140g of chicken breast, 30g of tomato extract and 30g of light ricotta cream (255kcal and 43g of protein)

edit: i dont count the calories for seasonings/stuff i add for taste because if i'm only eating one meal the least i can do is make it taste good - so i used a splash of worcestershire sauce, ~1tsp of ketchup, ~1tsp of mustard, salt, garlic powder and black pepper (it tastes amazing i recommend trying this recipe πŸ˜‹)

i stopped training but sticked to my fast

just broke it with some poke (no rice) 😊

i'm water fasting today and i came to the gym but my body isn't strong enough for a workout... i did 3 legs exercises and couldn't lift weights anymore so i decided to do some cardio, i did 10 minutes of bike and my muscles are already sore 🫠

my mom is kinda of an almond mom but since she noticed i'm losing weight she worried for like two days about it (since i was diagnosed as a teen and all) but now she's putting me on the position of an almond daughter ?? like she texts me all day about what she should or shouldn't eat and asking for weight loss advice

oh my lmao i never thought it was a possible thing (i'm only giving her healthy advices ok i promise)

today i ate fish, broccoli and carrots + a dulce de leche protein drink

78g is roughly how much fat you'll lose after one day in a 700kcal deficit, which sounds like nothing and you know you won't see it

but after 10 days in a 700kcal deficit, you'll lose 780g

and after a month, you'll have lost 2.34kg - stay consistent, restrict, and watch your body change <3

this is your reminder that 1g of fat has around 9kcal - this is how you calculate the deficit you need to achieve your goal
