I hate my parents for fatshaming me and encouraging me to get disordered eating patterns. I hate them for fueling my ed. I hate them for hating my body and making me hate my body. I hate them for making me diet at the age of nine even though I was thinner than my class mates just to teach me how a "real women diets" (even when my mum fails at every diet attempt) I hate them for not caring, for pushing me even further, for wanting me to stick to my diet rules.
I hate them for destroying my body, my life, everything I have

Self harm
So this evening, i felt the urge to self harm when my parents made me feel like shit BUT instead of cutting myself like i wanted to, i went for a run and enjoyed a warm shower after that :)
I am so happy because to me, it is always a huge problem to resist the urge to self harm :)
yeah being hungry sucks but have you ever been full? shit feels nasty

I HATE my father so much
He is so commanding and controlling. He only does whatever he pleases to do and not a single thing more. He is truly convinced that his opinion is the only acceptable one and simply starts shouting whenever a minor thing doesnt go the way he wants it to

3. Do at least 1 homework assignment
4. Go outside and get some air
5. Text/FaceTime a friend
6. Go on tumblr(my favorite😛)
7. Take a shower or bath
8. Play with a pet
9. Do your makeup
10. Do a chore like dishes, or laundry

4. Try and write down what foods made you binge so it won’t happen again
5. Clean up any messes you made
6. Take a shower
7. Write down a plan on how not to binge next time
8. Do something productive
9. Purging isn’t worth it
10. Try again tomorrow❤️
