For breakfast I decided to have a blueberry smoothie, this is like half of it but it's pretty good, 195 kcal all up

Blueberries- 1 cup- 84 kcal

Greek yoghurt- 1/4 cup- 63 kcal

Milk- 1/3 cup- 48 kcal

I used whole milk because I don't have any almond, I feel like almond would've been much nicer and if I were to do this again I'd just stick with adding water

Here's my food for the day! I got to make my own dinner so the total calories are only 575

For lunch I had some peanut butter on rice cakes, 175 calories

For dinner I had some leftover creamy potatoes and some glazed salmon I made! There wasn't much here to make a glaze though so I used some malt vinegar, pork bulgogi, sugar and tomato sauce. It was surprisingly tasty but I have no idea how many calories it was, I'm gonna guess like 50, in total for dinner though it was 400 calories

I wanted some dessert before my fasting period began so I made this little yoghurt cereal thingy with some honey! I won't lie it is a little more calories than I wanted at 171 calories but it's not over my 1000 kcal limit and it's dessert so I don't particularly mind

I used:

Oats- 1/8 cup- 78 kcal

Greek yogurt- 1/4 cup- 63 kcal

Honey- 1 tsp- 20kcal

+once again some pansy petals to garnish because I like colour

Back from my meta weekend and it made me feel so gross😭 I think I might cut it back to one day a week instead of two, anyways this was 718 calories, I'm getting some protein powder next week which I'm really looking forward to!

I only had dinner today and for that I had a cheese, lettuce and ham sandwich which was 324 calories, rice cakes with ham, lettuce and carrot which was 265 and a little lettuce wrap with ham and cheese which was 129 calories

Here's what i had for lunch! It's not the most aesthetic but it was actually so tasty, I think I'm gonna have to eat something in the morning because today I was *suffering* anyways this was 133 kcal

It was:

A one egg omelette- 74 kcal

Chicken- 2 tbsp- 30 kcal

Greek yogurt- 1 tbsp- 10 kcal

I added some chilli flakes, garlic and parsley for flavour

A cup of coffee with 1 tbsp full fat milk and 1 tsp sugar which came to 29 kcal

Does anyone else feel better about their body since relapsing?? Like I used to sit at the mirror and nitpick everything wrong with my appearance but now I'm just like 'damn, I look good. Once I lose a few kilos I'll look great'
