Because we all need to hear this sometimes.

I’ve been having a bad couple of weeks and I just really needed to hear these:

You are NOT a burden

You are valued 

You are NOT a shitty friend, even when you think you are

You don’t need to have it all figured out yet

It’s OK to have bad days

And it’s OK to hide from the world if you’re having a bad day

Because sometimes you just need to have some time to yourself

And that’s OK

You don’t have to do anything that you don’t want to

What happened to you in the past is NOT your fault

Don’t feel guilty for not being productive

It’s going to be OK

Breathe

Relax

Recharge

YOU ARE WANTED

YOU ARE LOVED

YOU CAN DO THIS

I BELIEVE IN YOU

Studying With A Chaotic Mind Isn't Really Easy These Days... I Try To Take Things Slow, Redecorating

Studying with a chaotic mind isn't really easy these days... I try to take things slow, redecorating my wall and writing stories every now and then✨

I also do workouts and started listening to podcasts recently!🥰

But still, studying can't be left out of my daily routine and I try to focus on University for at least an hour per day. Somehow everything works out, but me myself feels somehow lost. I hope that I will recover pretty soon, to finally feel better💖

I'm aware of my mental health status and I'm going to make many little steps to achieve my goals anyway!💖 Life isn't easy sometimes and that's okay! Just don't give up and try your best in every situation✨

Hey guys! ✨

Just wanted to pop in and say that I’m currently taking a mental health break from social media! Yes, I’m still available and will be answering questions and comments every few days. 

The past week was really tough for me; I had to postpone my exam because of that and currently try to get back to the roots, trying to rediscover my passion for studying...

Not everything is as perfect as it seems to be in the pictures and videos I post.

Sometimes life is just rough to you and you have to give yourself some time to recover💖
