Star was getting ready for her next concert, 5 minutes till show time, slightly excited because it's the first one she's held one at Pop Village ever since she had came back 2 years ago

she looked out and saw the whole village, cheering and waiting for her to come on stage "ok, makeups done, outfits ready, and now....... hair......" she turned her head to see the wig, laying there on the vanity "wish they didn't see me as a freak, but it is what it is...." Star faced the mirror, looking at her white hair and then sighed until, a voice called out "2 minutes until showtime, lil cuz!" Star's manager, Anthony said

"I'll be out in a sec!" she yelled back, Star breathed in and out as she put the wig on and gave herself a pep talk "just smile, dance, and sing then nobody will judge you and you'll be just fine"

then it was finally showtime, she stepping onto the stage and the crowd went wild and cheered for her, singing along to the songs and having a good time

right when Star was singing her last song of the concert, while doing her choreography she accidentally tripped, tripping hard enough to make her wig fall off (she forgot to glue it on 😔)

everyone gasped as they stopped singing along and began whispering amongst themselves "what happened?" "I thought she got rid of that" "didn't she dye her hair?" the comments got worse and worse until

Star couldn't take it anymore so she quickly got up grabbed her wig and ran off the stage, humiliated and embarrassed

but what she didn't know was that JD was attending the concert and had felt bad for Star but also curious onto how her natural is white.....

that next morning, JD had went to Stars pod to talk to her "Starlight!, are ya in there?" after a few moments of silence, Star finally opened he door with tear stained cheeks and puffy eyes from crying all night "hey Star, is it ok if I come in so we can talk?" silence "um..... sure" after letting JD in, he decided to get straight to the topic "Star, how come your natural hair is white, and didn't you tell me or any of the bros?"

Star immediately froze and her eyes went wide "....w-wait....YOU were at the concert?" "yeah Starlight, and when I got back I told the others about it and they were shocked" there was an uncomfortable silence until Star finally spoke up "well..... I.... I don't like talking about it" Star said, avoiding eye contact as the memories of being trapped in that bottle flooded in her head "look Starlight, I'm not gonna judge you I just wanna know why you didn't tell me and the others" JD said while holding her chin so they could maintain eye contact 'cmon Star if they find out the truth themselves, theyll never forgive you for lying to their faces' Star told herself in her head, feeling guilty if JD and the others had to find out the real reason why her hair is white

"but I'll get going, me and the bros gotta practice for our concert next month" JD said getting up and almost exiting the pod before saying "and just so you know, I'm always here whenever you need me Starlight" he told Star leaving the pod, trying to hide his concern and worry for her

"I hope this doesn't end bad"

so you know how V&V use troll talent so that way they can sing? im just messing with y'all I know you know that, I sometimes wonder..... What if there was someone else before Floyd??? I know the movie puts it as they've only been successful of taking troll talent for like 2 months or whatever you wanna call it, but since this is an au, pls hear me out someone Brozone and Pop Village knew???

before you read ill remind you that: THIS WAS BEFORE TBT SO PLZ DON'T GET CONFUSED 😭

before getting captured (if you had read my info post on Star)

her solo career was actually spreading throughout the village and becoming successful until

one night she was walking and exploring way outside of Pop Village (since she basically lived there her whole life, she got curious and wanted to explore) everything was going smooth but then she got captured by V&V >:(

(im sorry I didn't know that the fade was that bad)

after being held captive for almost 3 months, her hair eventually started getting white but her body never went transparent like Floyd did

very suspicious indeed 🤨 (I also headcannon that before V&V captured Floyd, they had put Star in a glass perfume bottle instead of diamond)

Star had somewhat came up with a plan that after V&V had used her after their last concert and after the duo left, that night she would make the bottle fall, making it break, using her hair to go up the HVAC system (does this plan make sense at all? 😭)

that morning, Velvet was pissed at the fact Star escaped, thats when the duo decided to use diamond next time, since it's impossible to break.

even though she injured her shoulder during the fall, she maneged to escape Mount Ragous (is that how it's spelled???) and make it back to Pop Village (dw her shoulder ended up healing on her way back to the village (it took her A VERY LONG time to get back since she traveled on foot)

when she finally got back, the whole village was worried about Star but most importantly worried about her hair so she just simply replied 'I just did some exploring and plus, I think it's a good look'

(obviously lying, but the village bought it without suspicion)

a year later, Star tried dying her hair back to the original color but, it didn't work over and over Star thought she was doing something worng until.....

at the doctors office, they explained that whatever happened to her (Star didn't tell the doctors what exactly happened) it had caused Stars hair to now be white PERMANENTLY, meaning she can't dye it, and that she'll either have to deal with it or wear a wig

Star thought 'no big deal, bet it won't mess with my popularity or fame since I'm a solo singer lol, it's just hair'

but damn, was she wrong

turns out when you have white hair, people consider you a 'freak' or find the hair 'unnatural' and a 'unnecessary change' 😕

so Stars manager (aka her cousin, Anthony) had recommend her wearing a wig that looked exactly like her original hair so that way, she would keep her popularity

I hc that she was born with her gray skin, the doctor told the trio that Piper is healthy and that as she got older, her skin would eventually get lighter??? (does that make sense????)

she is chill and outgoing

(she sneaks away and explores the outskirts of Pop Village which gets her in trouble or grounded)

do NOT give her chocolate unless you want her to be hyper as a crackhead and bouncing off the walls

okay so I wanted to update this bc I had another idea (thanks to @/sakuraswifee's theory!!!! you can read it first to understand this better) that train to the far shore mention really got me TRIPPIN. it is so good.

anyways, so long story short, yk one of the reasons kou wants to be an exorcist is to help nene with her lifespan, and also for hanako and his brother BUT he doesn't even mention mitsuba, anything about him to his brother which is sorta telling especially since hes trying really hard to figure out how to help him become human.

and yk what's MORE telling? he ignores his brother's worried texts in favor of being with mitsuba. HHHHHHHUUUUUMMMM

but if we look here at the clock keepers arc, kou aged, which is a total contradiction for the mtsk dying together yk

ANOTHER BUT. tsuchigomori said that there was one kid who changed his future (amane/hanako) and it's not revealed how, and depending on what it entails, it could give this theory credibility or crash it down

and we have no backstory on why yashiro manages to be able to break yorishiros other than bc she's a kannagi (like is her family ancestry's kannagi too?) but it's the reason aoi and her managed to switch lifespans because aoi's a kannagi too, and..... the minamoto clan... aren't kannagis...but they still concern supernatural stuff.

so are you picking up what im putting down rn? yep thats right!!!! it's a hard decision for kou to make but he did say he'll always be on nene's side :') and he even defied his own brother for it...he's so sweet ..

yashiro wouldnt want kou to sacrifice himself but then again it's his choice to literally agree to run away with mitsuba and basically just died with him

NENE AND KOU MAAAAY EXCHANGE LIFESPANS!!! so if not yorishiro HE WILL DIE WITH HIM

mitsukou has been lowkey eating my brain (once again) and this will probably sound stupid blabbering but im gonna try to make myself sound convincing. and in my defense this was just a random thought that popped up on my mind.

what if the thing about natsuhiko saying the way for a human to become a supernatural is to become a yorishiro? I mean think about it, what else is sumire other than a supernatural? If she just died normally instead of becoming a yorishiro she would've ended up disappearing along with other girls under the red house.

at first, I thought natsuhiko planned on saying it to kou so it could trigger something but he looks surprised here so I doubt it now but there's still a possibility

i think his face reads as "ooooh an unexpected reaction but I'll take it"

even if he was really mean that time he probably really did care about mitsuba someway and was hoping for him to make kou his yorishiro

AAAND another reach maybe that's why kou asked him out on a date (other than just wanting to hang out with him, ofc) like so he could maybe get more important to mitsuba and make him his yorishiro!

and get this, if he becomes mitsuba's yorishiro, nene LITERALLY wouldn't be able to destroy him at all, thus allowing her to live!!!! two birds with one stone, if you will

(but you could say then 'wouldn't the broadcasting trio not like that?' which is true but they did they'll do ANYTHING to make yashiro destroy every yorishiro, possibly by threatening her and especially looking at the sumire incident she wouldn't want that to happen again AND THE LOWKEY PARALLELS OF WHAT HAPPENED WITH SUMIRE AND HAKUBO WITH THE MITSUKOU CHAPTER. (with the cannibalism and all))

and it could be another reason why kou was so shocked at him when he asked to be exorcised (cough instead of making him his yorishiro cough)
