Age : 34 years old

Species: Bee

Beenard is my new Oc from Bugbo, he is a bee and is the tallest of the characters (but he is not part of the group) .

And he is Stella's ex-boyfriend

" but why don't they date anymore ? "

Simple , Beenard cheated on Stella, and it wasn't just with one, but with several women . He was that type of guy who liked to be with several women, usually out of pride and to think he was hot and to impress his friends.

( He had a habit of taking photos of all the girls he dated and putting the photos in a book, obviously hiding them from Stella.)

However... when he started dating Stella, he felt something more in her than with other girls,he really felt attracted to her and felt a real passion, than just picking up women and sleeping with them and then taking a picture . He really wanted to have something more with her, so he really fell in love with her, and he just wanted to know her , but the problem is how he would have to deal if she discovered the photographs, So he decided to throw the book into a lake.

But, on the way, he met his lover, and she really believed that he loved her, so he despaired, as she kept saying that she wanted to have a family with him and other things. Until he saw Stella, she was looking for him, and he despaired , trying to run away, but the other girl grabbed his hand, trying to kiss him , he tried to escape, but it was too late, Stella saw him with that other woman .

Stella : Beenard ?!...

Beenard : STELLA ! I can explain...

But he ended up dropping the book on the floor, and Stella ended up seeing the photographs, all of them, and she was horrified. Stella's heart broke, she never suspected him, she really loved him, so much that they even slept together, and he treated her well.

Beenard was trying to explain, but Stella just wanted to know one thing, that he was always cheating on her, he had no other solution than to confess that he cheated on her several times, but he He tried to say that now it would be different, that he would really be a better person, but before he finished speaking, he received a slap from Stella , Stella was sad and angry, and that she never wanted to see him again, and left . Beenard just watched her go, amazed at what happened, while the other girl next to him also hit him and left ( At that moment, a tear came out of him).

After that, he meets Stella again, he was looking for Stella, because he still loved her, but Stella only harbored hatred for him (he wouldn't stop until he got her back, bringing flowers and everything she liked ) . And during that time, he ended up meeting Bugbo, and he ended up having a certain rivalry with him, as they both love Stella, so they became enemies and hate each other .

Got the idea from my other drawing with the 808 pallete.

The three colors in the bi one are the same thickness because it didn't look right, I guess feel free to yell at me if that bothers you.

It's probably because it looks a little iffy but whatever it's a sketch it's not meant to be perfect, me from a few weeks ago was so dumb amirite guys

Anyway, it makes me so happy when artworks I'm particularly proud of get some attention. Especially tags or comments because like- note counts are nice and all, but what really makes me want to violently make out with you is if you specifically say something nice, or god forbid, actually point out specific details you liked because that might actually kill me. Anyway, I'm rambling. Rest assured, I'm still very slowly working on my current projects.

I don't know when I made this exactly, probably around 2020. I like a lot of elements in this design, but if I were to remake it, I'd probably do away with the wings and also change the hair.

Wanted to try something with a limited pallete, and I happen to really like how the TR-808 looks, and I was being sucked into the Hideki Naganuma rabbit hole at the time (I'm still there), so this was the result.

Credit to Kibbitzer (on DA) for the pose reference, the extra arms I had to figure out myself obviously 😔 (thankfully I managed it though)

Also, I know J-Funk/Pop and the style the 808 is usually associated with don't reallllly align but I don't care okay 😭

Anyway have some cool posters I saw.

Main projects are dragging and I wanted a little break from digital.

It's refreshing to draw on a surface that actually has some resistance, I've almost forgotten what it's like.

I should probably look at what actual crts look like because I'm kinda just wingin it here and I'm almost sure I'm missing something.

but I do bother to curve the edges, which I notice not all "filters" bother with, so maybe I'm actually doing better than average idk.

I don't know what I was hoping for, but it ended up being hot anyway, so all is well.

SHINY BUG AS- I MEAN- abdomen..

Another one I'm pretty happy with! I don't know why I decided to make it monochrome, it doesn't look any better, and ended up requiring the same amount of effort as it would have if it was in color.

Also I'm liking where my style is going here, it's fairly subtle changes now so I think I'm settling into something I'm happy with ,since it's not going through major changes anymore.

I maybe had a little too much fun with this, so I had no choice but to fully shade it and all that. I also couldn't find a good reference, so I just did it without, somehow. This is absolutely the last pose I'd expect myself to do without help, so I'm quite happy about that.

Lifetime Achievement Award is not really one of Damien's themes, it did not inform his vibes or lore in any meaningful way, but it does kinda fit in retrospect, plus it's just a good song yknow.

Also, the text took forever to make, not because it was hard to create the effect, but because I kept going back and changing things.

It didn't look right with the antennae going in and out of frame, so I ended up making them smaller, it kinda bugs me, but oh well.

Also, I'm done being sick. That was cool and all, but I wanted to draw, so I decided to stop.

Return of the Obra Dinn is a pretty cool game.

I decided to try and replicate the shading style and it turned out surprisingly good. might be my second favorite drawing of the year so far.
