Gillion Tidestrider, champion of the undersea, hero of the deep 🌊
I love the riptide pirates so much! Gillion is such a cool character and Charlie plays him so well - I love him so much and just had to try to draw him. I spent so long on this and I’m so proud of how it looks! 🐟🏴☠️
The colors are more vibrant on my tablet for some reason and I can’t figure out how to get that to transfer to anywhere else, but I think it still looks pretty cool. This was also my first attempts at really drawing metal, which I think went pretty well! 🗡️

maybe I shouldn’t be listening to jrwi out loud in the break room at work, I realize, as gillion tidestrider says “big daddy blast” in a booming voice
JUST SAT IN BED FOR THREE HOURS GRINNING LIKE AN IDIOT AT THE RIPTIDE ONE SHOT I FEEL HAPPY I FEEL INSANE and I almost jumped into traffic when I thought it was patreon only but I absolutely would’ve forked over $5 and every penny would’ve been worth the joy I felt at “..where we last left off..”
some people have pointed out how my gillion is very Creeture and yes maybe that’s because I’m not very good at drawing people but also. I creature-ify all my Little Guys. it’s a disease

Got into JRWI recently haha (I have watched 40 episodes already send help)
Does anyone else ever wonder if you're deeper into jrwi riptide lore analysis than grizzly. What if he doesn't even know the connections and parallels between the joke song from episode 20 and chips entire character arc. What if he doesn't even think about chip possibly being celestial and being both the chosen and the key to the seal
