Repo is an old word for fox with “revontulet” (foxfires) being the term for aurora borealis. His actual name is “Aavi” which as a name is a variation of “Aave” meaning ghost (everyones fave babygirl). Hati after the norse wolf and Päivömieli being Aikamieli (an old name) + an alternative way to spell “day”. Aikamies is also a term for grown man, which has a joke i wont explain here
