i shifted???? some people might say it is a mini shift but i don't use that term. because a mini shift is still a shift. no matter how long you spent in there. there is no such thing as a mini shift. you just shifted. don't down play it. now, i learned about shifting maybe last week? i really deep dived in but never tried anything cause i didn't feel the need to yet. but yesterday i decided to combine the julia method with the 'f*ck it' method (“f*ck it, whatever happens, happens” mindset and let go). on my first try, i shifted?? i got sleepy by daydreaming and jamming to songs in my head. then when i realised i might fall asleep i was gonna start counting... guess who fell asleep... me. but my body woke me up in the middle of the night for no reason and i started my method. i counted to 100 while saying identity affirmations in between. then i visualised my dr bedroom in first person and used my 5 senses. i fell asleep i think? but when i woke up, i actually felt and saw around me a bit. it was a bit blurry and i was only seeing one side (the roof, the sheets and what looked like the doors of my closet?) now my dr bedroom is very princess style. pink, gold, carvings in the walls. my bedroom is grey in my cr. but it was so real and i was seeing details i didn't even think about or put in my pinterest board. and i never had dreams like this before. i barely dream actually. anyways i felt the cold of my silk pillow in my dr and the sheets on my hands. then i got out. it was only for a few seconds. but girl i shifted! and i was confused when i woke up. because i still kinda felt the symptoms and my head was hurting. but i shifted. gonna shift again today!

you can use your dr to better your life??? listen i wanna shift for fun but i was in my room and i realized you can shift to better your life in your cr/or. i don't have very good grades so i created a dr where i can do tutoring in there and i script my cr pauses like no time passes when i leave and same for dr. i can stay in my dr for 2 years and come back a math genius all of a sudden. it sounds like 'why would you wanna learn in your dr?' but why wouldn't you wanna take the chance to better your life? i can make a dr and learn martial arts then come back a sword master for all i know :0

today, I figured I'd make a list of all of my DRs/places I'm shifting to :). I do actually have quite a bit, and while most of them aren't really all that fleshed out (I'll indicate which ones I have the most info on with a key), I figured it'd still be nice to share.

I know, it's quite a bit, but you've gotta understand, I was/am the type of person who - has not only constantly wanting a way out/knew there had to be more than, yk...THIS (if that makes sense) - but has always, always, always wanted to be apart of so many of the cool dynamics and whatnot I've seen in all of my fave medias. like, I'd give anything to live any one of these lives at least once, so ofc I have a lot😭✨️.

but anyways, yeah, like I said, feel free to just engage however you want, I truly just felt like showing them off and will definitely be expanding more on each one later in separate posts :)!

Mmm ok ill also just put my random thoughts here abt my shifting journey

Currently, i think ive spread my attention too far over too many things and i gotta center myself again. I had the realization a bit ago that i really don’t need to care when i shift, because i know itll already happen. But even with that i keep catching myself “trying” to shift without the full intent to do so.

So im gonna take my day off tomorrow to straighten my focus, and see what i truly need to work on now. Hopefully with summer coming up ill have a good break to fully submerge myself in self work and focus on just one or two things, not like, the 16 things i have now.

I dunno, maybe ill take a small break and turn my focus away from shifting for a week? Doubt it though

Instead of trying to reprogram your mind to get rid of your disadvantages why not just turn them into a advantages. I truly don't think anything is a problem when it comes to shifting if you just shift your perspective.

1. ╰┈➤“I’m overthinking everything right now.”

Use it as a DR spiral.

Instead of shutting it down, channel it. Start overthinking your DR. Spiral into the details.

“What’s the smell of my DR room? How does my s/o handwriting look like? What the last thing I seen before I went to bed last night in my DR?

Let your overthinking become a insight of your Dr in small details. Small details = deep connection.

2╰┈➤“My brain won’t shut up / I keep getting random thoughts.”

Let them.

Even if those thoughts have nothing to do with your DR, let them pass without resistance.

When you stop fighting your mind, it relaxes. And once you’re relaxed, your method flows more easily. Your thoughts don’t block the shift—they soften the space around it.

(I'm also a firm believer you can get into a void state by just yapping your brain away)

3╰┈➤“I feel bored / I want to stop / This is taking too long.”

→ Reframe it as a sign of closeness.

Affirm in your mind:

“I’m bored because I’m already there. My reality just hasn’t caught up yet.”

Because remember our senses are last thing that shifts. Boredom means you’re there— your awareness is already there.

Boredom isn’t a block—It’s neutrality, It’s how your DR self feels—calm, natural, already there.

4╰┈➤ “I got distracted / I forgot I was even doing the method.”

→ Celebrate it.

That’s literally ideal. A lot of accidently shifts happen when you stop obsessing and let your subconscious take the wheel. It not you who shifts you but your subconscious. And if you can, use it because distractions can bring you to detachment and help you shift.

5╰┈➤ “I fell asleep mid-method!”

→ That was the method.

You didn’t fail—you succeeded. Not only you can turn this into a "method" now by just shifting while you sleep with no effort, but let me tell you something everytime you think of being in your Dr before sleep or you wake it extra confused or maybe you got a dream of your Dr? It because you were there while your drself was asleep so you just woke up here but you actually were in your Dr the whole night.

6╰┈➤“My affirmations feel fake / repetitive / I can’t do them for long.”

That’s because they’re already true. Your brain is just bored of repeating what it already knows as true. It’s not resistance—it’s recognition. You’re not convincing your mind of anything, you’re remembering what’s already real.

You already are the version of you that has it all.

7╰┈➤“My DR feels too good to be true.”

→ That’s your CR conditioning talking

It’s not too good to be true. It’s too good to be false. Your DR feels like a fantasy only because CR trained you to accept less. Flip the script: your DR is suited specific for you.

8╰┈➤ "I'm putting my Dr on a pedestal"

okay and so what? People put good stuff in their life on pedestal all the time? That doesn't make it unreachable or unreasonable because they already have it. Just the same way you are already in your Dr. Reminder yourself that it okay to romanticise your Dr life because it still your life.

The plot of the dr;

Victoria Everglot was supposed to get married to me because of my family's wealth. It the same scenario as in movie but it Victoria who couldn't remember and do the vows correctly so we cancel the wedding for a day (can't embarrass myself like that). I go for a walk in to the woods and I say the vows and put the right on Emily finger without knowing it.

The same scenario happened and I woke up in Land of Dead. At the end if I want to I can choose who to end up with Emily or Victoria.
