No idea how I’m gonna cope during my 48 hour fast though 😅 recently I’ve been exhausted by like 4pm despite sleeping pretty well, and that’s with me eating three decent meals a day (kinda have to while my boyfriend was off). The lack of energy while I’m fasting might literally kill me

The one and only thing I really hate about living with my boyfriend is that I can’t just not eat when he’s around 😫 I’ve done so well all day today but when he gets home from work I’m gonna have to eat something for dinner… I guess I’ll just try and pick something low in calories and pray I still lose
