Bruiseshipping Headcanons Pt. 7: Tall!Jay x Short!Cole

-Listen Cole might be short but, he’ll still top Jays ass-

-Jay puts his elbow on top of Coles heard and messes up his hair; Cole doesn’t appreciate this but, he knows that Jays just messing around

-Coles gotta stand up straight to kiss Jay (assuming he’s like 5’7ish and Jays like 5’10 or so)

-He’ll also do a little jump to kiss Jay; Jay literally think this is the cutest thing he’s ever saw in his life

-Jay might be y’all but, Cole is still stronger and will pick up Jay whenever he feels like it

-So you just see the short buff guy carrying around his y’all boyfriend; Cole is hella proud of that

-Cole burys his face into Jays chest when he wants a hug; Jay happily hugs back

-Coles gotta slightly look up to see Jay; Jay always smiles down on him

-Cole likes to do this thing where he’ll jump on Jays back at random and it startles him so much that they both fall to the ground

-Awwww Jays gotta bend down to Kiss Coles cheeeeek (idk why but I find that so fucking cute)

Meet the Walkers!

The Walkers live in the Sea of Sand, owning a junkyard named Ed & Edna’s Scrap N’ Junk. They were highschool sweethearts and have been together all this time.

ED Age: 52

Not an Elemental Master, but a good tinkerer and business owner. He tends to be forgetful, but is loving towards his wife Edna and their son Jay. Not a very skilled fighter, but will protect them if need be. He and Edna switch between running the junkyard and taking Jay to the monastery.

EDNA Age: 51

Not an Elemental Master either. Extremely loving and caring of people, especially her family. She takes part in a quilting group in the village nearby. She enjoys bringing Jay to the monastery, and meeting other parents whose children have powers, as this revelation about Jay was a surprise to the couple.

JAY Age: 5 Master of Lightning

At first it was confusing as to how Jay was the Master of Lightning, considering his parents. But it came to light that he was the child of Libber Gordon, the previous Master of Lightning, who sadly perished when he was a baby, saving Ninjago City. He is an energetic boy who enjoys making friends, video games, and technology in general. As he possesses one of the four Elements of Creation, and has no parent to teach him how to use his powers, he is part of Wu’s class.

Jays Crush on Cole Headcanons

-Everytime Cole smiles at Jay his heart skipped like 12 beats and he had an internal gay panic

-He is very very obvious with his crush on Cole; Cole is very Oblivious, he’ll wrap his arms around Jay and hold him really close as a friendly thing

-Cole had no idea what he was doing to Jay

-Jay blushes very easy, when Cole catches him staring (which happens often) his face turns bright pink

-Even when Cole smiles at him, his face will turn super red

-Cole likes to boop Jays nose and trace his freckles; Jays crush would just intensify by a thousand

-Jay has such an awkward crush on him, when he was around he would stammer his words and tense up when Cole said his name. It’s kinda cute actually

Ronin Appearance Headcanons

-He has medium longish hair and a nice beard (like the one in the moodboard below)

-He has pretty brown eyes that you could get lost in and you wouldn’t even realize he just stole from you

-Hes got this really sly grin that seems very untrustworthy

-He has a few silver teeth

-He has a ton of scars on his back that he’s gathered from over the years from trying to escape

-He has gauges, not to big but, you can fit your fingers through them

-He has a robot arm that he made by himself out of scraps

-Hes got nice eyebrows, they grew naturally like that and it’s impressive

-His eyepatch is real, he lost his eye- an eye for an eye they say

-Hes got a nasty scar where that eye should be and another one right under his other eye

-He likes wearing ripped jeans, flannels, jean jackets and white T-shirts when he isn’t wearing his armor that he made

-He wears all real gold necklaces and small rings (that he stole ofc)

Raven!Jay headcanons

I had so many awesome ideas last night… (and now I can’t remember any) These are mostly pre-team up headcanons, like backstory stuff.

Jay’s father is the demon Tridon (TRIgon + gorDON)

He grew up on a junk planet/dimension (like Skaar in the MCU) with his adopted parents.

He was given to them by his mum, who was so horrified she’d had a half-demon baby, she wanted to protect him by sending him far away

His birth mum is definitely dead (demon dad found her)

First discovered his power when building something with his dad. He got so excited when it worked, it turned blue and exploded.

Powers are driven by emotions. He tries to cover by telling jokes and screaming into the void (being surrounded by junk, no one was ever in danger)

It took him a long time to figure out his emotions, leaving a lot of inventions ending up as scrap.

He can’t do his scream into the void thing on Earth because of all the people, so he rants instead.

Does his rants through meditation, writing them down in a journal using his mind. The ink shows as a glowing blue, but eventually fades to black.

Journals are prone to exploding and are therefore kept in a fireproof chest.

Instead of his powers being black and white like in the OG Teen Titans show, they’re dark blue and white when manipulating objects.

When he shoots things, his powers look like blue lightning bolts.

Does magic. Mostly in the form of telekinesis, but also for building things.

His home had lots of spell books (from his parents) and he learnt spells and invented some for his own inventions.

Would have so, many, nightmares. This poor boy. His father (the demon) would show up in dreams to try and talk to him.

Nightmares include his home burning to a crisp, dead parents, and a giant, shadowy figure being friendly while surrounded by fire.

He got curious about the dreams and when his parents wouldn’t answer questions, he used spellbooks to get them.

Basically, he accidentally summons a terrifying and power hungry demon to his hidden home because he was curious.

Learns that this crazy demon is his father, who then proceeds to thank this poor child for opening the door and proceeds to destroy his home.

Boom, no more Skaar (sorry Ed and Edna)

Jay escapes to Earth, now really scared, and eventually joins the Teen Titans to make up for his horrible parentage and actions.

Is an empath, which means he can feel others emotions.

Will sometimes wake up from someone else’s nightmare because of this.

Jay Headcanons Pt. 3: His anxiety

-Jay has extremely sensitive ears and when he’s in a loud room or their are a lot of people yelling he can become really anxious

-He has really bad social anxiety, which can explain why he can be really nervous around Nya. When he’s around all his friends though he can be really confidence and feel less nervous

-He is very fidgety and he has developed a bad habit of biting his nails from his anxiety

-He Hayes feeling useless

-He can have multiple night terrors and panic attacks when he thinks to much about being alone or when he is alone; that’s a huge fear of his. Being forgotten or being left alone

-He does worry a lot about what other people think about him and he hates to be referred to as “annoying” or “loud” it makes him extremely self conscious.

-He often feels like he annoys the other which makes him very anxious

-He can also be very insecure about his body and voice

•How he copes with his anxiety•

-He listens to soft soothing music to calm his mind

-He uses his training to take his mind off his fear and anxiety, he takes all his frustrations out on training dummies and punching bags

-He also builds thing to take his mind off of things

-The ninja know when he’s about to have a panic attack, so they tell him to focus on his breathing “breath in, and breath out.”

-they also will sit with him and comfort him while he’s going through one, they tell him soothing things and let him cry into their shoulders (if he needs it)

-They’ll also watch cartoons and movies with him to get his mind of it and bring him his favorite snacks

-Jay likes being held, so Cole, Nya, Zane, Even Kai amd Lloyd will hug/ hold him if he needs it

-When Hes feeling anxious Cole or Nya will hold his hand to let him know that he’s not alone

-This also occurs when he’s feeling anxious in public or when he’s feeling alone or when the room is too loud

-If he has a night terror, both Nya and Cole will let him sleep in their beds cause he hates being alone

-They really hate seeing him upset so they gladly let him sleep with in their beds
