EC/MAD Razor question

Is there a difference between getting MAD or EC on the razor route or is it just random?

Also some people call her always the razor and some call her MAD/EC razor when she's in her final form but if we name each princess by their chapter's names this one is technically "The arms race"

but i have NEVER seen anyone call her anything but
