I’ve been in the art block trenches y’all, so if my last two piece for Joel week ever get done then it’ll probably be a while from now so in the meantime here’s some sketchbook brainstorming I did a while ago for them

In general, I rarely draw non mcyt related art, but I’ll draw the occasional MCR or magic the gathering fanart. However, I do take requests, and they don’t necessarily have to be Minecraft related! If you send in a drawing ask, as long as it’s within reason, I’ll draw it! Unless of course tumblr eats the ask, which it has already eaten five of them and I have no idea how to retrieve them, so, to anyone reading this post who may have sent in any sort of ask, but I haven’t responded, please try sending it again! But yeah, OCs, sonas, other fandoms- I’m open to pretty much any req.

When the boat boys turned red, Joel “green stripe” smallishbeans probably dyed his hair with ease, but Etho might’ve needed a little help. I mean, when you die and come back from the dead as evil murderers, you’ve got to get your makeover just right before you go back and kill everyone!

Someone should write a fic about this where they have to stand really close to each other for Joel to dye Ethos hair properly and they’re weird and gay about it. <- whoa who said that.

Just something quick and sketchy. I’m trying out some new brushes to speed up the drawing process, and I think it looks alright. Pro tip: if the art isn’t arting cause you’re out of ideas, search up “what national holidays are today”. Better drawing prompt list than anything you’ll find googling what to draw, especially cause if you’re not seeing anything you like there are 364 other days to try.

It’s kinda messy cause I was on a time crunch and trying out some different brushes, and also Cherri is surprisingly hard to find a reference of. Like, Cherri what shoes do you wear. Cause I have never seen them. I ended up going with a fanart I found of her for the rest of the outfit that I couldn’t piece together via stream thumbnails, but Cherri please give us a reference of your sona it’s so pretty and I wanna draw it properly! Anyways yeah. Also as I was drawing this I noticed that Cherri just. Like. Has pointy teeth. I did not notice this before. How have I never noticed this before? Am I the only who just, like missed that the pink flower magic fire eyeball lady has extra sharp danger biteys? Anyway sorry for rambling I love your art Cherri and I love watching your streams and seeing all the stuff you draw in YouTube thumbnails and being like “I know who drew that!” and singing along to the crane wives during your streams and drawing along to your vods!!
