honestly I couldn’t think of any worse way to spend the apocalypse than in one of the coldest states in the country a part of a religious cannibal cult. especially compared to tommy’s communist hallmark movie town? girl 

Now I'm not saying that the infected are homophobic. However, they did get in the way of two little lesbians having a good time and being together.

something about joel being terrified now that ellie is someone he loves and bill saying he wasn't scared before frank came. something about love being both a driving force and a paralytic. something about having characters like bill and frank and henry and sam come around to show different kinds of love but still paralleling their stories to joel and ellie.

It worked!

I love the way this show goes about explaining how the infected are all connected to each other, how the fungus can rally dozens of them at once and lead them to prey, how it's not just affecting the world above but also below - there's strands and threads that run for miles and... you just get this feeling that the Earth is being choked to death. And it makes for such tremendous and terrifying horror because how do you fight nature when it turns rotten and diseased? The scientists were right. The doctors were right - you can't.

I will not apologize for the person I will become when The Last of Us comes out

if you grew up playing/watching until dawn, the last of us and/or life is strange, therapy cannot help you. you are beyond help

Hi tumblr people!

Tlou s2e2 hit so hard it teleported me back to high school. I started drawing again (which after traumatic expierience with art school is a big win for me yay!)

I know this doesn’t even resemble Pedro (somehow it reminds me more of Joel from the games. How? I don’t have the slightest idea 😂). Should I add more moths or leave it with only white? It will be a diptych with Ellie with fern and moths. The whitest part is made in Posca markers. I tried to save it by adding more in soft pastel to mute it a little but well… let’s just say I went with the flow and here we are. What should I change? What can I add? Pls be gentle 🫣 also I’m adding my reference (Photoshoot from Esquire April 2023)
