What is Scott up to in the no ir au?

Job? Going good. Family issues? through the roof. We don't know how he's getting out of the hole he's dug for himself but what we do know is that there's one heck of a family dinner party around the corner and he can't escape

No IR au tin tin

The Rival

Name: Tintin Kyrano

Age: 24

Occupation: Motorsport racer as the infamous rival of Alan. Does secondary jobs during her off seasons.

Description: Tintin Kyrano is one of the biggest enigmas of Alan's racing career. Seen as one of the best racers in America, she is independent and self assured, quick-witted with her quips and feisty retorts on the race track. However, racing is ultimately an escape from the dark shadow cast upon her and the legacy she upholds, not of her late father's, but of another devious blood-relative... She cannot let anyone get too close, lest they find out what she truly does outside of her racing career.

Relationships: She is respected and feared by most racers she encounters, but is slowly coming to see Alan as a good friend of hers outside of their rivalry. Following the death of her father, Kyrano, she has since been brought up by her half-uncle, known to others under the mysterious title, "The Hood". It is unclear at this stage what other affiliations she may hold.

No IR au Alan

The Racer

Name: Alan Tracy

Age: 22

Occupation: Aerospace Engineer in training. Is also a well renowned motorsport racer in his free time.

Description: The youngest of the group at only eight when his father died, Alan has experienced instability his whole life. It didn't, however, stop him from retaining his thrill-seeking mind and sense of humour on the racetrack. As the last to become independent he constantly tries to prove himself, but denies it has anything to do with near-constant feelings of inadequacy from watching his brothers leave home one by one. Alongside Virgil, Alan is one of the most connected brothers of their family.

Relationships: Good friends with John due to their similar areas of study, and stays in regular contact with Virgil and Gordon. Very rarely speaks to his eldest brother, whom he has rarely seen in recent years and harbours conflicted feelings towards. Has rivals within his racing career but is usually polite to them when off-camera. He is often coddled by his mother, who still treats him more like a kid than as an adult.

No IR au John

The Professor

Name: John Tracy

Age: 27

Occupation: Professor of Astrophysics at a reputable university as well as an Astrophysicist. He has also published multiple textbooks on such topics.

Description: As the once soft-spoken middle child of the household, John has spent a large portion of his twenties building his library of knowledge and building a strong reputation for himself. Inventive and mildly eccentric, he is well known for his contributions to science alongside his acquaintance and occasional co-worker, Brains. He is currently planning to undergo a PhD and earn himself the title of Doctor. He lives far from his family, but always makes sure to know what's going on in their lives.

Relationships: Close to Alan, whom he goes to support at his competitions. Stays in contact with Virgil at times, but is often too immersed in his studies to get too close. Is single, but he isn't terribly interested in settling down with someone in the near future.

No IR au Gordon

The Champion

Name: Gordon Tracy

Age: 25

Occupation: Olympic Swimmer and Part-time Lifeguard. Gordon wishes to ultimately become a Marine Biologist, but has not convinced himself to go back to school.

Description: The easy-going, happy-go-lucky son of Jeff Tracy, Gordon is well liked by most he comes across. However, whilst he appears to be light and boyish, he still harbours suppressed emotions surrounding the death of his father. He still talks with most of the brothers, of course, even going to Alan's races here and there, but ultimately he still feels like he doesn't know what he's doing with his life. Not that he lets it get to him, anyway- he's always finding ways to have his fun and be in the moment.

Relationships: Gordon is closer to Alan and Virgil than John and Scott, whom he hasn't seen for a while. He stays in contact with them all, including Lucille, when he can but occasionally drops off the radar due to life stresses. Has attempted to get into relationships before, but none of them have lasted too long. He'll probably find the right person, one day.

At 16 when their father died, Virgil had made sure the youngers stayed out of trouble, and took care of them as he continued his studies of medicine. Now, however, Virgil has found himself increasingly alone in the world as his brothers had left home one by one to live their lives, and he has since begun to wonder when he will truly start living his own.

Relationships: Is openly in a relationship with his boyfriend, Lucas. Close to the kids he looks after at the shelter, who see him as a parental figure. Painfully distant from his brothers due to personal strife, but he keeps in touch with his mother Lucille whenever he can.

i get that the movie and reboot made John a responsible person but where all missing the opportunity to make original series John the third most caotic member, like in the og series Alan and John swap turns on five and they may be for some reasons but it's even funnier if it's because if Alan John and Gordon are all on earth together it would all be way to caotic for anyone to handle, I think people should also make John and Alan caotic space bros with the same goal and similar sense of humour.

Wnat a crossover fic where while most of the Tracy's are thinking critically Alan John and gordon are doing dumb stuff, and let's not even get on to how og scott can smell poison. Let the og boys be the most caotic people ever let them tease each outher in times of crisis.

Let Gordon splash scott when he gets out of water let the 2015 Tracy's stare on in horror as one of og boys picks something up and eats it with no hesitation just to annoy the outhers.

Give og series Alan a prosthetic leg because of the explosion when the hood invaded the island (brains is dead comic/ Thunderbirds versus the hood audio book), let him take it off and throw it at someone. Have penny pull out a gun and freak her counter parts out.

acknowledge the fact that aliens exist in the og series and that brains was almost eaten by one. Address Alan's racing career let him make funny little references to racing lingo and freak the alternate versions out or confuse the bad guys. Let Alan and John geek out about something to do with space make, the bros gang up on each outher have prank wars that Jeff is so tired of dealing with.

Thank you for reading my rant this might happen again and if anyone has something like this please direct me to it thank you.

NAS PENSACOLA, Fla. (NNS) -- The U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron, the Blue Angels, and the U.S. Air Force Air Demonstration Squadron, the Thunderbirds, will honor frontline COVID-19 responders and essential workers with formation flights over Baltimore, Washington D.C. and Atlanta May 2. "America Strong is a way for both teams to show appreciation to the thousands of doctors, nurses, first responders and essential workers out there serving on the frontline day-in and day-out," said Cmdr. Brian Kesselring, U.S. Navy Blue Angels commanding officer and flight leader for the flyover. "This is an extraordinary and unprecedented time but we will get through this. We are all in this together." A formation of 6 F-16C/D Fighting Falcon and 6 F/A-18C/D Hornet aircraft will conduct these flyovers as a collaborative salute to healthcare workers, first responders, military, and other essential personnel while standing in solidarity with all Americans during the COVID-19 pandemic. "We are honored to fly over these cities in a display of national unity and support for the men and women keeping our communities safe." said U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. John Caldwell, Thunderbird commander and lead pilot. "These flyovers are a gesture of goodwill on behalf of the entire Department of Defense to the heroes of the COIVD-19 pandemic." This mission, the second of several planned over the coming weeks, is the culmination of more than a month of planning and coordination between the two teams and numerous city and government offices. Residents along the flight path can expect a few moments of jet noise as the aircraft pass overhead, along with the sight of 12 high-performance aircraft flying close in precise formation. 5+1 Scott and Alan (Carrying) Part 4

Ao3

Part 1

Part 2

Part 3

-------

-4-

“Scott? Can you come pick me up?”

It was barely even a whimper over the audio-only hologram call. The voice was slightly nasally and hoarse – as well as plainly miserable. Scott jumped up from where he’d been sitting cross-legged on the island’s balcony, overlooking the pool. “Allie? What’s wrong? What happened?” Alan barely called home from boarding school unless it was the weekend or something was really wrong.

There was a pause and a sniffle. “Just, come pick me up?”

Half an hour later, Scott was striding up the stairs to Alan’s boarding school, the smell of Tracy One’s afterburners still lingering in the air along with the scent of scorched grass. Oh well. He’d pay for it later. His kid brother needed him.

Scott barely stopped to sign in at reception, instead continuing on to where he knew his brother’s dorm room was. Kids scrambled to get out of his way, murmurs of “International Rescue” following his every step. Oops, sorry Alan.

The amount of people trickled to almost nothing as soon as Scott hit the dormitory area. He scoured each door until he found the one he was looking for. There was a dent in the wood, new since the last time he’d been here just over two months ago. Raising his hand, Scott knocked. “Allie?”

The door violently opened, and suddenly his arms were full of sobbing baby brother.

“Alan, hey, calm down, I’m here.”

Alan only sobbed harder, clutching the eldest around the middle. Slightly shocked and now more than a little concerned, Scott gently carded his fingers through the blond hair. When it was obvious that Alan wasn’t going to let go soon, Scott bent and scooped him up. At eleven years old, Alan had proclaimed himself ‘too old to be picked up’, but there was no reaction this time.

Scott finally stepped into the room, knocking the door closed with his foot. Dodging the mess on the floor, he carried Alan over to the bed, complete with rumpled sheets and a tear-stained pillow. Setting him down, he tried to gently untangle himself from the embrace, but Alan was having none of it.

“No,” he whispered, “don’t go away.”

“Alright, it’s okay.” Dread stabbed Scott through. “I’m not going anywhere.”

In the minutes it took to calm Alan down, Scott’s mind was racing. Alan had only been at this new boarding school for a couple of months, but he seemed to be enjoying it so far. They’d had to move him and Gordon after their dad disappeared. Someone had leaked that the elusive Tracy boys attended a certain boarding school when not at their mysterious island, and the press had started to harass both teachers and students alike about International Rescue and the recent disappearance of its commander. Alan and Gordon had lived in a state of constant stress, still recovering from Jeff’s death. Grandma Tracy had made the decision to move them to somewhere no one knew who they were, and so far, it had worked. For Alan, at least. After only a couple of weeks at the school, Gordon had gotten word that his application to WASP had been accepted and he graduated early, much to the disappointment of his younger brother. But Alan bounced back fairly quickly, it seemed, and he had told them about his friends and schoolwork every time he spoke to his family on the island.

After a while, Alan slowly raised his head. Scott watched him carefully. Alan was like John and Virgil – push him and he wouldn’t tell you a thing but be patient and he’d tell you what was on his mind.

“I had history today,” he finally whispered. “We’re beginning a new unit. Space missions.”

Oh.

Oh.

“Dad was mentioned,” Alan’s breath hitched. “The teacher said that he was one of the best astronauts of our time, and– and that it was such a shame when he…” He broke off, dissolving in sobs once again. He tightened his grip on Scott’s hoodie, and Scott found himself similarly clinging to his brother. Memories assaulted him at once, memories not even six months old.

“I miss him, Scotty.”

“So do I.”

“He’s not coming back, is he? Like Mum?”

“No,” Scott whispered, almost too quiet to hear and even harder to say. “He’s not.”

--------

Welp! These are just getting longer and longer and I am really enjoying it! I was thinking that the family would take Alan back home to the island after this incident and continue homeschooling him, or at least, get hologram Zoom-calls or something. I can only imagine the questions and attention Alan would get after a member of International Rescue visited. Someone would two and two together, figure everything out, and then naturally everyone would know. Besides, Alan's training needs to begin!

Desperately need ideas for the next one! Something needs to go wrong on a rescue, or Alan messes up somehow, but I don't know what! Any ideas??

5+1 Scott and Alan (Carrying) Part 3

Ao3

Part 1

Part 2

-3-

“Alan!”

Silence.

“Mum!?”

No noise at all.

“Where are you?”

Nothing. Just dreadful white snow everywhere.

Scott never thought his youngest brother would ever be in danger. He was the oldest child, he protected his younger siblings.

That was how it worked, he thought frantically. That’s how it should be.

But Alan, only five years old, was missing along with his mother in the devastating aftermath of the avalanche.

Jeff was frantically looking for Lucille and Alan. John was busy irritating the rescue personnel, trying to tell them exactly how to treat Virgil. Virgil, who had been caught up in the slide downhill but was thankfully found after only two hours, cold and terrified with a broken leg. Scott was on his own. Each and every person along the slope were searching for signs of the fourteen people who’d been caught in the avalanche, but they’d been out here for well over five hours now. The instrument that scanned for life had broken ages ago, the wires inside freezing despite the manufacturing claims. Scott had been trying to ignore it, but the chances they’d find anyone else alive were steadily dwindling.

A distressed cry from behind a snow mound suddenly dragged him out of his thoughts. He sprinted over-

-to see his father hunched over, crying. A stiff, cold form was half-buried in the snow, a smaller form huddled in Jeff’s arms. His knees gave out at the sight, and he dropped beside Jeff. Scott stared at his mother, shock setting in. Her eyes were tight shut, and the life had already faded from her cheeks. Scott knew immediately that she was gone, never to come back to them.

He tore his eyes away to focus on his father. He’d only ever seen his dad cry once when Grandpa Tracy had died. This was the same, yet so much different.

Switching his gaze again to the surrounding snow, Scott blinked back his own tears. He had to be strong. For his dad. For Virgil, john, and Gordon, For his mum, For little Alan, who was still miss-

Scott’s eyes widened as he realised what was in his dad’s arms. Or rather, who. There, huddled into his dad’s chest, clad in the bright blue of his snow jacket, was Alan. His nose and cheeks were red, the skin around it deathly pale, tears and blond hair frozen his face. He didn’t move.

But even as Scott watched, a small puff of warm breath escaped from Alan’s mouth, hanging in the air or a second before dissipating.

He was alive.

Perhaps it was the shock, perhaps he had gone mad, but Scott nearly laughed out loud in relief. The world was cruel enough to take his mother from him, yet kind enough to leave his baby brother. Reaching forwards, Scott gently slid his arms under Alan’s knees and shoulders and lifted the youngest of his family from his unresponsive father, cuddling his brother tight. Alan’s lips were blue. Scott unzipped his own coats and drew then around him, wincing at the stab of frigid air. The little kid would stay warm until the rescue personnel arrived.

With a final glance at his mother and sobbing father, Scott stood and turned away to hide the scene from his youngest brother.

“I got you, Allie,” he whispered, “and I’m not letting go.”

5+1 Scott and Alan (Carrying) Part 2

Part 1

Ao3

-2-

“Pick me up, Scoo’er!”

A three-year old Alan Tracy reached his chubby arms to his oldest brother, interrupting Scott’s plane-watching. With a chuckle, the teenager picked him up, settling the youngest of the family onto his hip before resuming the search for planes and other aircraft in the Kansas sky.

Alan bashed his brother’s Shoulder with a fist repeatedly. “Spin,” he demanded. “Spin.”

Tearing his eyes from the sky once again, Scott looked at Alan, seeing nothing but unabashed determination to get his brother to play with him on his face.

“Alan, you’re lucky that I love you,” Scott said. Placing a hand in the middle of the toddler’s back to keep him steady, Scott abruptly spun on the spot, grinning at the sudden burbling laugh Alan produced.

Stopping and bouncing Alan into the air, Scott had to laugh as well. It was rare moments like these that he loved, even if his brother did interrupt. Most thirteen-year-olds would react very differently if interrupted by a brother a whole ten years younger. But Alan was a happy kid, and Scott knew he would do almost anything for him if he asked. He’d do the same for all his brothers, of course, but the oldest and the youngest shared a bond that Scott was ever grateful for.

A streak of white in the sky caught Scott’s eye. “Allie, look!” he smiled. “There’s Dads plane!”

“Dad!” Alan yelled, reaching up to the sky.

Scott stared at Tracy One as she flew over the trees. “I’m going to fly that jet, one day. Dad said I could at my next birthday.”

“I like space,” Alan said very seriously.

Scott grinned. “Yeah, you do. Hey, did you ask Mum to hang up Pluto in your room yet? The solar system isn’t complete without Pluto!”

Alan’s eyes widened. “Mum!” he yelled. “Plooto! We need Plooto!”

With another wistful glance at Tracy One as she flew out of sight, Scott headed inside, his brother bouncing in his arms.

5+1 Scott and Alan (Carrying) Part 1

-1-

Scott stared down at the baby swaddled in his mother’s arms. It was so, so small, a tiny fist curled around a red blanket and eyes closed. He looked like nothing special, yet his mother and father loved him so much already, despite only knowing him for a couple of days.

“Scott,” Lucille called gently from the hospital bed. “Come here, honey.”

The eldest Tracy son gently removed little Gordon from his lap, handing him over to Virgil beside him along with the handful of coloured pencils that the toddler was using. He stepped forward, blue eyes never leaving his youngest brother.

Jeff beamed down at Scott and slid to the side so he could sit down. “Remember when you brothers were little, Scooter? They were just like this.”

“I remember.” Scott held out his hands, and suddenly the newest Tracy was in his arms. The red blanket almost swallowed him whole, but it didn’t stop the baby from blinking slowly and opening his eyes, eyes so similar to Scott’s own. The baby let out a yawn and Scott felt his heart swell.

“Hi Alan, my name’s Scott. I’m your big brother.”

I think it’s safe to say that all of us in the Thunderfam have had this daydream before!

Not entirely happy with this (really super duper) quick art, but I’m practicing expressions, so you guys get this. Please excuse the grubby little signature - I had to do it with my mouse.

I kinda hate this. No shading, no nothing. Ugh.

London Gym - a Thunderbirds Are Go story

Author: mae-the-4th

Fandom: Thunderbirds Are Go (2015-2020)

Timing: Season 3, about Episode 18 Avalanche and Episode 20 Icarus

Warnings: none

Words: 1235

Author’s Note: It’s about time I did another Thunderbirds fic! I hate the ending at all and am not entirely happy with what I finished with, but we’ll see how it goes… Enjoy this in all its unedited glory! I know nothing about Wing Chun and Kung Fu, so if I get something wrong, I am so sorry and will try to fix it! The character of Jack Wallace is completely fictional. I don't own any characters except for Jack Wallace, an OC.

xXxXxXx

Jack Wallace was a fit guy. His black-and-red Wing Chun martial arts belt and his habit of going to the gym every morning proved said fact. He had gone to this particular gym in London every day for almost two and a half years – yet he had never seen this young woman before, although she seemed somehow familiar. Tall, lithe, with olive skin, black hair, and enchantingly green eyes, she was there before even he was, running on the treadmill. She stayed there for 3 hours, running at 10 kilometres an hour, no joke! She didn’t stop, didn’t slow down, didn’t stop listening to her music. It seemed she barely broke a sweat. She just kept on running, ponytail swinging, until she left. Jack made a mental note to ask her whether she was a marathon runner if he saw her again.

She was there the next day, again beating him to the gym. Instead of the treadmill, she focused on weights, lifting loads that usually would be impossible for a girl of her age and stature. After weights, she moved to the floor mats, completing push-ups, balances, squats, and many more that Jack didn’t manage to notice. Jack hit the showers quickly so he could ask her what her training regime was but just missed her. As he ran out the door after her, he just managed to spot her climbing into a pink car (pink! Now that’s a sight you don’t see every day!). She greeted the grey-haired driver and they sped off.

On the third day, the mystery girl was late – a whole hour late. It seemed very much unlike her (not that Jack really knew anything about her). The reason why was revealed when the large pink car pulled up to the doors. Out stepped the olive-skinned girl, pulling a shorter blonde out with her. The grey-haired driver followed at a respectful distance, warily eyeing Jack for a moment before flicking his eyes subtly around the gym. Jack didn’t even think about trying to talk to the mystery girl that day.

The day after, Jack found Mystery Girl on the mats, alone. She had a punching bag hanging in front of her – and it looked like she really hated it. Jabs and kicks repeatedly hit the bag, with sometimes less than a second in between the different moves. With a start, Jack recognised the style of fighting – Wing Chun, a style he was quite familiar with himself. After watching a few minutes, Jack realised that this was his opportunity to go talk to her.

“Wing Chun, right? Kung Fu?”

She stopped, turning to face him. “Yes. You know it?”

“Yeah. Don’t know much, but enough to get by in a fight. I think.”

Mystery Girl smirked. “Okay. Let’s have a look, shall we?”

“Pardon?”

“I don’t know about you, but this punching bag doesn’t exactly hit back.” Jack furrowed his eyebrows. She rolled her eyes. “I’m asking if you’ll spar with me.”

“Oh! Right, yeah. Sorry.” Spreading his legs into an opening stance, Jack desperately tried to remember what he had been taught – and nearly got a jab to the face. “Hey!”

“C’mon! One of the first rules is ‘always be ready and expect the unexpected’!”

Jack grimaced. “Sorry. I’m ready now.”

Mystery Girl grinned. “Shall we start then?”

Somewhere amidst all the jabs and kicks Mystery Girl launched at him, Jack realised that he was seriously outmatched. She was an expert, as in the highest ranking you could ever be. His respect and awe for her increased massively every time she added another bruise to his collection. Her style was flawless, each move precise and aimed perfectly. Jack never had any chance of beating her and he could tell that she was toying with him, leading him around the mats. Finally, Jack found himself on the flat on the ground, pinned by her knee. Grinning, she stood back up and offered her hand. Grabbing it, Jack stood back upright.

“Thanks for the practice,” the girl said.

“Practice? That was a full-on work out!”

She shrugged. “Eh, I take what I can get. Most of my brothers can’t really keep up with me in terms of self-defense, although they’re much better than they used to be.”

Jack sipped from his water bottle, still panting. “Let me guess, you’ve been teaching them?” She nodded, drinking from her own bottle. “How many brothers do you have?”

“Five,” she replied, and Jack blinked in surprise.

A ring tone echoed in the quiet gym and Mystery Girl picked up her phone. Sleek and black with silver highlights, it was obviously heavy duty – and expensive. A holographic display lit the air above the phone, showing the caller ID. Calling – Lady Penelope. The picture was the young blonde from the other day, laughing with her head thrown back with a tanned blond man, Hawaiian shirt open at the neck. Mystery Girl picked up her phone and ‘Penelope’ appeared.

“We are right outside when you’re ready. Gordon is here too, surprisingly.”

“Really?” Mystery Girl said, wry disbelief on her face.

“Yes! Somehow, I got Gordon out of bed, but he is fairly grumpy, and I will need your help wrangling him.”

She smiled fondly. Jack found he really liked it, but a stab of jealousy ran through him. Who is this Gordon? Her boyfriend?

“I’ll be right there, Lady P. See you in a few seconds.” Hanging up on Penelope, Mystery Girl grabbed her rucksack and turned towards the door. “Bye,” she said to Jack with a flutter of her fingers. Minutes later, the same pink car from before roared past.

It was only later that Jack realised he still didn’t ask for her name. He certainly regretted it when he never saw her in his gym again-

-until she was on television two weeks later.

Jack was on the treadmills, straining for those last few kilometres, while watching the local news. There had been a recent world record broken – the world airspeed record, to be precise. Something had gone wrong though, according to the news, and International Rescue had stepped in to help. Jack only caught the end of the report, but it was enough to stop him in his tracks (while the treadmill was still running unfortunately, although he’d never admit it). The news channel showed four of the five Thunderbirds lined up, the members of International Rescue standing in front. Four young men for four Thunderbirds, baldrics silver, green, red, and yellow. Next to them stood two young women. One was blonde, clad in a gold dress and black jacket, her hand entwined in the yellow Thunderbird’s hand. Jack’s eyes widened as he recognised her as Lady Penelope. And next to her-

Next to Lady Penelope was Mystery Girl. Clad in dark blue-green and black, she stood with an easy confidence. The names of the members of International Rescue flashed on the holo-image. Scott Tracy, Virgil Tracy, John Tracy, Gordon Tracy, Alan Tracy, Kayo Kyrano.

Kayo.

Now everything made sense! Mystery Girl’s fitness ability, her friend with the chauffeur, her mention of her five brothers – blimey, her brothers were the famous Tracy’s. She was part of International Rescue, for goodness sake!! She was the elusive pilot of the rumoured Thunderbird Shadow! And Jack had met with her, talked to her, sparred with her, and didn’t even realise.

Jack left the gym in bewilderment, the treadmill still running.
