at this point my all consuming obsession with sinbad legend of the seven seas has calcified into occasionally seeing outfits and thinking marina would wear that

Honestly, I last watched Sinbad when I was like, idk, 8 years old? I didn't really know what to expect from a movie that I watched 15 years ago, but still, I really wanted to do it.

I must say that I'm positively surprised. It's so much better than I remember it to be? The story, animation, characters - all of those components complement one another. Also the music fits so well?

I think that I did not appreciate it enough as a kid. But it may be because this animation feels like it can't be fully grasped (?) by kids. And I'm not talking about some adult jokes they sneaked in, but more like atmosphere and relations between characters.

Also, idk, it just feels so queer? It's like none of the main characters is straight. And you can see it from the very beginning of the movie. (just more reasons to love this movie) I just know for sure that I'll rewatch it again and again

I like to think that when ever he’s around marina or Sinbad he can feel that he can let loose a little(alot) (they get the privilege of seeing more of his personality besides his father)

ok so I'm trying to edit proteus with his hair down I had to take off the hair bump his pony tail caused and get rid of the pony tail in general in order for the back to look ok and wow this is how he looks without long hair (maybe a few more tiny hairs flying in the wind and it would look better but Allas thats for another day) just really wanted y'all to see this.
