Part One Study Basics
The Pseudo Worker looks and feels like someone who is working hard, but because of a lack of focus and concentration doesn’t actually accomplish much. It wastes time and is mentally draining.
Work accomplished = time spent x intensity of focus.
The best students gain efficiency by compressing work into focused bursts.
MANAGE YOUR TIME IN 5 MINUTES A DAY
All your to-dos and deadlines on your calendar become a master schedule. Look at it to figure out what you should try and finish that day. Throughout the day every new to-do or deadline is added to the list. Then transfer the list onto your calendar
Every morning update your calendar and decide what you’ll accomplish. Write the deadlines on the appropriate dates and the to-dos on the days when you plan to complete them.
Move the to-dos you planned for yesterday but didn’t complete to new days on your calendar. Each new day you can throw away yesterdays list and begin a new list for today. Divide it into two columns, ‘todays schedule’ and ‘things to remember’. Figure out how much from your list you can realistically accomplish.
Label each of your to-dos for the day with a specific time period during which you’re going to complete it. Be honest.
The things to remember column enables you to remember to schedule in longer tasks that require attention and effort you don’t have at the time of writing.
DECLARE WAR ON PROCRASTNATION
Use a ‘work in progress journal’ in order to physically write down your excuses for not doing your work. Your ego won’t like the truth so it will kick-start you will to do the work.
Drink water constantly, monitor caffeine intake carefully, treat food as a source of energy not satisfaction, and don’t skip meals.
Make working on difficult tasks an event, Go out of your way to work in a new environment etc.
Build a routine, let a simply good habit greatly reduce the effort required to launch a productive day.
Schedule extremely difficult and intense work days ahead of time.
WHEN, WHERE, HOW LONG
Do work as early as you can as the most distracting hours are after dinner time. Fill in any small patches of free time with productive work.
Studying in isolation frees you from distraction.
Study for no more than an hour at a time without a break

Scripting -
Write down ( be it on paper or on your phone ) some affirmations.
Moodboard / Pinterest Board -
Create a collage or Pinterest Board with pictures of something you desire. It can be multiple pictures of the same thing, it really doesn't matter how you create it.
Visualization -
You create a mental image of your desire in your head. Most people close their eyes & imagine themselves having their desires.
Diary Method -
You tell your diary that you already have what you desire. You can write it down on either a notebook, diary or in your notes app on your phone.
Example : "Dear Diary, today I woke up, looked in the mirror and saw that my skin is completely free of pimples ! I touched it and it was as soft as if I was touching feather oMGG"

Letter Method -
You write either yourself or your desired person a letter. Similar to the diary method.

You basically choose 1 affirmation, choose a subliminal about the topic of your affirmation & play subway surfers while repeating that affirmation AND listening to the subliminal.
Believing that you're a master Manifestor -
Simply believe that you can manifest anything you want ! You can achieve that with affirming ( "I know that I can instantly manifest anything I want" )
Shifting
It means entering a new reality where everything is how you want it to be. There are different methods to enter your DR [ desired reality ], you can use one of the mentioned one's in this post !
Before you start to shift, I recommend writing a script. Write everything that you want to happen in that script, be it how you or the people around you look like, where you live, your age, literally EVERYTHING, just to make sure sure where exactly you want to shift to !
Pillow Method
Write your affirmations on a piece of paper and put it under your pillow, then sleep on it. You can imagine the affirmations entering your subconcious. Then you'll manifest what you've written down !
Charging your water
Grab a random glass, fill it with water and play your favorite subliminal next to it or speak your affirmations above the glass. When you're done with either playing the sub/affirming, drink that glass of water.

Write 1 Affirmation 33 times down on a piece of paper. You have to do this in 3 days, so basically the day you started it + the 2 following days.

Internal Dialogues
Talk to yourself about how you have your desire.
Example : * you're brushing your hair *
Wow, my hair is so freaking long and soft. I don't need to cut it because even the ends are literally healthy & perfect.

You might know those videos on the YouTube channel of VOGUE where celebrities are in their bathroom and share their skin care routine/make up tips.
Example : My skin is already clear, so I don't really need to wash it, but I'll do it anyways to have clear clear skin. Nahh, today I won't wear make up because my face is already flawless. Oh btw ! Shower Method

While showering, imagine how the water will give you your ideal appearance ! Imagine how each water drop changed your physical appearance and shape it to your ideals.

Shower like you normally do & once you leave the bathroom, imagine you've already shifted to your desired reality.

Visual wallpapers are pictures with hidden affirmations in there. The affirmations were written with a low opacity, since we shouldn't see it but our subconscious will ! Don't look for the affirmations and let the affirmations sink into you !! All you have to do is to put it as your wallpaper ( can be anywhere ) and one quick glance is absolutely fine. You don't need to stare at it for hours in order to get results, just one glance is okay ! What's great about these is that you will probably forget that you have it as your wallpaper, which will help you with detachment and will stop you from obsessing over results. So, visual wallpapers are something like subliminals but in a picture format.
<3 method
draw a heart or <3 on your hand/wrist/finger/body part that you frequently see and every time you look at it, tell yourself : I am a master manifestor and I have everything that I want. Everything works out in my favor.
At home spa day
Beforehand:
Declutter your space
Light scented candles
Put on a playlist/podcast/audiobook
Pour yourself a drink
Make sure you have all materials within reach
Feet:
Remove old nail polish
Soak feet in a foot bath prepared with salts
Exfoliate & remove death skin

I’ve been trying to manifest my desired appearance for a year and I need to manifest it by Sunday. How do I go about this?
first of all lets dissect what youve been saying here. “trying” there is no TRYING in manifestation, lets start there.
why would you try for something you already have?
thats the issue, thats why you’ve been manifesting for a year! it’s because you’re not claiming it is yours. you’re in the “trying” state when you should be in the “fulfilled” state.
ask yourself: how would it feel if you had your desired appearance NOW or by sunday? you’re beautiful, imagine someone with a familiar voice telling you that you’re beautiful. (don’t need to visualise) just imagine the voices telling you that you’re gorgeous, you’re perfect etc.
cloak yourself in that feeling, GO BOLD do the hold back in your imagination!
once you’re in that state everything will ALIGN for you. no need to force your affirmations, no need to tell yourself anything. literally your mind comes up with affirmations on their own because you are in that state of your desire being fulfilled.
-> stand firm in your desires, know it is yours, know it is done, tell yourself it is done because IT IS. don’t turn left don’t turn right stick to the story THAT YOU WANT. stop entertaining a story you don’t want.

this post is just to avoid overcomplicating things. the very basics. i’m not gonna tell you to just “affirm and persist”, because it’s easier said than done. i’m gonna actually break it down in this post.
The great secret is a 1. controlled imagination and a well-sustained attention firmly and 2. repeatedly focused on the object to be accomplished. It cannot be emphasized too much that, by creating an ideal within your mental sphere, 3. by assuming that you are already that ideal, you identify yourself with it." - Neville
adopt a controlled imagination and well-sustained attention
be aware of your thoughts and feelings - if this isn’t natural for you, then make it a habit to journal/meditate/whatever helps you to reflect. analyse your feelings, ask yourself why you feel so and then change the feeling.
don’t let your mind wander to unwanted places. this doesn’t mean to shut feelings or thoughts down, this means observing the thought and then reminding yourself that nothing is bigger than you. no problem or desire is as big as you. they’re nothing compared to you. feel what you want to feel. focus on that feeling. that’s why it’s beneficial to imagine when you’re tired. your mind isn’t racing, or trying to be logical - feeling becomes easier

repeatedly focus on the object to be accomplished
feel what you desire to be accomplished - actually feel it to be yours. if you can’t do this instantly, then do it over and over till you actually FEEL it to be yours. learn to suspend the thoughts caused by the outside and focus within.
assuming = identifying yourself with the ideal
be consumed by the great feeling of accomplishment. fall asleep being one with the ideal. know that it is yours, because once you have granted it to yourself in your imagination, then it truly is yours and nothing can take it away from you. it must be expressed to the physical, but that doesn’t matter and you don’t have to worry about it, because you already have what you want.

Hi dear, I recommend you to put self concept affs into one aff because it will be easier for you to loop in your mind. Also, smh...the entire app Amino has been down all day today. I will give you a summary of the article. You don't need to do anything to shift, shifting can be effortless as long as you think it is. Simply affirm: "Shifting is so effortless for me," "I can shift on command at any time," "I can shift whenever I desire," "I can shift at any time of the day." Loop these affs in your mind and persist no matter what. Eventually the person said that they were able to shift with their eyes open but do keep in mind it will take time to get to this point depending on how much you affirm and how disciplined you are with your mental diet. Shifting is all about your mindset and setting that intention. I hope that this helps

well, I'm a reality shifter for more than a year now, but I've never shifted before. I've already tried many different methods, subliminals, and affirmations, but nothing seems to work for me. I search about shifting, work to improve my self-concept and try hard to not obsess over shifting and manifestation in general, but Iʼm still stuck in this reality. I know that I don't need anything except my intention to shift, but even when I set my most powerful intention to go to my dr and truly believe in it, I always end up waking up here in this shitty reality.
I try not to worry about it and keep in mind that is just a matter of time for me to fully shift and finally be with my ccs, but it's so fucking hard to keep being optimistic when you fail in each one of your attempts...
I don't know what to do, but I hope you can help me to succeed in my shifting journey! 🥺

I completely understand your frustrations, and I am so proud of you for not giving up no matter what. What I highly suggest you to do is to start going back to the basics. So stop focusing on shifting itself (like the practice) and write down all of your honest beliefs on how you view shifting them flip those assumptions to the fact that shifting is easy. You will go on a strict mental diet to change your mindset towards shifting because that is the key. I was actually on the same exact boat as you, until I discovered this gem. Please look up “how to shift effortlessly” amino rrmika. I don’t know why but the app is down so it won’t let me tag the post. That was a huge gamechanger! Also, applying the law of assumption to shifting has helped a lot too, the law is the key to shifting. As long as you keep affirming and persisting no matter what that you will shift then you will inevitably shift no matter what. You don’t need to believe to shift you can even shift with doubts just keep telling yourself that shifting is easy and effortless no matter what and that you will shift no matter what. Some unpopular opinions I wanted to say:-
1. Negative and intrusive thoughts don't hold any power, ofc. The roof isn't gonna fall off if I imagine so. But if negativity is your lifestyle, it's how you normally think, then yes it will manifest.
2. Physical reality isn't what it looks like but what you take it as. If you are someone who hates their body, you'll find a way to make yourself believe that your body looks bad even if it looks amazing. You gotta do the same now just the opposite.
3. Logic can help in manifesting because for the conscious mind it makes more sense and is easily acceptable. This could be my assumption so it's manifesting but I'll still point this out.
I manifested being the head in school twice before knowing loa. Did I have doubts? Yes. Did I think the other candidates could be better? Yes. But I kept telling myself that, "I've done so much for the school, I'll be the one to win definitely. Besides, I'm the only one who could manage this". I put logic in this. I found excuses as to why I deserve my manifestation. Do the same. If you want a lot of money but don't see any way of getting it, just think, 'Well I've worked so hard all my life, I'll definitely get the money or I deserve a raise in job". Find excuses to stick to your new story. This will make you focus more on the new story.
4. You shouldn't focus on the how cause manifesting is extremely natural. For your subconscious, it's literally obvious to have your desires. If you see you don't see any movement, you should understand that for your subconscious, it's normal. What movement? You have what you want. I was manifesting being better at English and now random big words come to me and I'm like...???? Did I always knew this word? I can't even remember if I ever knew it before. So yeah, it's natural for you to have your desires. If you feel stressed with the feeling of how, remember this.

“be delusional” implies separation and that we are deluding ourselves to believe that our manifestations exist in the present moment. how can this be delusional when this is the truth of the universe? “delusional” also implies pretending and we’re not pretending to have anything? we are consciously becoming aware of what already exists now. remember creation is finished so any possible desire already exists right now. we are not deluding ourselves of anything if it is the truth.
instead of “be delusional”, let’s go back to using ‘live in your imagination’. this term implies oneness and unity with the 3D & 4D which is how it should be & how it is.

I am the It girl. I go to school with strawberry infused water. Looking cute everyday, I’m everyone’s hallway crush. I make their hearts flutter, seriously. No matter what happened in the past, everyone has a positive opinion about me. There’s not a single person in that school who would dare talk shit about me. I’m known as the “nice smart pretty girl”. People say I’m basically perfect. I am, aren’t I? Looking at my grades makes me so happy! Academic validation is an incredible feeling. I always get 95% or higher. Since all the teachers love me, they never deduct points over any minuscule errors. To be fair, it’s not like I make any. Teachers love me because I make grading for them easy, since they know I’m a model student, my work always gets 100%. So many people wish they could be me. I mean honestly, keep wishing I guess. Everything about me is perfect. Everyone simps for me. I have friends in every class. My weekends are filled with plans and since my parents are super loving and chill, I go out all the time. Life is so easy for me. I know I’m going to university or college on a full ride scholarship. So there are is really nothing in my life to worry about. People complain about highschool being hard but I don’t see what’s hard about it. Maybe it’s due to my immense privilege.
to find your own favourite way of manifesting (that will be naturally the best one for you, simply because you enjoy it the most) take a look at who you are and what you enjoy doing outside of the law. then find a way to put those activities into loa context.
if you love music, create playlists that embody your desired life and listen to them
if you love meditating, go for the void
if you love stories, find books/tv shows that have the vibes of your desired life and project yourself into them
if you love writing, write your own stories with your desires
if you love baking, take this kinda witchy approach and see every ingredient you're adding into the dough as one of your desires while the bowl is your life
if you're competitive, try loa challenges and put set dates for your manifestations to motivate yourself
if you're chill and can't be bothered by anything, simply know that your desires are yours
if you love drawing, draw yourself living your dream life
if you love tarot, create your own rigged readings where you pull out just the cards you want
if you love astrology, rewrite your birth chart and give your placements the meaning you want for them to have
if you're religious, pray to your god(s) and know they'll bring your desires to you
if you're a daydreamer, daydream and know that its real
find your own way cuz that will be the smoothest one for you. everything works. don't force yourself to do anything that doesn't sit right with you. manifesting is supposed to be fun, not a chore.

how to manifest
you can manifest however you desire. you like to do x instead of y when you want to assume your desires? then do that. make yourself comfortable, don’t stress. and even if you feel those emotions, it’s fine and completely valid! you’ll always find a way to get your desires. the law always works. it's the LAW! you will get your desires regardless!
simplify the law of assumption as much as you can. don’t overcomplicate it. don’t feel like you need to know everything about it. don’t feel like you need to follow three hundred thousands steps to manifest or that you need to affirm 24/7, script daily, and do a million methods. you don't go to every blogger, youtuber, and coach asking how to manifest, etc. it’s actually super easy to just assume and watch the process unfold instantly. stick to the basics. the basics are all that you need.

1. think of what you want
2. affirm/visualise you having it already (or do any method that you desire)
3. ignore the 3d (do not give it power: you decide, not the 3d)
4. let the process unfold

manifesting is extremely easy. all it needs is a little discipline, mental diet, and putting your mind to work. persistence is key. living in your imagination is key. make your own rules and have fun with manifesting.

We usually take what the 3D reality shows us as cold, hard facts and what happens before our eyes, we tend to accept as the truth. But I’m here to tell you that imagination creates your reality. What you have accepted as a fact tends to project itself as the truth in your reality. What you believe to be true forms 100% of your 3D world and not the other way around. Everything comes from within you. If you want to change your outer world, first you need to change you inner world. How can you do that? Start by treating the 4D as your true reality. Whatever you create in your imagination, whatever you desire to have, decide that it’s done and claim your desire. Treat that as an indisputable fact.
Want to become the President? Done. What sort of thoughts would you have if you were the President? How would you feel?
This is not being fake. You are not deluding yourself. Remember, CONSCIOUSNESS IS THE ONLY REALITY. The world you see before you is ONLY a projection of your beliefs and assumptions. The 4D is the true reality. You are the object and the 3D is the shadow, mirror etc. You are pure consciousness. You are God. What you have claimed as yours and what you’ve believed to be true is 100% of your reality.
Don’t bother checking the 3D for confirmation. YOU ARE THE CONFIRMATION. Oh you want to be a Master Manifestor? DONE. What sort of thoughts would a Master Manifestor have? How would they feel? Assume that state and don’t go looking for results cause the 3D is only the screen upon which your assumptions are projected as a film.
There is no need for any technique or method. When Neville instructed us to Live in the End, he told us to assume the state of our wish fulfilled. Assume you’re God. Assume only good things happen to you. Don’t think of your desire. Think FROM your desire. Life happens from you and not to you.
Oh your SP told you he never wants to see you again? Please, he’s in love with you. He constantly thinks of you. He’ll come crawling back to you in no time. Remember, everything and everyone around you is simply a projection of your thoughts and assumptions. If you and your SP are happily married in the 4D and are raising livestock in the south of France, that is THE FACT!! Not him liking someone else. Not him ghosting you. Don’t bat an eyelid at the 3D. Claiming your desire is instantaneous. Begin to live from your desire right now and watch the magic happen. But it’s not magic, is it? It’s you. You are God. You only have 2 things to do in this world. CLAIM YOUR DREAM LIFE AND LIVE IT.
Affirmations are merely just a way to focus your attention on the wish fulfilled. It is a way to maintain your thoughts and keep you on track. We use affirmations to REMIND us that we already have our desires now in our 4d.
When you affirm you guys act like ur performing for someone?? Like omg ok if i affirm 29373518 time maybe the manifesting fairy will give it to me11!1!1!!11! NO!
When you affirm dont forget that you sre talking to yourself. You are making sure that YOU understand that its done. So do and say whatever will make YOU feel that way. *thats why premade affirmations from bloggers may feel not natural to u**
I see so many people use affirmations to TRY TO GET their desire. No. You arent living in the end. You are not trying to get something!! You are already it. And im not just saying that.
Since consciousness is the only reality, whatever you are aware of being is what you are amd what will be reflected on the the 3d .
So you are already that which you want to be IF you decide and claim it. You shouldnt be desperatley affirming to GET IT. NO! Affirmations are used just to remind yourself of who you are and to keep you in the state of having it.
You are not pretending to have it. Stop pretending. You actually do have it. You dont pretend to have it and THEN youll get it.
You have it now like actually. Living in the end IS THE END. You dont live in the in order to get it!
You choose your state and you stick with it! Wanna be pretty? You decide that you are now in the state of being pretty and thats that. That is your state now. You are in the end. You just persist so it becomes your dominant state because in the past your dominant state was “im ugly” .
Instant manifestation
I have a problem with this. I know we can manifest instantly and i will never deny that. However heres where the mix up is
Lots of new manifestors get so hung up on manifesting instantly that they arent living in the end. Stop it. If u know u have ita dm you are living in the end you wouldnt even worry about it.
Manifesting is instant, as in the decision is instant. As in when you decide that you are pretty rn that it. Its done. Your manifestation is done there is nothing more to do. Just maintain that state amd persist in it. Dont go out of the state of having it.
But what about when it comes in the 3d?
Well neville says:
The time it takes your assumption to become fact, your desire to be fulfilled, is directly proportionate to the naturalness of your feeling of already being what you want to be — of already having what you desire.
And i agree. Does that mean that instant manifestation isnt possible? No! It is definitley possible.
If you know you have it amd it feels natural to you like a fact then it will happen instantly if you believe so.
The problem is that people get SO HUNG UP on it. Stop thinking about when things manifest instantly.
This is all from my experience. I got my shit when i stopped worrying about getting it instantly. Because if i truly knew i had what i wanted i wouldnt be thinking of getting it instantly.
So just make sure that you feel like you have ti. Make sure you ACCEPT your desire. Bc if you are trying to get it then you havent accepted it as fact yet.

Hello my loves! I post about shifting quite often but I've realized that not everyone knows how to shift. It's actually very simple! Trust me, a full guide isn't really necessary but I know it can be fun to read it out. By the end of this, you'll be surprised at how easy it is!
First, what exactly is shifting?
Well, there are actually a lot of theories! There is no solid answer because that'll change based on your own personal beliefs. In its simplest definition, shifting is shifting your awareness to a different reality. The belief of shifting requires you to believe in other realities, regardless of how you think that works.
What are some key terms?
DR- Desired/Dream Reality, WR- Waiting Room, CR- Current Reality, OR- Old/Original Reality, Methods- a process to help you shift, Safe Word/Action- A word/phrase that you say or an action that you do that shifts you somewhere else, most often used to shift back to your CR or WR.
How do I shift?
It's very simple! The intention to shift is all you actually need. Methods, scripting, meditation, and all that other extra stuff are just tools that you can use to shift. However, it's important to remember that they aren't necessary. You don't need them at all! All you need is an intention to shift.
So how do we do that? How do we just set an intention and shift? Again, it's very simple!
By definition, intention means, "a thing intended; an aim or plan". Deciding to eat an apple when you're hungry is an intention. Deciding to wake up at 8 am is an intention. Don't overthink this! Literally just making the decision to do something is how to set an intention. And then decide to follow through with that plan.
I know it may seem difficult, maybe even confusing - I completely understand. Whenever you want to shift, simply decide that you're shifting. Tell yourself that you're going to shift no matter what! Trust in your ability to do that. Shifting is easy! People have been doing it for hundreds of years, so trust me when I say you can too. Set the intention by making the decision to shift and just let yourself go. Try to trust in yourself and in your abilities.
What are methods?
A method is simply a process you do to shift. They can focus on visualizing, feeling your DR, focusing your mind, etc. Oftentimes methods help you feel more relaxed and help you focus your attention on your DR/WR so you can shift easily. However, it's important to note that they aren't needed to shift. Always remember, it's not the method that shifts you, it's you. That's why some people will shift instantly using the Raven Method while others never do. It's all about the person!
For specific methods, I recommend searching "shifting methods" and finding one that looks interesting to you!
Some important things to note about methods:
You don't need to do it exactly the same way as other people (change them to your heart's content). If you like a method but a specific part seems boring or uncomfortable, just don't do it. Trust me, changing a method won't affect how well it works because
Every method works well.
If a method doesn't work, it likely has to do with your mindset, not the method itself (because again, all methods work).
No method is stronger than another, it's all about the person using them.
You should ideally be using a method that makes you feel comfortable. Don't force yourself to use one you don't like just because other people have had success with it.
Time Ratio
Your time ratio is essentially how time moves while you're in your DR/WR. If you were to shift with no script/intentions, time would pass normally while you're there. So if you shift to your DR and you stay there for a week, when you shift back to your CR a week would have gone by. If two months pass by in your DR, two months pass by in your CR. Time essentially moves at the same pace in both realities!
However, not everyone wants time to pass in their CRs so to avoid this we can script/intend a time ratio. This ratio can be anything you want! For instance, if one year passes in your DR, only one hour passes in your CR. With this time ratio in mind, if you've been in your DR for one year, when you shift back, only one hour would have passed (so if you shift at 2 pm, when you shift back it would be 3 pm). You can also script/intend that no time passes while you're shifting. Pretty cool right?
This time ratio is often used by shifters to avoid missing things in their CR however, it can be flipped to make time move faster! For example, if one week passes in your DR, 1 year passes in your CR. People don't do this as often but you can do it!
Mindset
Do you need a good mindset to shift? No? Does it help? Yes.
Your thoughts about shifting are important! Do you think shifting is hard to do? Do you think you need methods? Do you think you need to be 100% relaxed and have no doubts to shift? Do you think you need to meditate, affirm, and count to 100 multiple times a day?
All of these things are called beliefs and, as most of you probably know, sometimes beliefs can be limiting. As in they literally limit you from your full potential. Now, it's perfectly okay to have doubts and limiting beliefs and you can still shift while having them. However, if you find that you have difficulty shifting, it's likely due to your mindset and potential limiting beliefs. When you have the time and energy, go through what you know and believe about shifting. Is there anything up there that could be discouraging you or even outright stopping you?
How to have a good mindset?
Know that shifting is inherently easy and that you can shift easily whenever you want
Believe that you have a good mindset
Work through any limiting beliefs you may have
Know that you can still shift while having doubts and limiting beliefs
Know that you can still shift while having a "bad" mindset
Don't put shifting or your DR on a pedestal
Know that you don't need to do anything special to shift (you don't need to meditate, script, count, drink extra water, etc. you just need you).
Scripting
What is it and how do we do it? Like everything else that involves shifting, it's pretty easy!
Scripting is a way to visualize and plan your DR. It's not necessary; you do not need to script. You can write out your script anywhere! And you can be as specific or as vague as you want. Scripts are personal so don't worry about it being perfect. It's literally just a tool to help you shift! You don't need it, it doesn't have to be perfect, and it doesn't need to be aesthetic or organized. Just write down whatever you want to include about your DR!
Scripts often include details about your DR and DR self. It can also include points on safety, relationships, rules, specific moments, etc. But again, please remember that this step isn't necessary and you don't need to add all of this even if you do make a script.
I'm going to be posting a more detailed guide on scripting soon and I'll link it here when it's finished. For now, stop worrying so much about all the fine details, and just let your mind flow! You can script however you want!
What are clones?
Please read these two posts first! TLDR: clones are you. It's your consciousness, your body, you. Clones are honestly named very badly. They aren't an actual copy of you and as such you don't need to worry about them doing something you wouldn't. They are you. The term "clone" is merely describing the process through which your physical body and mind still exist in your CR while you're shifting somewhere else. It's essentially you on autopilot. You know how your DR self already exists and is living their life even though you're not actively aware of that reality yet? It's the same thing with clones! They're just yourself in your CR when you're not there. But they are not a separate person and you'll never have to worry about them doing something horrible or weird. Your clone is you.
Affirming
Affirmations are phrases that affirm something to be true, often repeated to really drive the message home. You do not need to affirm to shift, however, it can help you to shift, build confidence, and have a healthier mindset toward shifting. You can say them in your head or out loud, and you can say them once or however many times you want.
Some common shifting affirmations are: I have shifted, I am shifting, I am in my DR/WR, Shifting is as easy breathing, I am 100% in control of my reality, I am a master shifter, I give myself permission to shift, Nothing holds me back from shifting.
These are just some examples, you don't need to use them and you can change them if you do. Affirming should feel natural to you but it's okay if you feel awkward at first (a lot of people do).
LIFA App
The LIFA app is an application that can appear on your technological devices and anywhere else you want (journals, closets, mirrors etc). It's a tool used by shifters with a lot of different features! You don't need to use it, it's just an option.
Like I said, it has a lot of functions but it's most commonly used for manifesting, editing, scripting, shifting, finances, relationships, and checking in on your clone. Shifters mostly use the LIFA app to make their experience in their DR better. You can use it to manifest food, change your outfit, edit your script, shift somewhere else, etc. Really it can be used for anything you can think of! You can also script/intend that no one in your DR can see it except for you.
Quick questions
Can I still shift with doubts/limiting beliefs?
Yes! 100% yes!! Tons of people have shifted while having doubts about it. You can go through practically any social media site and half of the success stories start with "so I shifted even though I wasn't trying/didn't believe". It's 100% possible so don't worry too much!
Can I get stuck in my DR?
No! Just like you can't be stuck in your CR, you can't get stuck in your DR.
What is a waiting room?
A WR is literally just another reality! People tend to use it as an in-between shifting experience however, you don't need to. You don't need a waiting room at all!
Waiting rooms can be anything you want, ranging from a simple bedroom to a full blown city. Anything you can imagine! You can shift there to relax, work on scripts, hang out with friends, shift to other realities, etc. Literally whatever you want :)
Do I have to visualize?
No. You don't need to do anything! You just need the intention, that's it.
How do I shift back to my CR?
You can use a safe word/action, set the intention, or even do a method. The act of shifting back is the exact same as shifting to so just do whatever you want!
What are symptoms?
Symptoms are more often than not just your body falling asleep while your mind stays awake. That's basically it. Not every shifter will experience them and they aren't "necessary" or even a sign that you're shifting. It's literally just a physical sensation of your body falling asleep (even if you're doing an awake method!). So don't panic if you don't experience symptoms, they're not a big indicator.
How to motivate myself?
Honestly, that'll change for everyone. My advice would be to remind yourself of why you want to shift in the first place. Do you want to live a better life? Or maybe just go on a fun adventure with friends? Every reason is equally important and I find that it's a big factor in keeping yourself motivated to shift.
You can also think about your DR/WR in more detail; what you like about it, what you're excited to experience, who you want to hang out with, etc.
Can I script this/shift here?
Yes. You can script whatever you want and go wherever you want. There are no exceptions to this!
Can I shift permanently/do I have to come back?
Read these two posts please!
Do I have to fall asleep to shift?
No. Like I said before, you just need the intention to shift. That means you can shift whenever you want, however you want. You don't need to be asleep or even relaxed!
Extra tips?
Have fun with it! Shifting should always be fun so if you find yourself getting really stressed or upset, either take a break or assess why you're feeling that way and try to solve the issue if you can. But most of all, have fun with shifting!
Be easy on yourself! It's okay if you don't shift on your first try. Always assume that you will shift but don't beat yourself up if you don't.
Don't compare yourself to others. Even after consciously shifting for the first time, some people end up comparing themselves to other shifters. This happens even more often with new shifters. Comparing your shifting journey will just make you feel bad and inadequate. This kind of goes into the "have fun" tip. Anything you could do that makes you feel bad or demotivated just isn't worth your time.
Try not to worry too much about intrusive thoughts. They can't manifest because you don't actually want them, therefore, you won't accidentally shift somewhere you don't want to. I recommend repeating the phrases, "I am safe. I am protected" until you know them to be true if you're worried about safety.
Figure out what works for you! Some people prefer sleep methods while others prefer awake methods. Some people have 50 page scripts while others have one sentence written on their arm. Give yourself the time to figure out what works for you and makes you comfortable.
Never take no for an answer. Don't let failure be an option. Failure isn't even in your vocabulary! Adopt the mindset of a master shifter and you will be.
Alright... I think that's it? This post is super long holy shit I didn't expect that when I first started it. Most of this is just technical mumbo jumbo anyway. Remember! Shifting is easy! You've done it before a million times and you'll do it again! Conscious shifting is also super easy. If you assume that shifting is hard, then it will be. If you assume that you can't do it, you won't. Always assume that you can shift, that you are a master shifter, that shifting is the easiest thing in the world (because it is!).

What is shifting?
Shifting is simply a state of shifting your consciousness/ awareness to a different reality Where your consciously in a different reality but your actual body stays in current reality. Its just consciously moving your awareness to a desired reality.

Currently reality. it’s the reality we are physically living in now
Where can i shift to?
Absolutely anywhere. Hogwarts, game of thrones, any of your favourite tv shows or film, or a book you love it’s completely up to you
How can i shift?
Before i get onto any kind of techniques or method it is important to remember, like everything, shifting is down to belief and intention. Where you can shift to is down to your beliefs. How long it will take you to shift is up to you and your beliefs. And whether it’s possible for you also up to you and your beliefs.
Shifting is actually really easy when you believe it is, it’s so simple. You don’t actually need any method to do it you just need your powerful mind.
But if you want to use techniques and methods you can:
♡︎ Affirming. you can easily just affirm that you are in your dr or that you are shifting.
♡︎ Feeling your dr, you can just visualise and feel as if you are already in your dr. Use all your senses and actually feel as if you are there
♡︎ By using astral projection
♡︎ Sleep paralysis or lucid dreaming
♡︎ SATS or lullaby method

The raven method;
This is quite popular method where you lay down in a position of a starfish on your bed and start to count to 100. Usually this is done while listening to subliminals and/or saying affirmations in between each number.
The pillow method:
This is really simple method. You just write down your shifting affirmations and read them out loud just before going to bed and then slipping it under your pillow. You can also sleep with your script under your pillow too.
The eleven method:
This is where you put a bandanna or cloth over your eyes, put on some white noise, and close your eyes. With your eyes closed you imagine seeing your dr self and you walking up to them, as you meet up with your dr self imagine yourself emerging with them and becoming them. You should then wake up as your dr self in your dream reality
The train method:
Get in a comfortable position, and imagine that you are on a train to your dr. Imagine what you would see, smell, etc. Activate all your senses. And as you are on the train, repeat your affirmations. When you feel you have shifted, open your eyes.
The elevator method:
This method involves imagining yourself in an elevator heading to your dr, and on each level start repeat an affirmation and visualise something from your dr on every level. Once you have reached a level you feel like you’re ready to shift, the doors should open to your dr.
The rope method:
This one involves laying in bed and relaxing. And you’re supposed to imagine the energy around you and your body getting stronger and stronger. Start to visualise your dr, and when you are ready, begin to feel and see your consciousness leaving your body via a rope to your dr. Climb the rope until you find a portal to your dr.
The Alice in wonderland method
This method involves meditating and then laying on your back and imagining yourself sitting against a tree until someone from your dr runs past you. Imagine yourself starting to chase them until you fall down the rabbit hole. You should find a key that will unlock the door to your dr.
The heart beat method:
This involves putting a heartbeat audio under your pillow, laying on top of it, and imagining you are laying on someone chest from your dr. You can either shift when you fall asleep or imagine your dr person asking if you want to go to your dr, and then them leading you to a door that opens to your dr
The staircase method:
This one involves visualising yourself at the end of a long staircase and begin to climb them. As you climb the stairs, you should be repeating your affirmations, until you reach the top. And at that point there should be a bright light for you to walk into, and this should lead you to your dr.
The double sided staircase method:
This one is a bit like the last but you have to visualise yourself standing at the bottom of a staircase and start to climb up them. Once you are at the top, you should see a mirror. You should observe yourself intensely in the mirror and then when you’re ready to go, look behind you and their should be a door that leads to another staircase. Following this staircase down will bring you to a final door where someone from your dr is waiting and asking you if you’re ready to go to your dr. They will then lead you through to your dr.
The sleep method:
This a really easy method where you get in a drowsy state and lay in a comfortable position you prefer. And just affirm and intend that you will wake up in your dr when you fall asleep
The tea party method:
This method involves meditating before heading to bed, then start to visualise yourself having tea with your dream reality self. Before you fall asleep, you’re meant to visualize yourself standing up and telling your dr self that it’s time to go home. And then when you hug them goodbye , visualize yourself merging with them, and then you should wake up in your dr.
The cloud method:
Put on your shifting subliminals and get in a comfortable position. Whatever position you prefer, most people lay on their back for this one. And start to visualise your current reality self lying on some clouds, and your DR self is lying next to you. Imagine them grabbing your hands and interlocking theirs with yours, when all of a sudden your hands start merging with them, and they suck you in and before you can blink, you now realise you are in your dr’s body. Then you should start falling though the clouds and you should actually feel like your falling. While your falling start affirming to your self until you fall asleep. And you should wake up in your DR.

Is it necessary to script every detail of your dr?
Nope it not. You don’t even have to even script at all. Your subconscious knows everything you desire to be in your dr so it completely unnecessary. However, if you desire to script that’s completely up to you.
If it’s unnecessary, then why do it?
It just helps a lot of people to put the thoughts on paper and make them understand their dr as a whole because some ppl can feel very cluttered by keeping everything in their mind that’s why it can be helpful to keep in your notes or a notebook.
What should i put in my script?
Anything you desire. Everything about your dr self, like appearance, personality, gender, school, family, friends, pets, hobbies, etc. And then things about your actual dr like how time works, how you get back, the character, etc.
What are the symptoms i will feel when im shifting/close to shifting ?
You can feel any of these:

if you’re unsure where to start with manifesting, let me help you.
there are, in my opinion, 3 steps to manifesting anything. literally anything… (see next slide).
1. decide: decide what you want/who you want/where you want to go. you don’t have to be specific, your brain already knows what, but it just helps if you fully know what you want. for example, for a desired person do you wanna be fwb or a fully committed relationship ?
2. affirm: you don’t have to have set affirmations, but it can help for some. if you’re wanting a committed relationship you could affirm anything from ‘_ are so in love with me’ to ‘_ and i have a healthy relationship.’ whenever this desire comes to mind say an affirmation, like i said it doesn’t have to be a thing you’ve prepared. affirmations can be random, it’s all up to you. duh !
3. persist: a very important stage, a stage people hate to admit they skip. this doesn’t mean ignoring your emotions, bottling up your sadness and frustration. rather, it means even when it feels hard or ‘impossible’ you keep affirming and you keep working toward that manifestation. it is already yours ! as soon as you think it, as soon as you want it, it is yours. done and dusted.
