Right now, famine is hitting us harder than ever, my heart cries whenever I go to the market to buy any basic necessities! The prices are crazy, and most days my children survive on just bread Hunger and thirst are destroying us, and cooking on fire increases our suffering unbearably! Severe eye and chest sensitivity, in addition to constant stomach pain due to the type of food and the way it is cooked.
All this while we flee from one place to another in fear of bombing, bullets, and imminent danger! I cannot describe what I feel, but it is a feeling beyond exhaustion!

I'm making this to have it off my chest. I don't want this to turn into a drama or whatever, but kind of like a PSA to maybe avoid this person and not support him
Oranges, the translator who's known in the manga community as the one who does most of the translation work for MP's manga is a bit of a dubious guy, let me explain
It starts with Me, Idien, and Aisterion who are planning to translate the San Francisco Arc around August 2023, we paid Ai to translate it and we're gonna be responsible for the scans.
Flash a couple months later, we decided to alert Oranges about our project on his server, because we worried if he didn't know then it would appear that we wanted to compete and we didn't want to flood mangadex with two groups doing the same chapters. Keep in mind this was around the time where he didn't release any chapters in a while so we thought it was fine to do our own.
The dryness of the response sorta irked me but we decided to continue our work since we've paid Ai already
Days after, I found out Oranges then uploaded his own translation of San Fran, and I was banned from his server.
He then went on a frenzy, uploading San Fran chapters at insane speed. In addition, he also skipped about 20 chapters just to upload San Fran, which goes to show he is doing this in response to my project.
I was very bothered with this since this is a clear act of pettiness and trying to one-up our well meaning efforts. I really didn't understand why he was doing this, I think he wanted to maintain this monopoly he has over Shin Lupin and anyone that tries to do their own translation will be his enemy of some sort.
Interestingly, when we finished our translation and are currently posting them on Mangadex, he then- again- uploaded more chapters in a frenzy, which is why you now have those Yapland chapters.
And just now, as I was planning to translate Welcome to Adultland with Ai yesterday, Oranges then proceeded to upload HIS translation of Adultland TODAY.
Interesting pattern of event don't you think...?
To me, Oranges is trying to stamp out whatever effort from others to translate anything Shin Lupin related. It really upsets me because I am completely doing this out of good intentions for the fandom, but it seems to me that he wants to only do this to have all the credit of translating a series all to himself. What kind of person takes a 2 year hiatus, only to come back from the dead when he's heard that there's someone else trying to do his work?
It's been extremely frustrating seeing this, so yeah, that's it. Take these stories however way you want.

Headcanon: Lupin is Genderfluid
hiii gamers I'm back to spout some more rambles, this time i will talk woke shit
I've had this headcanon for a while, not only does it I feel makes sense to his character and his whole shapeshifter kind of deal but I have uhh "evidence"- aka. moments in the manga that hints to him not giving af about his gender
(P.S. i wanna first say that I'm not genderfluid myself nor have any friends that are, so sorry if what i say about genderfluidity is incorrect, please correct me if there's anything i say here that is wrong.)
I'll first start on why it makes sense without the evidence. Lupin countless times, manga and anime, disguises as either man or woman, showing that he is comfortable serving the role of any gender. Perhaps he even disguises as a woman at times to reflect his shift in gender identity.
While you may argue that disguises doesn't necessarily mean anything trans-related, Jigen also uses disguises but I don't think there's been any time in the manga where he disguised as a woman, Zenigata once disguised as a woman but purely out of necessity to catch Lupin, and Goemon actually had dressed as a woman and seemed to enjoy it, but I think my friend already made a post about how she thinks he's a closeted trans-woman already so I'm not gonna touch on that.
Lupin is the only character that consistently disguises as a woman and acts very natural about it, implying he does feel comfortable as a woman, though I think he leans more towards identifying as a man most of the time (or secretly neither).

There was also this passage in New Adventures that Zeni questions whether Lupin behind the mask is a man or a woman, perhaps neither. He is a complete mystery on the inside, and that includes his true gender.

The fact that he feels threatened could imply that he's uncomfortable about his gender, but then again I think it's mostly him messing with Zenigata considering it was a fakeout. He doesn't strike me as the insecure type about that sort of thing.
Regardless, MP wrote this here for a purpose so I like to interpret it as Lupin being gender ambiguous.
Lastly, the dual chapter story, Ch. 80 - Brain Swap and Ch. 81 - Body Work, has Lupin forcefully get his brain swapped with this old man that wants to live forever. To get him out of the old man's body, Lupin tricks the scientist to swap his brain with Fujiko, thinking that he is the old man in Lupin's body. BUT ANYWAY
HE IS WAY TOO COMFORTABLE IN FUJIKO'S BODY.
WHAT CIS MAN JUST CASUALLY WALKS AROUND IN A WOMAN'S BODY LIKE THAT? that's right he is not cis he is Genderfluid that is my very extremely convincing and conclusive evidence on why Lupin drank the gender fluid.
He even called it a remarkable experience, I think he was a bit happy about being in a woman's body for the first time

can you elaborate on the fnaf book thing?i'm all ears because the others books are such a clusterfuck that this sounds really funny
Okay I don't have all the answers, the book isnt even public to my knowledge, and I don't keep up w the books so I may be taking things out of context and I got all of this from Twitter but from what I gathered the protagonist of this story, who is a murderous social media influencer or something, basically frames an old man for a bunch of stuff he did and then I guess he kills him?? Or something??? And then afterwards everyone's like "oooh this poor old man he wasn't a bad person at all" and people were QUICK to notice a possibility it's a vent piece about how he was "canceled." It's probably more plausible that it was cut because it has absolutely NOTHING to do with fnaf like at all? But it could very well be one bc Scott HAS vented through fnaf before (that one fnaf world ending comes to mind). Old man being "harrassed"by a social media influencer and then ending by saying the people blaming the old man are the REALLLL monsters??? Yeah. The parallels are just a little too uh. Yeah.
Anyone at all feel free to provide any context as I'm just summarizing random social media people thoughts 😭😭 this sounds funny af though
