My theory that Quinn isn't dead has been strengthened but also weakened at the same time. Like they likely just sat in a room went over evidence and fucken snapped his neck in less then 30 mins but he also could have bribed the person who was judge, jury, and executioner, I honestly doubt there're any laws against that.
