I reeeeallly think so but It feels fake because I haven't been diagnosed. I've read about symptoms and everything but idkkkk I get so unstable and then I'm fine idk what to do and I don't know if I should get diagnosed because then my mom would know and I'd have to take meds and I don't want that

Low-cal meals that are my go to🤍
So here are a few low-calorie meals that I heavily depend on, and they are each under 100 c@lories:
- 1 small cucumber (16 c@lories)
- 2 tablespoons of hummus (60 c@lories)
1. Slice the cucumber into rounds.
2. Top each cucumber slice with a small dollop of hummus.
- 3 egg whites (51 c@lories)
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach (2 c@lories)
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes (5 c@lories)
- Salt and pepper to taste
1. Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray.
2. Scramble the egg whites with spinach and tomatoes over medium heat until cooked through.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
- 1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese (40 c@lories)
- 1/4 cup sliced strawberries (13 c@lories)
1. Combine the cottage cheese and strawberries in a bowl.
2. Mix well and enjoy.
- 1 cup spiralized zucchini (20 c@lories)
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce (40 c@lories)
1. Heat the marinara sauce in a small pan.
2. Add the zucchini noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
- 2 large celery sticks (10 c@lories)
- 1 teaspoon natural peanut butter (32 c@lories)
1. Spread the peanut butter on the celery sticks.
2. Enjoy as a crunchy, satisfying snack.
- 1/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (25 c@lories)
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries (21 c@lories)
1. Mix the Greek yogurt and blueberries together in a bowl.
2. Serve chilled.
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (15 c@lories)
- 1/2 cup chopped celery (8 c@lories)
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots (25 c@lories)
- 1 cup vegetable broth (10 c@lories)
1. Combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.
2. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until vegetables are tender.
I only eat these when I desperately need to take my vitamins or most of the time I'm too lazy so I jus don't cook and take a nap instead or drink a 0 c@l drink.

yeah it's my extended family that I care about a lot more than my actual family so I feel a LOT more guilty so I'm just resigned to losing the weight afterwards lol 😭
Does anyone else feel just so bad about wasting some people's money on food that they can't do anything about it, like I have to eat it all and it has to stay down because I just can't id feel too guilty
or does that get better once I level up in anorexia
