’t stop thinking about: I hate the idea of Jegulus raising Harry. Look, I feel like there’s quite a few issues with it (ahem making Lily into a surrogate, making Lily into a villain that leaves Harry etc,) but that’s not what I’m talking about right now. (although that is important to talk about them) Personally, my biggest issue with Jegulus raising Harry, is Regulus.
Look me in the eye and tell me Regulus Black loves children. Do it. I dare you. Finding yourself incapable of saying those words a loud? It’s because they aren’t true. Regulus black does not love children. I refuse to believe it. Three kids and a big house is probably his version of living hell. LET REGULUS BE MORALLY GREY. LET HIM BE A BAD GUY.
Personally I think he’d make a shit parent. He is so traumatized and his morals are loose and the minute James would mention kids he’d run for the fucking hills and you know it.
Thanks for coming to my tedtalk.
the fact that we need 8 hours of sleep is ridiculous we should only need 4 and the other 4 should be used to be cozy in your bed and rub your legs together like a cricket and listen to music and think about your little scenarios
i’m here to have a good time, not a canon-compliant time.
I admit, I didn't show everything. But YES. BARTYLUS.
something something bartylus being so tender and careful with each other for their years of friendship but when they finally confess their mutual, deeply emotional feelings for each other then the need to be cautious completely disappears because they’re entitled to each other now and their love becomes so raw
repeat after me.
