Eveytime I see a really good fanfic idea I always get the urge to write it, this is one of those moments.

But alas... I'm too lazy to do so...

Someone please write a fanfic on this so I can at leat read it.

I would've loved if the movie ended with Leo still in the Prison Dimension. Not just because of the angst, but because Leo and Kraang would've been each other's warden.

Because imagine if Leo didn't immediately give up when the portal closed. Imagine if he constantly gave it his all and fought Kraang every second of every day. But neither one was winning.

We could've had Leo and Kraang in a stalemate for months. Raph, Donnie, and Mikey racing against the clock because Leo can't fight forever.

Mikey is only strong enough to open a portal for a few seconds. And, every time he does, he sees the both of them fighting tooth and nail just to overpower the other. Mikey's never seen Leo this intense. This ruthless.

The longer Leo is in the prison dimension, the more ruthless he gets. There's a reason Kraang hasn't been able to kill him yet....

It gets to the point where, unknowing to Raph and Donnie, Mikey questions whether or not Leo should be allowed out of the prison dimension-

This post started out normal and then it evolved into a fanfic idea. I wish I could write good fanfics because I would write the f u c k out of this-

I made this years ago. I have this neat little drawing app on my tablet that comes with loads of stickers I usually don't use. But, when playing aroud with the app, I made this. Prolonged Agony Chapter 23!

I decided it was probably about time I worked out a proper timeline, for my own sanity more than anything, since some chapters overlap.

I will update the timeline as the story progresses to avoid spoilers for those who are following along with the fic.

The timeline is rough and might be edited in the future, but as I said, this is mostly to help me keep track of everything lol

Major spoilers below!

Timeline.

Part 1: Getting Leo home.

1st: Canon portal - Divergence starts.

2nd: Directly after first.

3rd: Night time a few hours later - Mikey opens portal alone

4th: Next day - Afternoon - Failed to open

5th: Next day - Afternoon - Leo fights back

Night time: Mikey has Nightmare.

6th: ^ Same night - Mikey and Donnie opne portal alone

Next day - Donnie and Mikey argue 

7th: Next day - Morning - open portal with April and Casey

8th: Directly afterwards - SUCCESS!

Total days = 5 days.

Part 2: Leo is home

Directly after getting Leo home: 

Mikey refuses to see Leo.

April sees Leo's injuries.

April and Mikey talk.

Raph cleans Leo.

Donnie and Casey amputate Leo's arm.

Late afternoon:

Donnie goes to bed and has a nightmare.

Raph takes Donnie to med-bay.

Raph joins Mikey, April and Casey in the kitchen.

Raph, Splinter, Casey and Donnie have lunch in med-bay.

Leo wakes up.

Leo attacks family and portals away.

Total time: Midday to Evening. 

Part 3: Search for Leo + TCRI

(Chapters overlap)

Directly after portaling away:

Late Evening:

Leo portals to TCRI roof.

Leo portals to New Jersey and sleeps all night.

Eight hours later:

Very early morning:

Family recovers after Leo's attack.

Mikey goes to Draxum.

Donnie wakes up.

Casey goes to meet Cass.

At the same time:

The family starts to plan to search for Leo.

Leo wakes up and basks in the sun.

Donnie and April go to Run of the Mill.

Raph and Splinter talk with Big Mama.

Casey and Cass search along the river.

Mikey and Draxum go to Repo Mantis.

At same time:

Leo portals to the TCRI building and sneaks inside for information.

Donnie and April go to Purple Dragons.

Mikey and Draxum fight Meat Sweats/returns to Repo

Casey and Cass run into Hypno.

Splinter and Big Mama work out a deal.

At the same time:

Leo sets the TCRI building to explode.

Donnie and April fly around.

Mikey texts Todd.

Casey and Cass chat after Hypno.

Splinter and Raph start to leave Big Mama's Hotel.

The TCRI building explodes.

At same time:

Donnie and April see Leo on the roof.

Casey notices an explosion.

Mikey and Draxum hear an explosion.

Splinter and Raph see the explosion.

Then: (in order)

Leo portals away. 

Raph catches D&A as they fall.

Donnie and April start to fall.

Protal opens to save D& A.

Mikey catched the building, slowing its down so that people could get away.

Raph carries Donnie home.

Mikey gets call from Raph

Casey and Cass arrive when things have calmed down.

Raph dropped Donnie off in med-bay

Raph calls Casey.

Spoilers for Prolonged Agony

Chapter 16!

Content Warning for horror under cut.

With the spirit in the weapon au what happened to them after shredder and since donnie got his Hamato ninpo do they get Hal?

Ahh that's the thing.... in the UK I haven't got access to season 2 😫 (Paramount only had season 1)

I'm loosely aware of their fight with shredder and about their ninpo, but don't know much. I'm trying to avoid spoilers for season 2 (although its been out ages) because I'm hoping ONE DAY I'll be able to watch it.

Have seen the film though lol.

Despite that, I'm pretty sure the other spirits would do anything to get Hal involved eventually, even if he is reluctant about it—though Hal would secretly enjoy the attention.

Hal would basically become some sort lab assistant for Donnie, and since Hal is pretty agreeable and hates causing problems for anyone, he and Donnie would get along quite well—of course Donnie has no idea he's there though, since no one can see the spirits.

That's all I can really say though 😅

This is the first time I've written something so long. I am so excited to see how long this fic is going to be by the time I finish it!

Honestly, Oda doesn't know why he even bothers to mediate knowing that Fundi can't last five minutes without causing some trouble/bothering him.

Tonfa has to use the Tonfas to flip the pages of the comic as the Spirits cannot interact with anything other than the weapons they inhabit.
