First Food Of The Day. It's 6:42 In The Evening But It's All Good.

it's okay to be fat

it's okay to gain weight

it's okay to fit your clothes

it's okay to need a bigger size

it's okay to feel your thighs touch

it's okay to have belly rolls

it's okay to have stretch marks

you don't have to be skinny to be pretty.

I bake like a potato in the sun but I made it back in one piece. It was a good walk.

I apologize for the late post but this is what I've eaten over the week.

A small bowl of noodles with some spaghetti sauce, I made some homemade chicken noodle soup with egg noodle and leftover ramen, A bowl of oatmeal seasoned with allspice and cloves, Egg noodle with meatballs and spaghetti sauce, Some candy I bought from the local store, broccoli, carrots and steamed egg with parsley and lemon water. And lastly homemade beef soup with egg noodles and potatoes.

Today I made some steak accidently well done with some steamed eggs. Late I made potato cubes fried in low oil. Par with some lovely orange tea.

Hello everyone. I wanted to show you what I've been eating for the past week or so.

Some toast I didn't finish, hibiscus tea, some pasta with tomato sauce with extra onion and garlic, stale bread but it still tastes fine, steamed eggs with spinach, and cherry blossoms tea.

I hope everyone is doing well. I just wanted to say I appreciate everyone who likes or interacts with my posts. It means a lot.

March 7th.

I'm alive and my whole house is sick again. But I made food.

February, 18th. I didn't do much today.

My breakfast and dinner. Steamed egg with broccoli and carrots paired with lemon water.

For breakfast I had bread with strawberry jelly, a repulsive breakfast burrito that I feed to some stray cats and some ham.

I saved a baby bird yesterday. Found it below the nest and I called a wildlife preserve and the guy on the phone helped me figure out how to handle it. After we had a good laugh about it trying to bite me. I scoped it up in my coat to keep it warm because it was missing a ton of feathers. The bird had been throwing dud eggs out for a while and I guess the baby wanted to join.
