Crowley can see the ideology of an angel trying to be the best he can be with how their psychology works and he can just see that path and how fucked it is.

The way the angels are working they're in a prison of their own making. They don't see how asanine they are compared to how the world works. Even demons understand things more because of how damned they are.

But angels are supposed to be the ideal beings, but their innocence is perverted. * cue James Baldwin quote here*

God I really love the relationship between these two. They have such a good relationship. I mean it's toxic, but they have such a good relationship.

I love how the background music for the scene with Desire and Despair sounds like a heartbeat. Reminding us we're in the heart of the building.
