I did a background yay

I tried to go back to do a more simple coloring for the skin so I don’t colapse every time I need to do one

I also used different brushes and tools

And I just wanna say that I hate drawing faces

If you saw my artstyle changing again no you didn’t. But I have to say that I’m more comfortable with this one though so let’s see how it evolves

I wanna continue this skateboard Haikyuu series but just know that my artstyle will continue to change

I come back to this kind of comic style because I fell like it’s more for me and I can express a little better. I’ll try to improve with each drawing

Well this is the result.

I know it’s not perfect but I can say that I learned a lot on the process and tried a bunch of things

I also can say that I’m not sure if I’m going to keep doing this artstyle. It takes sooo much time and effort and it’s not in me to keep the focus in just one thing for so long

It was fun to work in these kind of pieces but It’s not my thing I guess

Anyway, this is a journey so I just need to keep on learning and trying new things

I already seeing things in this drawing that needs to be fixed but I just don’t wanna lol

As a visual artist I need a reference

I don’t have yet the skills to do something from just my imagination so I need references

I saw this on Pinterest and he reminded me of a certain character. Let’s see if I can pull it out

It’s finally finished 😭

And I just wanted to document my suffering ⤵️

I really pushed myself with this one. I’m not used to draw something so detailed in this style. It was hard and it was a lot of trial and error lol

You can see how I changed things here and there (like the eye that I forgot it wasn’t supposed to be so open because of the scar)

At some point I was stuck and questioned all of my life choices but then I remembered that I draw for fun and it’s okay to NOT do everything okay. The point is to keep on learning and improving. I know it’s not perfect and I don’t care.

I don’t know if I’m gonna keep doing artworks like this. I just don’t know if this is the kind of art style that I want to do so I don’t know what my next art piece will be

It’s funny cause I always thought that my art style was going to be something more like a comic style but then I put my hand to draw and more and more I end up with this kind of art style

Sooo I’m trying new things and I’m scared lol let’s see how this turns out

My first digital fanart ever vs. my last one

•The first one is full anime style (there’s not much personality in this one, I just draw what I saw)

And you can see how much I didn’t know how to use ibis paint haha lol

•The second one is not that much anime style (or at least I tried to)

And I venture a little bit more with new brushes and differents techniques on procreate . Still, I know I have a looong way to go. There’s a lot to learn yet
