Curate, connect, and discover
Okay, going on last post, here's idea number 1 of the trope:
Johnny Norrington is your normal 17 year old who's due to graduate soon. He's not very excited to graduate school, but life will just go on whether he'd like it to or not. His father, Gary, has just recently begun plans for making housing area around a lake for a new town.
One night, about a week and a half before the plans are set to begin, a shooting star falls from the sky and lands in the lake. The next day, after hearing about the comet from a friend, went down to the lake and finds five cats on the shore:Lionblaze, Jayfeather, Hollyleaf, Dovewing, and Ivypool, as they are my favorites to write about and would realistically be the most marketable for the team.
The cats would at first be wary, but eventually soften up to Johnny enough to follow him home. Dovewing would be the quickest to adjust to Johnny's presence, with Lionblaze and surprisingly Hollyleaf quiet close behind. When Johnny questions aloud what happened to the cats, he gets a total shock when the scarred white and grey cat starts hissing on about Starclan in their dreams saying that they must save the new lake by finding the 'cloudy heart of an unexpected warrior'. The fluffy gray cat beside her also explains about the sight of a hawk's feather covered in nearly blinding stars.
Johnny, although clueless about Warrior Cats and dealing with his own school and family problems, decides to help the cats with their magical prophecy and stop his father's company in only a week in a half. From making a new clan in New Jersey itself to having Twoleg warrior training to having cheesy bonding situations with the unfortunate prophesied three, Johnny may just make this cheesy family cash grab flick a more down-to-the-lake experience than the Sonic Movie, while also making a fan clan trope come true.
