Ohio democrats are making a bill that makes it illegal for men to have unprotected sex unless they were trying to have a baby. They'd be a felon and face fines up to $10,000.

It won't actually pass, but this is the funniest thing I've heard in a long time. If you live in ohio, maybe call your representative in support of it just for the giggles.
