Yep, this is my new headcanon for Stan now. Filbrick would have absolutely given Stanley this as his middle name. It would have gone like this:

Nurse: "Alright, so we've got Stanford's name settled. What about the other twin's? His first name?"

Filbrick: "Stanley."

Nurse: "..."

Nurse: "Very...creative, I see. Though, I suppose matching names are quite common for twins. Middle name?"

Filbrick: "Also Filbrick."

Nurse: "..."

Nurse: "You — You know, you probably should give them different middle names. I get that they're twins and all, but they should still have their own sense of identity—"

Filbrick: "I did."

Nurse: "...You did what?"

Filbrick: "Are you deaf? I said I did give him a different middle name! It's 'Also Filbrick.'"

Nurse: "..."

Nurse: "Alright then. Stanley Also Filbrick Pines it is..."
