My name is Wadih and I am from Gaza. On October 7th my family of seven was hit by an Israeli airstrike that destroyed our home. We miraculously survived the attack and headed to the UNRWA shelter school thinking it was safer. How come this place was also bombed, forcing us to flee to safer areas.

Our lives have changed so much that I have become extremely sensitive to smoke and phosphorus, and I have started to suffer from problems with my respirators. To this day, I still suffer from the effects of exposure to phosphorus, and I have not found any treatment to alleviate my mental acuity, which is getting worse day by day.

After fleeing to Al-Mawasi, we now live in a very small tent. We have no home, no food, and we are not living a humane life at all. Our livelihood has been cut off.

My dream was to protect my family and provide them with the simplest necessities of life, but hope was destroyed, and my dream ended forever.

I am appealing to anyone with a sense of humanity to help me flee to a safe place. Helping my family to provide food, drink, clean place and support to continue and unify my dream. I need 40 thousand pounds to travel abroad and my family outside Gaza,

Baby Ayla and her family were in their tent today when the IOF suddenly appeared and began firing on the tents. The family barely escaped with their lives, a bullet having narrowly missed baby Ayla’s head!

They had to leave their tent and most of their possessions, which are now under IOF control and are irrecoverable.

They are currently on the street, with no tent, no blankets, no food, and no clothes other than what they were wearing when they had to flee for their lives. They are literally just sitting in the dirt under the night sky.

Ayla’s mother Bashaer @bshaeromars-blog is trying to get Ayla to sleep, but Ayla is too cold and uncomfortable. The low temperature in Gaza tonight is just 47 F or 8 C. My school was bombed, and my sister Nour's university was turned into rubble, which deprived us all of education. The war forced us to live in displacement centers, which are just tents that are not suitable for living, especially in winter. Every day we live death, terror and panic a thousand times because of the continuous bombing of my city. The war has killed more than 50 of my relatives and neighbors. At the beginning of the war, we took refuge in my aunt's house, but it was also turned into rubble. Imagine: We have escaped imminent death more than 20 times, and have been displaced between shelters more than 13 times. My brothers and I have suffered from many diseases due to malnutrition, and we need medicine constantly. If we stay in Gaza, we may lose our lives. Recently, we have been seriously considering leaving Gaza to a safe place. However, the travel costs are very high. We need more than 70 thousand dollars to leave Gaza. Due to the exorbitant prices, rampant unemployment, insecurity, the ongoing blockade, and the continuous bombing, we have lost all our money.
