I haven’t drawn these two together since I’ve redesigned Stella and almost a year now!
Stella is supposed to be a skeleton mermaid. Here’s the picture of her costume reference it was based on a decoration I saw before it was October.
And Roman is supposed to be a scarecrow.
Not one of my best artwork, but I don’t care. I think it turned out nice and I had a lot of fun drawing their costumes out!

Here is 2/3, these my Oc characters are Belle and Eric.
They are not a couple they’re just really good friends.
Belle is dressed up as an old fashion nurse back in the olden days. And Eric is dress up as a skeleton, but also representing the day of the dead, because he celebrates both Halloween and The Day of the Dead.
Hopefully I’ll get 3/3 done on time before Halloween comes but we’ll see what happens.
Anyways, I hope you like this drawing.

Here’s a picture of my OC characters wearing their Halloween costumes. This is 1/3, hopefully I’ll get the rest of the other two done before Halloween comes. Olivia is wearing her cat costume. I got her cat costume idea on Pinterest. Max is dressed up as a dog, Max and Olivia they don’t become a couple until later on in the story . Oliver is dressed up as a Pokémon trainer with his Eevee plushy , and Gabe, Oliver’s best friend is dress up as Superman . Oliver is Olivia‘s little cousin.
Don’t wanna spoil too much because I plan to work on a story of these characters and some point soon but if you wanna learn more about them I recommend going on my Instagram account , Olivia The Cat Official.

Soul Cakes and Halloween Costumes

End of October and early November is an interesting time of year. Marking the end of the harvest season, October 31st - November 2nd share four separate holidays:
Halloween on the 31st;
All-Saints Day on the 1st; and
All-Souls Day and Samhain on the 2nd.
For such an interesting time of year, it’s no wonder that recipes have appeared across time to commemorate each occasion.
Traditionally baked to celebrate All-Souls Day, Soul Cakes are sugar-cookie-esque spiced cookies (or biscuits) that are made with none of the vanilla extract, baking powder, or baking soda that we’re used to seeing in modern recipes. Rather, they rely on their interesting blend of spices to treat your taste buds!
If you’re looking for something to keep the Halloween season going at school or work even after the holiday has passed, bring in these cookies to snack on!

Prep: 10 mins Cook: 30 mins Overall: 40 mins
Ingredients*:
¼ cup + 3 tbsp. (100 g) unsalted butter, softened
½ cup (100 g) packed light brown sugar
2 egg yolks
2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
1 pinch saffron or ground turmeric (for colour)
1 tsp. (2 g) all-spice
½ tsp. mixed spice**
2 ½ tbs. (35 ml) milk
50 g raisins***
* Makes enough for 15-18 2-inch (5 cm) diameter cookies or 24-27 ~2.6-inch (6.6 cm) diameter cookies.
** Mixed spice is a spice blend that includes cinnamon, coriander seed, caraway, nutmeg, ginger, ground cloves, and caraway. I don’t have access to this blend so I added ¼ tsp. cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves individually to make ½ tsp..
*** I didn’t have any regular raisins so I substituted for golden raisins.
To start, preheat the oven to 360℉ (180℃) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Next, in a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
Then, whisk in the egg yolks.
Add flour, all-spice, mixed spice, and milk and stir until the dough holds together.
After, stir in the raisins until they are well distributed.
Turn out the dough onto a floured surface and roll it out to about o.6-inch (¼ cm) thickness. Then, cut the dough in circles using a cookie cutter.
Recombine and re-roll any dough scraps to get the most cookies possible!
Place the dough circles on the parchment-lined baking sheet - leaving space between each cookie. Cut a plus-sign (or cross) shape on each cookie (adding the raisin is optional).
Bake on the middle oven rack for 15-20 mins - rotating the pan halfway through - until they are golden brown. Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes then transfer them to a wire rack to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Overall, I would give this recipe a 5/5. The spices used in the cookies made for a different and delicious spin on the sugary cookies we’re used to nowadays. I had a lot of fun diving into this medieval British treat and hope to try more in the future!

That's right!! Time to eat things with pumpkin flavoring, look at trees with pretty colors, and watch Over the Garden Wall and spooky films!!!
But it's mostly about watching Over the Garden Wall and planning your costume a month in advance lol. I'm gonna be Red Guy DHMIS btw! I have the yarn and he is within my Grasp-

ESPECIALLY the diy ones. back before costumes were mass-manufactured, people were left to their own devices and shit got WILD.
It was an absolute free-for-all. back before you could buy a batman mask in a drug store for $5, people really just did whatever
and it was FABULOUS
bonus points to these early commercialization attempts. yes that is a batman dress
anyway there is a basic human drive to wear weird-ass clothing and we should incorporate this shamelessness into our daily lives. only the most meagre of social laws prevent you from dunking yourself in body glitter and wearing a cape & pointy hat to the grocery story on a regular basis. revise your life accordingly.

First Halloween costume didn't work out so the backup costume was daisuke 😅
I do actually have the gash across my face from...the incident, and I'm pretty sure my face is gonna be stained for the rest of the week from fake blood
For Halloween Captain Marvel Jr dresses up as a really niche character and no one gets it.
But then like some civilian kid points at Jr and yells the character’s name really excitedly and then Jr flies down with stars in his eyes and gets just as excited as the kid.
Somebody records the interaction and every time it comes up Jr gets really embarrassed.
i DESPERATELY want a girlfriend so we could do a couples costume off Sheena Murphy and jennicka from tmnt, though sadly I am single and have difficulty mingling
Half-n-Half
One Halloween, Danny dresses up as a carton of half-n-half for his costume. Literally everyone in town is baffled by this except Sam and Tucker, who only increase the confusion when they react by laughing super hard. Sam is hunched over and holding her stomach and the only thing keeping Tucker from falling to the ground is the fact that he’s leaning on Sam. Danny just has the widest grin on his face as he shoots the two of them finger guns.

Knight (not the real one but rather a fake out) for a book themed dark world in the librarby. And a Pawn boss for a dark world in kris and asirels room for after Asriel returns from college (they're a species rather than one person)
