I have the hedcanon that At some point when Rose was a baby, Ron and Hermione had to work and had no one to take care of Rose.

And of course Ron had to take her with him in one of those baby backpacks and would go through the auror department like this:

Hermione: yeah, you’re right, he doesn’t name them after friends, just paternal figures I guess

*Ginny gives birth again*

Harry: Lily

*Ron gives Hermione a look that says ‘I told you so’ *

Harry: Lily luna

Hermione: *on the inside* wtf am I chopped liver

*Hermione is pregnant with Hugo, who they were originally going to name Harry*

Hermione: we’re changing the name

Ron: wha-but why Harry works because its H like you so we’ll have an R and an H

Hermione: keep the H, change the Harry

Ron: I dont know many H names for a boy, Hagrid?

Hermione: As much as I love Hagrid I’m not naming my son Hagrid

Ron: Hawthorn?

Hermione: Like the death eater?

Ron: Right….Hugo?

Hermione: Oh! Hugo works!

Ron: Alright…settled

Hermione: screw Harry….. LILY LUNA…..

Ron: I mean he chose Snape over me so…

Hermione: touche

Ron Weasley fans are the most resilient people in this fandom. We’ve dealt with so many injustices. We had to deal with Kloves disrespecting both Ron and Rupert. We had to suffer Harmione and Dramione shippers attacking Ron and the Romione ship. We have to tiptoe even to this day in Ron’s own fanfiction tag and we still deal with stupid ass people who will forgive literal abusers and murderers but will hold everything against a teenage boy being a teenage boy.

I can only hope that one day we are rewarded after everything we had to put up with from this fandom.
