food for thought! i don’t know art is such a nebulous ever changing thing. is poetry the same? i’ve seen some poems that i wish had been through more drafts or utilized more poetic technique. but i don’t think i could walk up to a poet and say your writing isn’t poetry bc that doesn’t feel like my place to say
