Sun Gazing is an Ancient Egyptian practice where you stare directly into the Sun. But this can only be done at sunrise or sunset to avoid damage being done to your eyes from the UV rays.

Sun gazing does much more than just increase your energy. Sun gazing is said to decalcify and grow the pineal gland (3rd eye). Meaning you will feel more spiritually connected to the world around you.

This practice helps one feel more energized and free, so if you feel sluggish and tired all the time, be sure to try this out. Society has made us believe that the Sun is bad for us, when actually, if in reality, we harvest the Sun's energy properly, it can and will change our lives forever.

Now, I'm sure many of my spiritual readers know what Moon Water is. Some may even know what Sun Water is. If some of you are hearing this for the first time, I will explain briefly.

• Sun Water is the method of containing the Sun's positive energies into the water we drink or use for our spiritual practices by placing it outside exposed to the Sun.

• Moon Water is the method of containing the Moon's positive energies into the water we drink or use for our spiritual practices by placing it outside exposed to the Moon.

HOW TO MAKE SUN WATER:

The steps are very easy and simple:

Fill up any container with Water (Bottles, A Glass, Tumbler, anything that can hold in water).

If you wish, you can even cleanse the container before filling it up with Water, with an incense stick or sage.

Place the container of water where the Sun's rays hit. The water in the container must be exposed to the Sun's rays. Also, you are only supposed to keep the water at any of the 2 allotted timings which I have given below👇

You can write down affirmations on a piece of paper, fold it and place it under the container if you wish to, as well.

Let the container be where it is till the time you must take it out, that is:

Early morning - 6:00 Am to 8/9:00 Am.

Afternoon to evening hours - 5:30 Pm to 7:00 Pm.

The benefits of drinking and using the Sun Water in our spiritual practices are the same as the benefits of Sun Gazing.💖

Again, The steps are very easy and simple:

Place the container of water where the Moon's light touches the water. The water in the container must be exposed to the Moon's light.

You can write down affirmations on a piece of paper, fold it and place it under the container if you wish to, as well.

Let the container be where it is overnight and then you must take it out before the sun rises.

MOON GAZING IS ALSO VERY BENEFICIAL.

Moon Water is very beneficial for those who want to get in touch with their intuition more and become more spiritually energized.

Drinking Moon water can help one become more relaxed and in touch with their emotions and feminine side.

One can manifest and cleanse using Moon Water as well. It is the most recommended by witches. Witchcraft is a bland experience without Moon Water because Moon is the witches mother.

Without the nurturing of our Mother Moon, how can we feel the best in our spiritual practices? Hence, we first bow down to our Moon, who will always be our Soul Mother.

Sun 8th house overlay

•Sun in the 8th house overlay = the sun person sees right through the house person, it's scary. This connection is not flaky. It's a deeply rooted connection.

The Sun person will want to dig deep into your soul in every possible way and the sex is intense as you both reveal parts of yourselves to eachother that you keep hidden from the world. The House person feels like a vampire exposed to the light in this connection, burning their soul in ways they never imagined they could burn.

The House person will be afraid of opening up to the sun person at the beginning but gradually the house person is given a place of ease and comfort by the sun person and this turns into a deep connection.

Moon ☌ Pluto

Moon 8th house overlay

•I feel like to some extent Moon ☌ Pluto manifests just as similar to the Moon in the 8th house overlay. Plutos intensity isn't just left behind by him in his house. He carries that intensity with him. He IS that intensity. So that's why the depth of this connection is so very deep and raw.

There's nothing they both would not do to keep eachother close. Definitely possessive of eachother. This also becomes a connection that is most likely to last forever. This also becomes a connection where you understand eachother on a soul level, feeling eachother from miles away, speaking to eachother without having to use verbal communication.

Your souls speak to eachother. Your souls cannot untangle once you've both gotten close. You both nurture eachothers wounds and feel eachother pain. You often read eachothers eyes without having to say anything at all. Along with this usually comes a LOT of challenges to test whether the connection wavers or stands the test of time.

It is normal that there will be massive turbulences in this connection that keeps this connection on the edge till you both pass the tests put forward. Usually, this connection does stand the test of time depending upon other placements and aspects as well. Best saying to describe this aspect is "They are the proof that 'Forever' exists".

I have heard before that when Moon sits in the 8th house overlay, there is a touch of secrecy in the connection, not between the two but one of them or the both of them needing to keep the connection a secret like meeting eachother privately where no one can see them. This can even happen with strong 8th house overlays added on with this moon-pluto conjunction.

This aspect and/or placement works best when both the individuals have heavy intense placements in their natal charts like 8th house, 12th house, Scorpio, and/or pisces placements. When this is not the case,one or both the individuals cannot handle the intensity and uncomfortable depth of this connection and are stuck in Denial or running away from one another or chasing the other as well.

A real Example: I have heavy 8th house overlay with (I'll keep him as) Person A where his Sun, Mars, Venus,Jupiter are all in my 8th house and his Moon is conjunct my Pluto. I have been meeting him in secret and am still meeting him in secret because of my mom and maybe I can even say my family overall.
