Sunny and Basil are both autistic, both also have depression and anxiety, but Basil has had anxiety since before the incident; Sunny also has Maladaptive Daydreaming; Basil has insomnia; Kel is ADHD and so is Hero; Hero has depression; Mari had OCD and anxiety; Aubrey has IED
The one headspace scene in the Hikikomori route where Kel made Omori his honorary brother was based off a real exchange they had, where Kel made Sunny his honorary brother (partially because Hero and Mari were together)
