i'm water fasting today and i came to the gym but my body isn't strong enough for a workout... i did 3 legs exercises and couldn't lift weights anymore so i decided to do some cardio, i did 10 minutes of bike and my muscles are already sore π«

65g of broccoli, 25g of cauliflower, 40g of carrots, 80g of tilapia (137kcal and 23g of protein)
β’ dinner:
50g of carrots, 70g of air fryed potato, 77g of tilapia (171kcal and 22g of protein)
total: 308kcal and 45g of protein
