I tried to explain to my mom how being on tumblr feels and my sister scoffed, smiled knowingly and said “sure”. She doesn’t have tumblr but she is sure that tumblr isn’t more into fandom than any other social media and that we aren’t special in any way.

Tumblr is weird, that what I like about it. I wanna hear your weird 3 am thoughts and ideas. I wanna hear about you calling a beefy beared man baby girl and drawing him in a maid outfit.

But apparently every social media has this.

But they don’t have Ides of March or Dashcon
