->Sal feels incredibly vulnerable without his prosthetic face, so much so that he avoids mirrors when it’s off. He fears being seen as a “monster,” even though he knows his friends accept him.

There are days when he feels disconnected from himself, like the mask is the only thing holding him together.

->Sal keeps small mementos of his mother and his happiest moments with his friends. He has a box hidden away filled with photos, drawings, and little trinkets that remind him of better times.

He’ll sometimes sit with the box and quietly relive those memories, trying to hold onto the good moments that feel so far away.

fluff:

->Sal has a soft spot for animals, especially cats. If he sees a stray, he’ll stop to pet it and might even sneak it some food. He once joked about starting a "stray cat rescue squad" with Larry.

->Sal loves oversized sweaters and hoodies, especially ones with fun patterns or that are extra soft. He has a favorite one that’s slightly worn out but feels like a warm hug.

He sometimes steals hoodies from Larry or Todd because they’re comfy and smell like his friends, which he finds reassuring.

->Sal isn’t the best cook, but he enjoys baking. It’s something his mom used to do with him, and he finds it calming. He makes cookies for his friends on special occasions, even if they come out a little lopsided.

He once tried to make a cake for Ash’s birthday and got icing everywhere, but the end result was so charmingly messy that she loved it even

Fame in The Devildom

I’ve been thinking about how MC is considered a celebrity in the Devildom — alongside the brothers, of course. The Devildom’s online structure seems to follow the same pattern and trends that ours does. This makes me think that attractive celebrities are treated the same as well!

I think that edits are a huge thing, especially among devildom youth. And considering how often the brothers/MC seem to be in the press or posting online, I 100% think that people make celebrity edits of them all the time. Individual ones to start with — sexy reverbed audios for Lucifer, rock and roll audios for Beel, etc etc all paired with the most jaw-dropping images and videos of the brothers.

Now, I think it happens with MC too! They’re an A-list celebrity and undoubtedly hot as hell (obviously). And I think the fact that they’re human helps as well. It adds to their intrigue. People would certainly take posts from their Devilgram for it. But they’d also use segments from interviews or RAD events that are broadcasted. They probably even have fan-accounts dedicated to them.

I also think that people make ship edits of MC and whichever brother they decide that they should be with. There are probably niche internet wars over who they date. And, of course, I think that the brothers always save the edits of themselves and MC.

And photo shoots? Oh, girl — everything will be abuzz. Photo shoots with the brothers? Literal chaos! Especially if they’re of the more risqué nature.

All of this applies to the side characters, too, but I would imagine that they might be less popular among the general populace when it comes to subjects for editing. Besides Diavolo (for obvious reasons: hello, hot demon king!!), that is. But there’s a few of MC with Barbatos, Simeon, or Solomon. They’re just a lot rarer on Devilgram.

- kinda bad at cooking. his way of slicing and dicing vegetables is very mediocre if not clumsy looking. there are days where his cooking is acceptable and days where it's to seasoned or too bland (always convinces himself its good tho and posts it on his devilgram)

- though he's kinda bad at cooking, his baking skills are okay! his favorite pastry to make are cookies because he can design them the most.

- wishes he could get piercings but since he's the demon prince's butler he obviously can't

- started tweakin when you said some humans keep rats and bugs as pets. like he stopped polishing some plates and looked at you like you just dog shitted diavolo's name

- really enjoys your spotify playlist filled with metalhead and grunge songs. he really likes slipknot

- likes to order those cute, fancy tea sets when he has the time. when you gifted him tea leaves and a limited edition teapot set his love for you sky rocketed.

- gets annoyed when solomon manspreads

- has a really good voice when he sings. he used to sing diavolo lullabies when his father would get angry at him

- scrolls through levi and mammon's post for educational purposes cuz he wants to learn slangs just incase diavolo asks him what a specific word means

- "barbatos, what does 'runnin from da opps' mean?"

- "my lord, 'runnin from da opps' is a slang made by the new generation. it means fleeing from your haters."

- loves to tailor and iron his bed sheets so he can have a peaceful rest after a long day of non stop errands.

The boys are silent, so MC reaches into the dirty water, pulls out their now rusted iron skillet, and turns toward them, pointing it at them with a scowl written on their face.

MC: Now, I ain't stupid. It wasn't me, so dont even try to go that route. I left each and every one a y'all a simple list of instructions on how to care for this here skillet before I left to purgatory hall for the weekend. So I'll ask again... who did it? If I dont get an answer, all y'all are gone deal with the consequences.

Belphie: Is this really such a big deal? It's just a skillet.

MC glares at him: It is a big deal. Do you understand how a cast IRON skillet is maintained? Obviously, none a y'all do. Ya can't treat it like a regular skillet. You can't soak it overnight 'cause it will RUST 'CAUSE ITS MADE OF IRON! It's a tedious task to scrub all the rust off and reseason it, and even then, it takes a while for the damned thing to become seasoned to my liking! Which one of ya did it?! I won't ask again.

They remained silent, as always joining forces at the worst of times.

MC: Fine! Since all y'all wanna stand there like the lights are on but ain't no one home, I reckon I'll have to take this into my own hands. *They activated all of the boys pacts* Sit!

The boys do as they are told, their pact marks burning brightly at the command, as MC pulls out their DDD and calls a certain demon butler.

Barbatos answers, a knowing tone in his voice: MC, what can I do for you?

MC: Barb, darlin', could you be a dear and bring as many cast iron skillets as you can to the House of Lamentation? The boys need a lesson on how to care for 'em, and I intend for them to remember it well. I'll come to the castle and make you and Diavolo a pie for the inconvenience.

Barbatos chuckles: It would be my pleasure.

MC: Thank you, darlin'. See ya soon.

MC ends the call and turns her attention back to the boys: Now, when Bard gets here, y'all are going to wash the skillets, dry them with a dish towel, heat them on the stove, grease them, and set them aside to cool. When I return from Dia's, I am going to check every last one of 'em, and if they ain't done right, you'll do 'em again, ya hear?

They all nodded, some of them wore scowls on their face, while others looked sullen for being scolded.

Barbatos arrived soon after with so many skillets that it was comical, like he was prepared for this to happen. It was obvious he was far too entertained by this turn of events. The look on the brothers' faces at the sheer amount was hilarious.

When MC left with the Butler, bringing their iron skillet with them to clean it in peace, it didn't take long for the boys to turn on each other and an all-out war to take place.

When MC returned some hours later with a couple dozen pies and their renewed skillet, they found the boys scattered about looking worn out along with the damage they had done during their arguing. Mc almost felt bad for them. They had, however, finished all the skillets to perfection.

They all learned a lesson they would never forget.

You don't fuck with a southerners cast iron skillet.

Humans and Deathworlds

Alright. so 'humans are weird' posts constantly say that Earth is a deathworld. I would just like to say.

Every single planet in the history of the universe is a deathworld.

Okay? Any planet will have something that's normal for the inhabitants but deadly to visitors. Every one. Because of course we'll get used to things that others haven't developed an immunity to.

However.

Earth is strange to other planets because it's a bunch of deathworlds stacked on top of each other. It has rainforests and oceans and mountains and deserts and no one can make sense of it. Planets with similar biomes will be tolerant to similar planets.

Earth is confusing because everyone in the universe can find something normal to them and something terrifying to them, usually quite close to each other.

When it comes to the pact marks that line your body the brothers can't help but be entranced

If you find yourself relaxing with Asmo, he has a habit of coloring them in with makeup the intricate patterns practically glow with the shimmers in the eyeshadow.

Levi can't help but stare at them at his, he still can't believe that you'd liked him enough to have a permanent reminder on your body. But he can't lie he thinks it's beautiful.

Humans are weird

Have yall noticed how we somehow have strange aversions towards lights?? Like maybe not all of us, but we kind of know that if someone is sitting in the dark, you either leave them or join them. Like last night, I walked into class and there was just one guy there and the lights were off so i just sat down, 30 minutes later everyone else was in and the lights were still off. Only turned it on when the professor came in...

So like imagine aliens finding us huddled in a dark room, with our phones and what-nots, silently laughing at something we read, maybe there are other aliens with us who doesn’t really like light but we don't know that cus it's dark and also we didn't bother to check.
