oh my god this is something out of life experience
When I tell you I believe in love at first at sight, I mean that every time I look you are a different person. I mean that looking’s not the same as seeing—we’re not static. It’s an hypothesis the sun will rise tomorrow. Every day I see it, and worry is the thief of so much joy, but not of this— that I don’t take it for granted. And when I say “I love you” every time you take the car, I mean not only that we almost hit a moose the other day. I mean it’s easier to write a sex scene than a make-out session. I mean I can’t describe your breath into another mouth, it’s so familiar— and the passion that could make it last forever came from novelty or desperation. So I think about meteors when we kiss. I think of supernovas, blackholes, gamma ray bursts and all the things in space that could vaporize us— every mass extinction event except the Anthropocene because that’s too depressing. I think about there being no god and no heaven and no higher purpose when I look into your eyes and I don’t need them, I just need time to slow down. I’m sorry I haven’t written you more poems, my love, they’re not marketable I think. People like to read themselves into these things and, well you know I like to write them there. But it’s not for me to say— this ‘you’ is only yours. I’ve put nothing on a pedestal that wasn’t my own. And when I ask if you can take a sick day while the kid’s at school, I mean not only that I want to ravish you in every room; I mean it doesn’t matter if we hit those moose or not— I mean that I don’t want us to grow old together, I want to be there when that meteor hits, stopping time forever— I won’t go into that light without you. And when I say “I love you” and “sleep well”, I mean I hope to see you in the morning for the first time. I mean that I would walk a thousand miles in the night to toss a pebble at your bedroom window, lift a boombox and shout: I’ve known you for a century; let me in your life. * * * Written Novemeber 2020.
Do you know how I could possibly cleanse my space? I'm planning to redecorate my room, but not until summer, so I need tips to cleanse my room. Thank you!
You could do lots of things, which could be simple, complicated, mundane or magical! :)

How to cleanse your room of bad energy
#room cleansing
'I promise to smile at the sound of song
and to take my tea always with honey;
I promise that I will not kill a spider
and bring out sugar-water to sick bees.
I promise to part with my spare change when
I can; I vow to believe more than I doubt—
I will say compliments as often as
I think them; I will drive the rude thoughts out.
I will rebel not for rebellion's sake,
but when integrity demands a choice;
I vow to avoid severity when it is unneeded;
I vow to always use my voice.
Who do I make these promises to? Myself, and God;
because they say kindness is a virtue
of practice.'

How to cleanse!
Hello teenies! Here we are to tell you how to cleanse your items - this is great for anything at all, it works for any objects and even works for your own body!
What is cleansing?
Cleansing is a way to remove any negative or unwanted energies from your possessions, a place or yourself. It’s a way to make sure that you aren’t getting negative energies from the things around you! This is a very important part of being a witch because all of your things will absorb negative or strange unwanted energies sometimes!
How do we cleanse things?
There are so many ways to cleanse things! So here’s loads of nice ways to do it!
Using crystals! Selenite and Kyanite never needs to be cleansed themselves (unless you want to be super sure then you can do!) or you can use clear quartz, tourmaline or obsidian, but these will need cleansing using other methods. Just place them near or on top of the item(s) you’re cleansing and they’ll absorb the negative energy!
Smoke cleansing! You can either use incense or dried white sage to do this, but be careful because white sage may resemble the scent of cannabis, so if that’s an issue for any reason then use a nice scented incense instead! This method is nice and simple, you just light the incense or sage and either place it near an item or take it around a room/house to cleanse it. You can also use specific types of incense to replace negative energies with different energies that you want around you!
Salt! Make sure that an item can have contact with salt, if not then you can place the item inside a bag or pouch to keep it protected, or you can keep the salt in a pouch or jar instead. Bury your item(s) in the salt for up to 3 days OR you can place a pouch or jar of salt near an item instead
Bathing and showering! Yep, you can use basic things like this to cleanse yourself of negative energies. While you wash yourself you can imagine all of the negative energies being washed away. You can even choose washing products that have ingredients that are good to cleanse, Lush Cosmetics are so great for things with natural ingredients but many others will have natural ingredients in too that can give a boost of cleansing! You can also use salt based body scrubs :D
Running water! Make sure your item is safe to put in water, some crystals can’t be put in water and may erode, so check if it’s a crystal you’re cleansing. Find a stream or river, or even use a tap or shower if you want, and then place the item in the running water for as long as you like and the running water will carry away the negative energies!
Your own energy! If you’re feeling particularly positive one day, you can use your own energy to cleanse things by focusing very hard on pushing out the negative energies within an object and replacing them with positive energies. This can be very tiring though, so please be careful using this method so that you don’t drain yourself entirely. You can also borrow positive energy from plants, the earth, spirits or animals if you like, but make sure that you ask and also leave an offering for them as an exchange.
Sunlight! Some crystals or items may fade in colour or be damaged by the sun, so please be careful and have a look if it’s safe or not! All you need to do is simply place the item(s) in the sunlight (or on a windowsill where the sun comes in) and leave it for a few hours to cleanse.
Moonlight! This is much safer than the sunlight, as long as there’s a moon in the sky you can place your item(s) either outside or on the windowsill to bathe in the moonlight for a few hours, but make sure you put them away before the sun comes up (or before you go to sleep) unless they’re safe in the sunlight :)
Sweeping and cleaning! This doesn’t sound very magickal, but as you’re cleaning your space, you’re also cleansing the negativity from it. Imagine that your cleaning is taking away all the unwanted and negative energies!
Music! This is one of my favourite ways to cleanse, listen to some of your favourite music that makes you feel positive emotions. If you want then you can also sing and/or dance to increase all of the positive energy. This charges them at the same time!
Sigils! Find or design a sigil that is for cleansing, put it on or near the item you’re cleansing. You can draw sigils in shower gel on your body or draw one in bubble bath on the bottom of your bath tub to cleanse yourself. Or you can draw one in honey on the bottom of your tea or coffee too. Or draw one in oil when you cook your food!
Other cleansing ideas!
There’s spells and mixtures you can do in order to cleanse as well! Some of these go to links to Mod U’s witch blog and some go to other blogs, all of these links are safe for teenies, but the blogs may not be entirely safe, so please be careful if you venture out onto any of these blogs!
Stardust powder! This is a lovely pretty thing to have around and all you need to do is place an object on or near the powder to cleanse them, it also can charge things! Please be careful because not all crystals or objects will be safe to have direct contact with the powder because of the salt especially, so you can put the powder inside a jar or sachet, or you can lay some paper towel over the top of it to avoid direct contact!

Confession #39
Originally built for the massive Saturn V rockets that sent astronauts on Apollo missions to the Moon, Launch Complex 39A also served as one of the two launch pads used by the space shuttle. Between Apollo, Skylab, Apollo-Soyuz and the space shuttle, this launch pad has been the starting point for many of the nation’s most challenging and inspiring missions.
In 2014, SpaceX signed a property agreement with NASA for use and operation of the launch complex for 20 years, and the company modified the facility to prepare for the processing and launch of its Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy rockets.
The SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket carrying the company’s Crew Dragon on its Demo-2 flight test to the International Space Station with NASA astronauts Robert Behnken and Douglas Hurley will lift off from the same historic site where astronauts first launched to the moon. Launch Complex 39A at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida is also the site of dozens of space shuttle launches that helped build the orbital laboratory.
Launch Complexes 39A and B were constructed in the 1960s. Both launch pads have a long history of supporting launches for the Apollo and Space Shuttle Programs. Launch Pad 39A was the launch site for 11 Saturn V Apollo missions, including Apollo 11, the first Moon landing. The pad also was the launch site for 82 space shuttle missions, including STS-1, the first shuttle launch, the STS-125 final servicing mission for the Hubble Space Telescope, and STS-135, the final shuttle mission.
After the space shuttle was retired in 2011, we began the process to transform Kennedy Space Center from a historically government-only launch facility into a multi-user spaceport for both government and commercial use. On April 14, 2014, the agency signed a property agreement with SpaceX for use of the launch site for the next 20 years.
SpaceX upgraded and modified the launch pad to support its Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy rockets. The company also built a horizontal processing hangar at the base of the pad to perform final vehicle integration prior to flight. The first SpaceX launch from the pad was the company’s 10th commercial resupply services (CRS-10) mission for us. A SpaceX Falcon 9 launched a Dragon cargo spacecraft on CRS-10 on Feb. 19, 2017. The Dragon delivered about 5,500 pounds of supplies to the space station, including the Stratospheric Aerosol and Gas Experiment (SAGE) III instrument to further study ozone in the Earth’s atmosphere. Combined with SpaceX, we’ve launched more than 100 missions from Pad 39A.
Because of our partnership with SpaceX within our agency’s Commercial Crew Program, Launch Complex 39A will once again be the site of crewed missions to the space station.
