lowkey been thinking about how decknine could’ve just done a really good marketing plot and made everyone think that pricefield is gone but really max is just in an alternate timeline…. i might be in denial but hear me out!!!!

guys im gonna crash out if one more person mischaracterises or doesn’t understand why pricefield stans are mad about the double exposure break up. we are not mad because we think that they are the only ship to exist or that they have to be canon, we are mad because the WHOLE last game was chloe and max saying “hey girl, we will NEVER EVEREVER leave eachother!!!!!” just for deck nine to completely erase that???? the player literally sacrificed a town so that they could keep living TOGETHER, not for them to not talk?????? also chloe price aka “free spirit”??????? HELLO???? WHOS IDEA WAS THIS????? that girl would NOT finish a relationship because she doesn’t want to be tied down??? she wouldn’t just break up with max. please i can’t do this!!!!????!!!!?

i’m not even kidding i could make a 5 hour long video essay on how story-butterfly affect-choice games are literally just an illusion of choice, because you can make all the wrong choices and still end up at the same spot at the end (sorry life is strange.. this is a direct attack) and when they do give you more freedom they will basically force you the whole game to do the “correct” storyline. for example detroit become human: literally if you play the violent, machine route they try to force you back onto the deviant, pacifist route. obviously i understand that there is limitations when it comes to games, especially multiple route games, but it’s so disappointing to play a choice game and have practically no choice.

i’m such a movie girl, going to the theater is literally one of my favorite things to do. lady bird is my favorite movie of all time!!

my top movie genres are sci-fi, action, and adventure.

i’m more of a viewer than a gamer myself butttt i love practically all story telling decision games; the walking dead, the quarry, until dawn, etc. life is strange (all of them but especially the second one) is my favorite. my favorite video game genre is horror! (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶)

i like to spend a lot of time outside! walks, biking, swimming— i prefer lakes. i LOVE the summer.

im also training program to and learning how to handle cameras, use editing softwares, and control livestreams!

life is strange has such a unique vibe that I've never felt it anywhere

the animation, environment, people, music (especially soundtrack, cause I think it's what ties it all together in a perfect bundle), the story of course, voice acting, everything man

and I just, I'm in love with it

the only thing I could comment on would be the chloe ending because it felt rushed and uncharacteristic (how they just drive off into the sunset without checking if anyone is alive)

other than that, chef's kiss
