head canon: i think her running in with the evil warriors and keldor when she was younger was extremely calculated lmao. like she'd already heard of keldor and probably realized he would be a ticket to power. so i'm guessing she was spying on them for WEEKS at minimum--studying their abilities and how to exploit their weaknesses, what they were after, where they were headed, etc. then decided to teleport over and swipe the orb and wait for them to catch up so she could beat the shit out of everyone and impress that hot half-gar conqueror.

Why do I keep ending up in fandoms that glorify and romanticise abuse? I don’t know how it keeps happening, but here’s what I signed up for when I entered my fandoms, vs what I got:

Helluva Boss expectation: Wacky assassin comedy about demons killing people in the living world on behalf of sinners in Hell

Helluva Boss reality: Watch Blitzø get raped and then be forced to date his rapist but also feel bad for the rapist because he’s an uwu soft sad gay bean

Fruits Basket expectation: A drama/slice of life show about a girl finding family, and her and said family healing from their trauma

Fruits Basket reality: All of the trauma in the Sohma family can be boiled down to the most abusive cunt you’ll ever meet in your life, but also WHY DON’T YOU FEEL BAD FOR AKITO THE ABUSER? DON’T YOU WANT HER AND SHIGURE TO DATE? Also there’s incest and pedophilia and for some reason that’s treated like it’s ok

She-Ra expectation: Reboot of that cool show from the 80s about magical princesses fighting against the EVIL OVERLORD

She-Ra reality: Abusive war criminal gets away with all of her crimes, and as a bonus, she gets to date the very girl she abused. NOW FEEL BAD FOR THE ABUSIVE WAR CRIMINAL

Lyn wasn’t thinking about power, ambition, their plans. She didn’t care. Keldor was alive.

I will never get over how gorgeous he looks in this game. I liked DBFZ Frieza but this one is the most faithful to his original design. I could stare at him hours.

Because let’s face it, the only He-Man characters who really have much semblance of any kind of plot that doesn’t involve GETTING MORE POWER are the girls.

Also, without that helmet, Evil Lyn is just plain HOT. :o

How does Kaz take care of Lin when she is sick? Does he coddle her a lot despite her aversion to it? And assuming she is severely unwell, how would Kaz nurse her back to health?

Oh gosh, not particularly.

He’s really good with helping her out if she’s recovering from an injury but not as good if she’s severely ill. If it’s an injury he will absolutely pick up her slack and carry things/ clean whatever needs cleaning- cook her something etc

But, if Lin has the flu he’s prob tossing her a box of tissues and medicine from a room away bc he doesn’t want to catch it. Literally
