Hung out with friends today literally was sm fun and ended up getting a bunch of compliments on the fit so wanted to show it off here >:D
Omgg have been f@st!ng for over 48 hrs so far and got my steps in both days :>> (10k min) so proud of myselfff
reconnecting with my room after being around other people for too long
Drink a full cup of water.
Brush your teeth.
Take a shower.
Clean your room.
Get busy and focused.

Eating/exercise rules for myself <3
Fast atleast 1-2 times week
No more then 800 cals a day
Absolutely no fast food (makes me so bloated omg even if I portion it)
At most two meals a day preferably only one
Atleast 10k steps 5-6 times a week
Days not fasting must do some type of exercise (other then walking)
One cheat MEAL a month preferably for a special occasion
Lots and lots of water try to chill out on the diet sodas
Lots of fiber too and protein if I'm gunna eat a meal

Trying to spend less time mindlessly scrolling for thinspo and actually becoming the thinspo..
Going on nature walks. READING BOOKS AGAIN. Light stretches every time I think about it. Doing at home Pilates. Watching documentaries. Spending more time with family and friends.

depends on— height and weight, muscle mass, age, and sex.
what it is— the number of calories your body burned at rest to maintain basic functions like breathing, circulating blood, and keeps your organs working.
how to calculate BMR—
for women: BMR = (10 x weight in kg) + (6.25 x height in cm) - (5 x age) -161
for men: BMR = (10 x weight in kg) + (6.25 x height in cm) - (5 x age) + 5
for example— my BMR is 1,429cal a day.
don’t worry if you go over your calorie limit or eat more than expected. your body burns more calories without exercise than you think it does! sending love 💗
