I finally went and got groceries so I made a little after school meal! Only 114 kcal
3 rice cakes- 104 kcal
Tuna- 3 tbsp- 7 kcal
3 slices cucumber- 3 kcal
I was pretty busy today so I only ended up having a couple things, total being 232 kcal. I did have a couple snacks I had like 5 crackers but I wasn't able to take a photo of that </3 but I'm not too worried since you know it's def not gonna put me over a thousand
For dinner I had a one egg omelette with carrot, tofu, lettuce and parsley which was 94 kcal
For dessert I had some cooked apple with cinnamon topped with weetbix and Greek yoghurt which was 138 kcal
I'm back and I'm gonna try a 24hr liquid fast for the first time, wish me luck♡

I had such a good day today! I had 750 calories in total which is quite a bit but I worked out today and burnt like 150 calories! I've never really worked out before but I thought I should start if I wanna lose weight
For lunch I had my peanut butter rice cakes and half an apple which was 200 calories
For dinner I had these creamy potato things which was super good and chicken schnitzel, which I think was about 550? Sadly I can't just look up the exact calories for creamy potatoes and I'm too stupid to work them out😭
Just had a quest bar and I'm sorry but they taste so bad😭 I think if I really got a craving for something sweet I'd rather just have a chocolate bar and go for a run or something. They only had the cookies and cream one so maybe that's just a bad flavour?
This is what I ate today! Istg my family actually eats so unhealthy I wish I had an almond mum😭 all up though this was 752 calories so not that bad really
In my smoothie I had half a banana, 1/3 cup of milk, 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt, plus cinnamon and water. It was 227 kcal
For tea I had a cup of chips (just a guess), two ham steaks and an egg which was 525 kcal, kind of a lot for one meal but I'm just grateful it wasn't more I won't lie

Today I had 896 calories which now that I've added my dinner calories up that's kinda crazy like my smoothie (which looks gross but it was actually yum trust me) was less than 200 calories
After school I went on a walk and had a smoothie with banana, apple, cinnamon and a little milk which was 182 Cal
Mum made dinner and she gave me a huge portion for some reason?? It was 714 Cal though which I mean thank god I didn't eat anything more throughout the day like that's actually crazy. Surprisingly I ended up eating it all tho mainly because I didn't want my mum getting suspicious

Here's my food for the day! I got to make my own dinner so the total calories are only 575
For lunch I had some peanut butter on rice cakes, 175 calories
For dinner I had some leftover creamy potatoes and some glazed salmon I made! There wasn't much here to make a glaze though so I used some malt vinegar, pork bulgogi, sugar and tomato sauce. It was surprisingly tasty but I have no idea how many calories it was, I'm gonna guess like 50, in total for dinner though it was 400 calories

Back from my meta weekend and it made me feel so gross😭 I think I might cut it back to one day a week instead of two, anyways this was 718 calories, I'm getting some protein powder next week which I'm really looking forward to!
I only had dinner today and for that I had a cheese, lettuce and ham sandwich which was 324 calories, rice cakes with ham, lettuce and carrot which was 265 and a little lettuce wrap with ham and cheese which was 129 calories
All up today I consumed 1190 kcal and I feel so gross😭 I can't wait for school tomorrow so it takes my mind off of being hungry, I just had that dinner and I actually feel disgusting
For breakfast I had:
poached eggs on toast (352 kcal) and a banana and cinnamon smoothie (163 kcal)
For a snack:
Fried tofu (106 kcal)
For lunch:
4 rice cakes with canned tuna (148 kcal)
For dinner:
Chips, coleslaw and half a bit of chicken schnitzel that my mum got me (421 kcal)
