Compilation of some of my fundraiser stickers (the first one, the teacup is new):
As usual ALL PROCEEDS from my shop are for my best friend who is Palestinian. The extra income will help him support his friends and family in Palestine and around the rest of the Levant who are being hurt directly and/or financially by the attacks on Gaza, the raids and economic devastation in the West Bank and the collateral damage in surrounding countries. He will donate anything his family doesn't need to the Palestinian charities he works with.
You can find my full shop HERE. To see a design on different products click on the display product and scroll down or go here to browse by design. Designs are available on many products besides stickers (shirts, bags, magnets, pins, notebooks, etc), and there are many more designs available than just the ones shown above. Thank you to everyone who has helped out so far!
This Mahmoud Darwish quote translates roughly to "Peace to a land that was created for peace, yet never saw a peaceful day". Design found here.

Here are some examples of products with this design. The olive leaves stick out a bit which makes shirt positioning awkward, so I set many of the shirts to back instead of front this time since it looks a little too low on the products otherwise:

I smushed two of my previous designs for my fundraiser together into a new design (original two below):
Once again mostly a good sticker design, though available on other products. All products with this design can be found here.

I took a vintage ornamentation and turned it into a Palestinian flag for my fundraiser. The design can be found here.
As usual ALL PROCEEDS from my designs are for my Palestinian best friend to help him support his friends and family in Palestine and around the rest of the Levant who are being hurt directly and/or financially by the attacks on Gaza, the raids and economic devastation in the West Bank and the collateral damage in surrounding countries. He has also been supporting his girlfriend staying with him here in America these past few months; she is now heading back home. The immediate area around where she is from has been fairly secure recently. We're really hoping it stays that way. It will be sad to see her go, he has been noticeably less depressed with her here. She has been a great comfort to him.
Here is the above demonstrated on a few products:

Finally got more or less caught up on research yesterday so I made a few new things for my fundraiser:
These are all edits of an old vintage photo of the Dome of the Rock from the Al-Aqsa mosque compound. It looks a little different than it does today. There have been several renovations since this was taken, most notably the addition of the iconic gold plated roof in 1959-1961. You can find these designs here, here, here and here.
As usual ALL PROCEEDS from my shop are for my best friend, to help him support his partner and to support his friends and family in Palestine and around the rest of the Levant who are being hurt directly and/or financially by the attacks on Gaza, the raids and economic devastation in the West Bank and the collateral damage in surrounding countries. He will donate anything his family doesn't need to the Palestinian charities he works with.
Not related to the shop but I need to vent: some old Zionist asshole showed up at a research talk my friend gave recently and loudly spoke over him from the audience, we believe it was intentional harassment. We have a major problem with these old fucks in STEM programs it's so frustrating. My friend still did amazing though, he is so good under pressure. I'm so fucking proud of him.
Here are some sample products with these designs, they're particularly good for stickers:

I've already made something similar to this, it seems like a good design for a sticker. The keffiyeh was a gift from the friend I am fundraising for. He gave it to me back in October while I was trying to comfort him, I have worked photos of it into a lot of my designs.
As usual ALL PROCEEDS from my shop are for this friend, to help him support his partner and his friends and family in Palestine and around the rest of the Levant who are being hurt directly and/or financially by the attacks on Gaza, the raids and economic devastation in the West Bank and the collateral damage in surrounding countries. I put together a minimal star and crescent design with the Palestinian flag. The star and crescent is a very old symbol, some version of it predates Islam to at least as far back as Byzantium around 300 BC. It became popular again under the Ottoman empire and from there grew in the 20th century to become a very standard symbol of Islam. Unlike the cross in Christianity it does not have a direct textual link to the religion, and some Muslims do not accept it as a religious symbol. Despite this it is still widely used.
As usual ALL PROCEEDS from my designs are for my Palestinian best friend, to help him support his girlfriend in remaining in America until it's safe for her to travel back home (at this point she's hoping to head back soon-ish as her city has been somewhat safe recently) and to help support his friends and family in Palestine and around the rest of the Levant who are being hurt directly and/or financially by the attacks on Gaza, the raids and economic devastation in the West Bank and the collateral damage in surrounding countries.

I made another piece with this quote (new one is on the left), I'm still wondering where it's from if anyone knows. I've seen variations of it attributed to Pablo Neruda and others but no one seems completely certain of the origin.

I made this flag with old open source art nouveau patterns.
As usual ALL PROCEEDS from my shop are for my Palestinian best friend to help him support his loved ones. I've recently learned that some of the money I've raised has made it through to people he has in Gaza to help them purchase food, I'm very happy to hear this.
Here are a few sample product photos with this design, all products found here:

I want to share how one of my favorite stickers from my fundraising shop looks after printing (sorry the photo is a little poorly lit). I've bought a bunch of stickers from my shop to test how they turn out and give them to my friends, and I'm quite happy with how well this one in particular tends to print (quality may still vary depending on your local print shops, if your order gets messed up Redbubble should give you a refund or new copies).
As usual ALL PROCEEDS from my shop are for my Palestinian best friend to help him support his loved ones. I've just been informed that some of the money I've raised has made it through to people he has in Gaza to help them purchase food, I'm very happy to hear this.
I have a new design that's been stuck waiting on approval for a bit now, hopefully I will have it up by tomorrow. For now, here's a sample of my older works. They're available on shirts, stickers, hats, notebooks, pins and all kinds of other things (selection depends on the design):
You can find my full shop here. To see a design on different products click on the display product and scroll down or go here to browse by design. I try to vary between a wide range of different styles so there's something for everyone. I have 146 designs published and counting, I'm going to keep adding as many as I can until my friend's loved ones are all safe. Thank you to everyone who has helped so far!
These two photos, of an iris and poppies (both flowers that are commonly used to represent Palestine) come from the Library of Congress's "Wild flowers of Palestine" collection. There's a bunch of other old flower photos on there too but I picked these because they are particularly common symbolism. I tweaked the contrast a bit to make them pop more and added the "فلسطين" label to each so the meaning of the photo is more apparent when you stick them on things. They're small photos so only available as stickers and magnets, here and here.
As usual ALL PROCEEDS from my shop are for my Palestinian best friend, to help him support his girlfriend (though she may attempt to travel back home soon, her immediate area has been fairly safe recently and she wants to be near her family) and to help his friends and family in Palestine and around the rest of the Levant who are being hurt directly and/or financially by the attacks on Gaza, the raids and economic devastation in the West Bank and the collateral damage in surrounding countries. He will donate anything his family doesn't need to the Palestinian charities he works with. He's hoping to donate most/all of it if possible (plus more of his own money) but I want to make sure he has a financial safety net himself first until things are more certain. Grad school pays like shit (which is why I started this shop in the first place, I just switched it from raising money for me to him haha) and so many people he loves are in precarious positions.

Here's a small sample of some of my other work, shown on assorted products (products are available on shirts, stickers, notebooks, hats, pins and all kinds of other things, most have a much wider selection than the photos above):
Sorry I've been very bad at keeping up with this recently, I caught another nasty illness travelling for a conference. Thank you to everyone who has contributed! I'll try to start adding new products as best I can as I get caught up on my work.
Edit: Redbubble appears to be fixing the problem, my designs are starting to reappear so I'm going to unpin this now. You can find my fundraising shop here.
I have no idea why two thirds of the designs in my shop are not appearing now. While I wait for Redbubble to respond to me here are links to some of my bestsellers that have mysteriously vanished from my homepage (still seem available you just can't find them through my store). ALL PROCEEDS as usual are to support my Palestinian best friend:
Dove in Keffiyeh
Cat in Keffiyeh de Graag Edit one and two
Cute Cat in Keffiyeh
Palestine Sunbirds one and two
Woodcut Style Keffiyeh Dove over Poppy
Simple Poppy Design
Woman with Keffiyeh and Key - Meunier Edit
Hopefully Redbubble will sort out whatever is happening soon. Thank you to everyone who has helped out so far!
Oh I'd also like to include this glitch art one which is pretty new but starting to get some sales:
I have a lot of other links throughout my Tumblr posts that should still work too.
I've been making a couple simple text designs again, starting with these two rainbow designs found here and here.
As usual, ALL PROCEEDS from my designs go to my Palestinian best friend to help him support his girlfriend in remaining safely in America until things calm down and to help his other loved ones around the Levant who are being hurt directly and/or financially by the attacks on Gaza, the raids in the West Bank and the collateral damage in surrounding countries. He will donate anything his family doesn't need to the Palestinian charities he works with. You can find all my designs here. Redbubble will display with a random product, click on it to see all product options.

A couple new things I made with photos of my keffiyeh, a gift from the friend I am raising money for.
As usual, ALL PROCEEDS from these designs are for my Palestinian best friend, to help his girlfriend afford to join him safely in America and to help his friends and family in Palestine and around the rest of the Levant who are being hurt directly and/or financially by the attacks on Gaza, the increasing Israeli raids in the West Bank and the collateral damage in surrounding countries.
You can find these designs here and here. All designs found here (Redbubble will show you a random product, click on each to see more product options). I have 84 and counting, I'm trying to average about one a day and I'm using a wide variety of styles so there's something for everyone.
I have seen a lot of people out protesting without masks. I want to point out that masks are not just for safety from illness! If you're at a protest that seems at risk of turning violent or being extra controversial in some way (being held in a hostile conservative area, for example) it is a very good idea to have a mask on you to avoid facial recognition software. Even if you don't do anything wrong there is always a chance law enforcement could give you a hard time for simply being in the wrong place at the wrong time (particularly if you are a minority).
Other useful tips: Keep your phone turned off or carry a burner, wear long clothes to protect from chemical agents (and cover identifying tattoos), bring water (to wash eyes and drink), don't post photos of people without their consent, avoid contact lenses and eye makeup (due to pepper spray), don't carry anything you wouldn't want to get arrested with (drugs, valuables, etc), avoid loose hair and jewelry that can get caught or grabbed, write down (maybe on your skin) or memorize contact info for people you are with.
This post was prompted because I noticed throughout my fundraising that I have not sold any masks. This is totally fine, I've made plenty of other sales and stickers usually have the highest margins anyway. I do hope this means most of you are using keffiyehs or masks you have left over from Covid though! It's good to be safe (I'm always nagging the friend I'm raising money for to take more safety precautions at his protests, haha).
Here is a small sample of some of the masks I have:
As usual, ALL PROCEEDS from these are for my Palestinian best friend, to help his girlfriend afford to join him safely in America and to help his friends and family in Palestine and around the rest of the Levant who are being hurt directly and/or financially by the attacks on Gaza, the increasing Israeli raids in the West Bank and the collateral damage in surrounding countries. All designs found here (Redbubble will show you a random product, click on each to see more product options such as masks, stickers, shirts, mugs, etc). I'm still adding new ones nearly daily.
Thank you so much to everyone who has helped out so far!
A minimal poppy design, just an open source image with some lettering I thought would make for a nice water bottle sticker. This flower is common in Palestine and is often used as a symbol, representing the colors of the flag and blood shed upon the land.
As usual, ALL PROCEEDS from this design are for my Palestinian best friend, to help his girlfriend afford to join him safely in America and to help his friends and family in Palestine and around the rest of the Levant who are being hurt directly and/or financially by the attacks on Gaza, the increasing Israeli raids in the West Bank and the collateral damage in surrounding countries.

For those who haven't seen my posts yet, I am raising money for my Palestinian best friend. ALL PROCEEDS will go to help his loved ones through this war and to help his girlfriend afford to join him safely in America. He is the sweetest person in the world (and a truly brilliant scientist, like an actual genius) and he deserves so much better than this. All designs found here.
I'd like to point out now that my stickers generally have the highest profit margin, and if you buy 10+ you get half off all of them but I still receive the same amount (edit: nevermind, I think I still get a flat percentage but also the 50% sale is less than 50% if Redbubble is running another sale at the same time. Still, bulk always costs you less and I make a high percentage on stickers!). Here is a small sample of my stickers (including 3 I haven't posted here before):
All 66 and counting of my designs are available on stickers (among many other things) so check out the collection! Click on whatever product Redbubble shows you to see more product options. Thank you so much to the people who made purchases yesterday, and to everyone who helped share my work around! It was exciting seeing the shop get so much attention!
Honestly I am stressing the fuck out worrying about my friend and you all make me feel like I'm being useful so thank you, sincerely.
As usual ALL PROCEEDS will go to my Palestinian best friend to help his loved ones through this war and help his girlfriend afford to join him in America. He is the sweetest person in the world (and a truly brilliant scientist) and he deserves to be able to focus on grad school as best he can through this awful genocide without financial stress on top of the emotional toll. I just added a few new versions of my Palestine sunbird:
The keffiyeh is borrowed from my dove drawing:
This is what the real bird looks like:
The Palestine sunbird is a beautiful little passerine found around parts of the Middle East and Africa. They look somewhat like giant hummingbirds (though that is entirely convergent evolution, hummingbirds are actually in the same clade (Strisores) as potoos and frogmouths and stuff, which I find very surprising). These little guys were adopted as Palestine's national bird in 2015. My designs are available on shirts, stickers, mugs and more, here is the link to my collection (click on a design and scroll down to see more product options). Thank you to everyone who has helped so far!
The tatreez (Palestinian embroidery) pattern I made has been more popular as a sticker than I expected, so I have just added the top two versions designed primarily to be used as stickers (also available as pins and magnets).
These designs and a bunch more are found here (Redbubble will show you a random product, click on each to see more product options). Thank you to everyone who has helped out so far!
A woodcut style dove wearing a keffiyeh over a poppy. The official national flower of Palestine as of 2016 actually seems to be the Faqqu’a iris, but many people will tell you that it's the poppy. Regardless of how official it is (often a vague thing when it comes to national symbols anyway) the poppy is an important national emblem for Palestine. It features the four colors of the flag (black, white, red and green) and is also said to represent blood shed on the land. Honestly I see it used a lot more than the iris (though both are lovely plants).

A collage I made. The pictures are a sunbird, keffiyehs, poppies, a man with a flag (and another flag), a key, oranges, the Dome of the Rock from the Al-Aqsa compound, a woman in a traditional outfit and some olives.

The phrase "the whole world is watching" is most famous for being chanted by Vietnam war protestors in 1968 as they were beaten and arrested outside the DNC. It's an older phrase without a clear origin, but it quickly became iconic after the protests. It is commonplace now in leftist protests and movements. It certainly seems fitting for the current crisis in Palestine.

Here is a small sample of the designs I am raising money with. I have 55 works in my collection so far with more being added constantly (there are two waiting for Redbubble's approval right now). I'm making a point of keeping a broad variety of styles so there's something for everyone.
Thank you to the several people who have bought stickers the last few days and the customer who bought a shirt with the butterfly design!
The end of the ceasefire is heartbreaking but sadly not unexpected. I am still uploading Palestine designs regularly, ALL PROCEEDS will continue to go to my Palestinian best friend to help his loved ones through this war. He is the sweetest person in the world (and a truly brilliant scientist) and he deserves so much better than this. All designs found here.
The Palestine sunbird is a beautiful little passerine found around parts of the Middle East and Africa. They look somewhat like giant hummingbirds (though that is entirely convergent evolution, hummingbirds are actually in the same clade (Strisores) as potoos and frogmouths and stuff which is wild to me). These little guys were adopted as Palestine's national bird in 2015. My drawing is available on shirts, stickers, mugs and more.
...and I'm just realizing right after I posted this that the work isn't showing up right now since I tweaked the title in my shop. Hopefully it will be back promptly, until then my Redbubble has plenty of other designs to support my friend including a couple doves with keffiyehs. Sorry, Redbubble is a little neurotic about checking art with "controversial" keywords.
Edit: okay he's back
I wanted to post these little guys again since it turned out my account was not working/not showing in any tags when I made the previous post.
These are the new variants:
My best friend (the best person I have EVER known) is Palestinian, and a lot of his friends and family in Palestine and around the rest of the Levant are being hurt directly and/or financially by the attacks on Gaza, the increasing Israeli raids in the West Bank and the collateral damage in surrounding countries. ALL PROCEEDS from these designs will go to helping his girlfriend afford to join him in America safely and helping his other loved ones weather this war.
These doves and all my other designs can be found here. Click on each design to see more product options (shirts, stickers, notebooks, etc). Thank you to the person who bought the original on a sticker this morning, and to everyone who has been buying stickers the last few days!
We're slightly hopeful that the ceasefire will mitigate the harm being done to my friend's family going forward. He's already had some loved ones hurt that this money can help so for now I will continue the fundraising (plus we are not optimistic about the ceasefire continuing to be extended, unfortunately). For now his girlfriend has remained safe and financial planning for her trip here is going okay. Most of his immediate family is okay (extended family and friends not entirely so unfortunately). I will keep these updates somewhat vague to protect their privacy. We greatly appreciate all your help!
The Jaffa orange holds a lot of symbolism for the Palestinian struggle. This varietal was developed in Palestine in the 19th century and named for the city Jaffa, where it was first produced for export. It has strong skin and few seeds, making it excellent for commercial use, so it was a major product from the region until the industry declined under British rule and disruption from WWII. Finally the establishment of Israel caused irreparable damage as groves were seized or destroyed by settlers. Israel took over production on seized land but never achieved the same success with the crop, and what remained of Palestine suffered ongoing violence and blockades preventing the industry there from further success. The Jaffa orange has remained a symbol of the Palestinian homeland, most notably in Ghassan Khanafani's short story The Land of Sad Oranges.
This orange with a Palestinian flag for a leaf can be found here on shirts, stickers, mugs and more. ALL PROCEEDS from Palestine related sales will go to my Palestinian best friend to help him bring his girlfriend over to America and to help his other loved ones around the Levant who have been/are being hurt directly and/or financially by the attacks on Gaza, the increasing Israeli raids in the West Bank and the collateral damage in surrounding countries. All designs available here.
I'm back! Turns out there was a weird glitch and my posts have been pretty much shadowbanned this past week. I would like to thank everyone who has contributed this past week and probably could not see my previous thank yous.

Thank you so much to the three customers who bought stickers, a mug and a hoodie yesterday! You are very kind, your help is greatly appreciated.
