America just bombed Yemen, ICE is apparently kidnapping international students and making them disappear, the war in Palestine is still ongoing, Congo is going through a silent holocaust, war in Sudan between 2 groups, and MUCH MUCH more is going on, when will this end?! When will we ever know peace?! Why is it always violence?!
Mohanad and Farah: War Stole Our Dreams
My wife Farah and I once had a dream home in Gaza, filled with hope. But the war destroyed everything. We lost our jobs, our apartment was bombed, and we were left with only debt.
We married quietly amidst the chaos, and since then, we've been forced to move between shelters and tents, always uncertain and struggling for basic needs. Now, we share a small rented house with other families, still living in fear of what might come next.

Help Iyad's Family!
Iyad @eyadalanqar and his family have been displaced multiple times. Their home was destroyed by bombing, and they tried to take refuge in Al-Shifa Hospital, but it was bombed as well. They are living in fear of missiles going off around them, and they are desperate for help.
He and his family, included several young nieces and nephews, are lacking shelter, food, and water. Iyad has also developed breathing issues from the smoke and phosphorus, and has been unable to get treatment.
Right now, Iyad has only raised €1,898 out of his goal of €40,000. Donations have been small and slow, and he hasn't received any for over a day. Bombs have been falling around him, and he fears for his and his family's lives.
Please give Iyad your support. He and his family have gone through a year of suffering and struggle. Please don't ignore them and let them down. Lend them your help and support. Share and donate, do whatever you can to help.

It feels so dystopian — that the Met Gala is happening right now and a genocide. 
The dead are slow and painful, there are screams and cries, they’re begging for help. The mother is begging for her baby back, the mother is running over rumble trying to find his children, the baby os scared and shaking, the daughter is running to find food for her family, the son is climbing under rumble and buildings.
They only have each other, and they’re losing that.
Just because you’re not listening and you’re not seeing — doesn’t mean it isn’t and hasn’t been happening. The deaths still happened, the loss is this there, the women are watching their children die and drop like flies, men can’t stop and think, children are holding their siblings in bags, toddlers don’t know how to spell ‘government’ before they’re getting personally murdered and manslaughter by them. Even if you don’t acknowledge their lives, their families, their children, their friends, their favourite colours, their pets, their dreams, their wants, ect doesn’t mean they didn’t have them.
You can ignore them, but they will not go anywhere. They will be remembered.

I know for sure that you can't help all families from Gaza that want to be evacuated from here but at least you can help those who come across your life. You have no idea how mentally and emotionally tiring this is. Asking for help is not easy. But when thinking that the price is my family's life and getting out of here safely, it just pushes me more and more to do this until i reach my goal, be able to attend my university abroad and achieve my doctoral degree dream after awarding prestigious PhD fellowship. since it is also the Trans Day of Visibility, please think of the trans Palestinians, Dafuris, and Congolese who are being erased by genocide. Please think of the many vulnerable houseless trans people who are ignored in your own countries while money that could go towards housing them goes towards bombs and guns to further genocide.
How many people would have come to join our loving community and celebrate the day of visibility had their lives not been cut short or overtaken by war?
How many people could we house and feed with the money that goes to funding war?
