It was a bright afternoon in the small, quiet neighborhood where Izuku Midoriya and Eijiro Kirishima grew up. The two boys were sprawled out in Izukuâs backyard, surrounded by scraps of paper, action figures, and a well-worn notebook where Izuku had meticulously drawn all the heroes he admired. It was a weekly ritual â one that had been going on since they were little.
"Man, I canât believe how cool All Might is!" Kirishima grinned, holding up an action figure of the symbol of peace. He loved the figure, with its rugged muscles and vibrant red cape, as if it held the power to take on the world.
Izuku nodded enthusiastically, his emerald eyes sparkling behind his glasses. âYeah, heâs the best! He doesnât just save people; he inspires them too. Heâs always so positive, no matter how tough things get.â Izukuâs voice softened, reflecting a deep admiration for the number one hero. âI want to be like him, Kirishima. I want to be someone who can protect people, just like All Might.â
Kirishima looked over at his friend with a smile. âI know you will, man. Youâve always been strong, even if you donât have a flashy quirk.â He elbowed Izuku lightly, a teasing grin on his face. âYouâve got that âinner strengthâ thing, right?â
Izukuâs face flushed. He had always admired Kirishimaâs unshakable confidence, something Izuku sometimes struggled to find within himself. âI⊠I hope so. But Iâll never be like him. Iâm just⊠not good enough.â
âDude, stop that!â Kirishima exclaimed, sitting up. âYouâve always been there for me. Remember when we were kids, and those bullies were picking on me for having such a âgirlyâ quirk? You stood up for me.â
Izukuâs face softened at the memory. It had been back in elementary school, when Kirishimaâs quirk had manifested. It was a little embarrassing at first, because his body hardened like rock, but with a pinkish hue that made him look almost delicate. The bullies made fun of him, calling him weak or making fun of his "weak" and "simple" quirk
But Izuku had never thought of him as anything less than strong. When the bullies cornered Kirishima one day, it was Izuku who stood between him and their cruel words, despite his own nerves. He might not have had the physical strength to fight, but he had the courage to stand up for his friend. âLeave him alone,â he had shouted, voice shaking but determined.
Kirishima had grinned that day, as always. He never got upset about what people said, but he appreciated that Izuku was always there to protect him, to remind him that he was worth defending. From then on, the two had been inseparable.
âIâm glad you were there,â Kirishima said, his tone sincere, as he lightly punched Izukuâs shoulder. âI donât know if I couldâve handled it without you. Itâs like weâve always had each otherâs backs, you know?â
Izuku nodded, feeling a warmth spread through his chest. He couldnât imagine a better friend. âI guess weâve always been heroes for each other. But I want to be the kind of hero who can protect everyone, not just you.â
Kirishima smiled, leaning back against the grass, hands behind his head. âAnd you will be. Youâve got the heart for it, man. You just gotta believe in yourself more.â
They both fell into a comfortable silence for a while, watching the clouds drift lazily across the sky, dreaming of the future. The future where they would both attend U.A. High School, where heroes were made.
It wasnât long before their dreams became reality.
---
Years later, Izuku and Kirishima stood side by side at the gates of U.A., both of them feeling a little nervous but excited. They had made it.
âI canât believe weâre here,â Kirishima said, his voice a little shaky despite his usual bravado. âWeâre gonna be real heroes now.â
Izuku grinned, the nerves in his own voice giving way to determination. âYeah. I mean, itâs going to be tough, but weâll make it through. Weâve always had each otherâs backs.â
Kirishima looked at him, his expression softening. âAlways.â
The two of them walked together through the gates of U.A., knowing that their friendship and shared dream would carry them through whatever challenges lay ahead. And maybe one day, theyâd both be heroes, just like the ones they had always admired. But for now, they were just two childhood friends, eager to take the first steps toward their futures â together.

End
Zero
đȘ You actually met when you were in kindergarten. It was love at first sight. He was enamored by you and your cute outfit. He ran towards you the first day.
âHi, my name is ĐĐžĐœĐŸĐČĐžĐč, whatâs yours?â
And the rest was history.
đȘ Since that day he would always be with you. Following you everywhere and never let other kids play with you. It was always just the two of you. You were always together at school. You two ate together, had sleepovers, had the same classes, cuddled together, did projects together, and even kissed during the first grade play. Monopolizing your time and friendship at school was the goal. No one had what you guys had, and he was hoping it would always stay that way.
đȘ Everything was going as planned until your momâs job change sent you out of the archipelagos to the States in the second grade. How dare she! Uprooting your life and ripping you away from your best friend bÌžoÌžyÌžfÌžrÌžiÌžeÌžnÌždÌž. You didn't even have time to say goodbye to anyone. You were here one minute, gone the next. It was a nightmare.
đȘ When he found out he was devastated. A lot of tears were shed during that time. Tantrums were heard to be the norm for quite a while in the ŃбОĐčŃаâs household. He looked everywhere for you. But no information on you was ever found. It was like you just disappeared, like you never existed. Like a chilly day in October. Whisked away by the cool breeze.
đȘ She changed and surrounded herself with people. Your missing presence was too overwhelming. Even if she hated it, she would befriend everyone, if only to distract her for a moment from thoughts of you. She went so far as to make contact with some of the people she couldnât scare away from you. But the void in her heart was never fully quelled. They were not you. And nothing could change that, not in those moments at least.
đȘ She caught her first glimpse of you in a long time through your closest childhood friend. Question ran through her mind, she thought she was your closest friend, and why did they get the privilege of staying in contact when she didnât. She started to vigorously study your face as quickly as she could. She would never knew if there would be another chance to. It looked like you had matured. Like you were tired, stressed. She could see it. How could she not? She wanted nothing more than to whisk you away so you would never have to worry about anything. And she would.
đȘ It wouldn't be until college that they would be able to see you again. They have matured a lot since the last time they saw you and since your last official meeting. They were cooler, friendlier, and more assured. They mirrored nothing of the needy cat that followed you around, more of that of a wise fox. But foxes are known to be sly creatures by nature.
đȘThey approached you carefully, slowly. Taking it step by step. Getting to know you little by little. Learning everything about you that they could. Making your favorite dishes, helping you with your homework, helping you destress, and even assisting you in doing laundry. They were everywhere, always helping you with everything they could. Taking up so much of your time so that they will have successfully ingratiate themselves into your life. Doing so that they are essential to you. Something or someone you can not live without.
đȘ The night lies and deceit fester. As midnight strikes another body is flung into the wall as the fine silk curtains are dyed a hideous red. The body count adds up to fast. Too many needed to die. Even when there are commissions, the important work gets done first. It always does.
đȘ Wiping the blood off the corner of his lip, she prepares to call you. They wait, taking a seat on the throne of bodies they created. A satisfying crackle of bones is made, but drowned out by the annoying buzzing of the phone. You answer, slightly breathless. They chuckled imagining what you were doing before they called. This happens every time he callsâŠand she loves it. Your call together lasted an hour at most. Just tucking you into bed, while he cleaned the mess he made. You were always bad at bedtime. As your call is near the end, one last word is heard.
âI love you, Mwahâ
They swoons, you're so adorable, itâs sickening.
đȘ And so as the night ends, there is not a sound or soul present. As he digests what was said, sheâs sure it was in the heat of the moment. But you couldnât take it back. He wished he wouldâve recorded it. Sheâd love to hear it again. Salivating as they turned back into their male appearance. The form most well receipted by society. The form most familiar to you. Wishing for the dream they live to never end. They walked out the room and went to the nearby alley, skipping the whole way home. They couldnât wait to see your drooling face in bed. Or the reaction you will have when they tried to snuggle up to you in your sleep.
Then they inquired to themself, it was quite the important questionâŠ
Where are they going to store their latest trophy?
Sarahâs here!!!!!
Iâm finally done, Iâll probably workshop their stories after or something, anyways thanks for the support and love, đ«¶
I love all my hoes đ
|| Pairing: hawks x gn!reader / keigo takami x gn!reader || Highschool AU!
warnings: keigo being a pain in the ass, tooth numbing fluff fr. Also, dabi's in ua.. cause i like that idea
|| word count: 1.1k
|| You and Keigo have known eachother since ya'll were children, due to being in the commissions hero program. As children you guys were more friendly to eachother, but still super shy. As you grew up, you two were more introduced to eachother. But.. It wasn't exactly a welcome team up. Keigo was confident and snarky when you were quiet and serious. It got worse when the commission enrolled you both in UA.
|| You two quickly fought for being number one in class, whether it be training or academics, you made sure to try and one up eachother. It did not help that Keigo was popular though.. His blonde hair, good guy, charmer aesthetic? Everyone ate that up, girls and guys alike. And he was open to the teachers too! A teachers pet, if one may say.
|| Keigo, despite having all these friends, he always sat with you at lunch and talked with you. Despite having a rivalship, he always made time for you. For training, he always paired with you, and for projects he'd ask to be partners, and the only other person he'd pair up with was Touya. Honestly you, Keigo and Touya were the "Top 3" in your time. With Keigo's speed, Touya's strength, and your stealth, everytime there was training with three people, you three would come out on top.
|| I DIGRESS! Back to Keigo and you! It's giving Glinda and Elphaba, especially with the song "What is this feeling?" the rest of the class deifinitely respects you! But... not exactly.. likes you, at least as much as Keigo. When people realize you share a dorm back at the commission! YEESH! Rumors spread like wildfire! People thought you and Keigo were dating! Or, y'know beat eachother up at home. One or the other. Keigo didn't mind, it was entertaining to him, but you on the other hand hated every second of it.
|| You pushed yourself over the edge, if you couldn't be liked by your classmates, might as well be the best of them. Keigo, of course noticed until he came back to your shared dorm and you were passed out at the coffee table, papers and textbooks all around you, and you were in your work out clothes. So using his detective skills, he realized you had worked out before studying, and looking over to the small kitchen, there wasn't any food. You hadn't eaten, drank water or taken a break at all.
|| He never told you he saw this, but his tune had changed, he'd been more clingy towards you.. It was.. Weird. He'd stayed right by your side, at school and at home. He kinda ignored everyone else, your classmates at least in favor of talking to you, well at least he didn't ignore Touya at the least.
|| Keigo also INSISTED you keep one feather of his at all times, it was weird but to get him off your back, especially if he was out late training. If his feather noticed you studying to late or working to much, it'd fly around you push you to take a break. Not stopping until you agreed and ate or took a nap. It was really sweet.. NO NO! keigo's weird! There's no way.
|| Yeah, after years of being rivals, just a few months in UA made you change your tune. With him being clingy and the forced proximity, you had gotten a crush on the guy you once were rivals with. Well, you're still rivals but you're... Nicer to eachother?
|| For example, when training and sparring, instead of being serious and throwing insults, you'd be laughing and well- still throwing insults but it'd be more flirty or jokey. He definitely noticed and welcomed it with open arms. He'd pamper you and cuddle you, BUT IT WAS JUST FRIENDS!! as just friends.. And it KILLED YOU. Especially knowing he'd probably find some partner in UA, and they'd be over everyday... Oh gods, it'd be actual hell.
|| But one day, when opening up your locker back at UA, you found a note,, A love note! A LOVE NOTE! Oh gods.
" I don't know how to say this without being awkward, actually you're the only one I feel scared around. But I don't wanna be a coward, so meet me at the training grounds at 5 pm, today.
-K. <3"
|| You freaked out, but there were so many people with a name that started with K in your class! So who could it be? You rambled to Touya during english class about this, it was the only class you didn't have Keigo in, thankfully, so you could talk as much about this as you wanted. He just rolled his eyes, "You know it's probably Takami, right?" Your face went all red as you grumbled and tried focusing on your english assignment.
|| And soon enough, you went to the training grounds and stood there, waiting.. Oh god it was probably a prank. You frequently checked the time, it's already been 5 minutes. This was a mistake.
You stood at the training grounds as you waited for this mysterious "K" person. 10 minutes had already passed.
"This was a mistake," You muttered under your breath as you turned around and started walking away, after a few steps you heard familiar wing flaps. "W-WAIT!" It was Keigo! He... Looked rough. He was flying towards your direction, small scratches at his face and his hair was a mess. "Lady Nagant told me to come over and train for a little bit! I thought it'd only take an hour! But we got carried away and- and.. Are you crying?"
You stood there, eyes puffy and cheeks pink.
"YOU- you-" You wiped your eyes quickly. "You're the one who almost stood me up!!"
"I'm so sorry!"
".. So, what's this about, birdy?"
His wings fluttered lightly at the nickname and his cheeks dusted a light pink. This always happened when you called him "birdy."
"I-" He took a step forward and took a hold of both your hands into his. He took a deep breath as he stared down at your hands as he spoke.
"You.. Were always really cool to me. Honestly, you make me wanna be a better person? Be a good future hero. You make me wanna work harder, and- and training and studying with you made me realize.. That you're.. Uh-" He looked up at you, nervousness in his eyes. "Your opinion is the only one I really care about.. And I really care about you, and you-"
You placed both your hands on his cheeks, a hard look on your face.
"Shut up and kiss me"
He complied, leaning in and kissed you.
Smiles, this was really fun to make. I've always liked this idea :3
Steve and Eddie being chaotic childhood friends, gaslighting everyone they know.
It started when one of their teachers wanted the students to make pairs with someone they didn't know or get along with; therefore, friends couldn't make the project together.
Of course, Eddie wouldn't pass the opportunity to be dramatic and annoy a little bit the teacher, acting like it was the worst thing to ever happened to him and throwing himself on Steve's desk, making the other roll his eyes in a fond way.
It was the beginning of the year, but in small towns most of the kids knew each other since before, so it wasn't that weird of a request; but the teacher was also new, so they didn't know the relationships of the kids very well.
That's why when a small kid with a rebel vibe, starting to grow his hair and going to a more dark look, annoys them and says it would be a nightmare to do the project with a preppy kid, clearly rich boy vibes and in his way to be popular, they knew who they were putting the kid with.
The teacher smirked, thinking they did well; meanwhile, Steve and Eddie were trying not to grin and communicating with their eyes to not messed up and go along with it.
They ended up having to act like they hate each other in front of the teacher so they could carry on with the project, but what about the rest of the class who knew they were friends?
They follow along.
Maybe it's to gain Steve's favor, maybe they thought it was funny, or maybe they thought it was about damn time they stopped being friends, that it was a good way to finally separate them and make Steve fully part of the jocks and Eddie less intimidating for the rest of the outcast.
Anyway, the whole class goes along with it, and Steve and Eddie, like the dorks and drama queens they are, decided it's a funny bit to keep.
At some point they were too deep into it, having to act for the rest of the year like that because of the project and somehow convincing the whole school. Their friends to enemies story becoming popular knowledge.
Steve and Eddie now just think it's too funny to stop, so they continue to gaslight everyone.
Eddie? Steve? No, thanks; I hate that guy.
Anyway, they going to high school, and the whole mess with the upside down happens. At that moment, Steve is so happy to being able to keep Eddie away from it.
I just love a clueless Eddie trying to figure out what's happening to his (finally) boyfriend at the same time the Party is clueless about the relationship between their dungeon Master and their babysitter.
