I've been working on this since the whole situation from February, but I have a Neocities Page Now! This is where I'll be uploading most of my CC that isn't Historical, Medieval or Fantasy related, so far, I've reuploaded most of the stuff that is already on my simblr, but I do have plans to reupload the stuff that was in my defunct livejournal and other places. It's still very much a work in progress, and i'll still be posting updates here for convenience, but feel free to follow me if you have a neocities page, and if you use and RSS Feed Reader, I did finish setting my RSS Feed.

Get Your "Hoops" High - Two Basketball Hoops based on the Store Basketball Hoop

Note: I'm really sorry for the cheap, bad pun, but i couldn't come with anything.

WCIF areas in a forum are the best source of ideas one can find, expecially those things no one has made and you think "Hey, this is actually a neat idea", One of Kimmi's WCIF was a version of the Store Basketball Hoop, withouth the floor marks and the pole, so i did it, then Cloudwalker asked if i could do a version withouth the Board, i said no problem, one/two weeks later, here it is (If it wasn't for Cloud to explain me how to import package files to Workshop, my guess would be that the boardless hoop wouldn't have been released)

Details:

- They aren't attachtable to the wall, the reason for this is that if they were, the hoops would stand in the oposite direction of the wall, i recomend the use of the "Moveobjects on" cheat to place them right were you want.

- They require the ORIGINAL Store Basketball Hoop (be it .package or .sims3pack), it doesn't come with the file but... it shoudn't be hard to find ;)

Terms of use (Boring Part):

- You can use them for whatever you want, but don't claim it is yours and post them at paysites and the exchange, that is just cheap.

I’ve been looking for this old set for a long time now after I stumbled on a couple of individual pieces, I’m glad to see it complete and with a fresh look to it.

BlueTexasBonnie Keep It Simple Set

Thanks to all of you who sent well-wishes about COVID! We are all finally feeling better, although my cough lingers and I’m still tired a lot. This set was asked for on WishingTree @ GoS and I thought I’d post it here as well.

All of the objects not repository to the counter are repository to the bookcase. So there are really only 2 main files for the set, which has counter, island, cabinet, new deco corner counter, end table, table, desk, bookcase, fireplace,  pantry/ fridge (updated to FT/AL), and garderobe/toilet (not shown). I have done a lot of work on this set- cleaning up the textures, making all the TXMTs match, quarter-tiling, new deco corner counter and making matching textures for many pieces so that the whole set has all the original BTB textures. Oh we're doing a simblr gratitude day... wait what do you mean i'm a day or two late?! ATS3 Update | Ilona likes IKEA: the nursery

Another IKEA set, this time, that’s the little Matylda’s bedroom, the nursery!

It includes the TROGEN bed that I have also shrinked into a crib; PS 2012 shelves that are stackables, the PS SURRIG bumbleebee armchair where you can put also stuff on the “wings”; the BESTA shelves, that are shamefully simple, but so very efficient! The full one has a slot, the empty one has two. You can adjust them along the wall as you want. Did you know that you could move up and down very precisely an object against the wall with the ALT key?

I still need more IKEA furniture to complete the house, with desks and bookcases, and then, I should be done. I’ll make a big Collection file for the whole theme when it’s completely done. But I had so much fun with this theme that I’ve decided to make an IKEA advent calendar this year! ;)

PS: I’m completely behind my Tumblr browsing, and this time, I won’t even try to catch up! I’m a bit busy with RL and all my free time goes into meshing! *facepalm* I can’t prevent myself! Anyway, thanks for sticking with me, even if I’m soooooooo silent! I MISS YOU!

You might know me around the Simming Community as Logan, Sonikku3, Lan the Hedgehog (No comments), if you'd like to say something just call me Logan, I'm a 17 year-old guy with a, like (not obsession... maybe a bit) for Sims, and X-men too (my favourite... a bit obvious), but Sims mostly, oh and Video Game making, and Pixel Art, And... i'll stop or else i'll just fill my introduction post, I forgot to mention, I'm portuguese.

Around the community i've done a lot of stuff... a bit of Machinma here, a bit of storytell there, a bit of CC making over there... yeah, i'm sort of a Jack -of-all-trades.

My name is Olive Specter. I am 88 years old. My house is located in the northeast part of Strangetown, where the local cemetery is located, and I am a widow.I am now on the tenth stage of my Slacker career and I come home no later than 2 AM every day. I smoke and sometimes drink.I’m in bed by 2 AM, and make sure I get eight hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually fall asleep without any problems until I am fully energized(bruh) . Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. I was told there were no issues at my last check-up. I’m trying to explain that I’m a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. I take care not to trouble myself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause me to lose sleep at night. That is how I deal with society, and I know that is what brings me happiness. Although, if I had to step over someone’s corpse to achieve my goal, I would do so. 

The Coffeesmith Project - Mod Blend º1 - Barista Plus

Hey long time no see, how is everyone doing! So this was something that was on the works for a while before It evolved into it’s own mega project, So for those that don’t know, I’m a bit of a coffee appreciator, and I like to have options for my simmies, so it became a separate project of its own. Mod Blends are just that - Mods that enhance the experience of having some of these objects within your game, as I’m about to show you, right now this is the only Mod Blend, but depending of how much I start to mess with things, others will come in the future. So, what does Barista Plus do?

this on the other hand, is a version of the game with Barista Plus In a nutshell, it allows for custom espresso bars to spawn their own Baristas in unowned community lots!!!! It has been something that has been bugging me since I found out that custom Espresso Bars didn’t have this functionality. But why didn’t they work, you might ask. Short Version: EAxis’s Spaghetti Code at it again. Long Version: It’s not that they didn’t work, they clone just fine, however, the Barista NPC Template has this unique BHAV called “Get My Stand”, basically this BHAV is the one that does the detection for the espresso bar, and io and behold, it only detects one GUID from the Uni Espresso Bar, nothing else, hence why none other custom espresso bar couldn’t spawn a Barista.

So what this does is expand the number of GUID’s the BHAV can detect, which allows for them to fully function in an unowned community lot. Right now, it detects: -Around the Sims 2′s Tea Shop Cart -Vitasims’s Victorian Tea Espresso Cart -linegud’s Elegant Espresso -All Espresso Bars I’m about to release. “But wait!” you might ask “are there any Free GUIDs I can use that are natively compatible with Barista Plus” Of course there are, I saved some from my GUID book specifically for this: 0x0093BBF0- 0x0093BBF1- 0x0093BBF2- 0x0093BBF3- 0x0093BBF4- 0x0093BBF5- 0x0093BBF6- Feel free to use any of them, but please do give me a heads up when you use them, I don’t want people taking GUID and accidentally making objects conflict. How to use them: Make it the GUID for the 0,0 Object Data, that’s it, that’s as simple as that. If you know of any other espresso bars on the wild or if you have your own already on the works with GUIDs and anything, please do tell and I’ll update the mod accordingly. Autonomous crafting for all teen+ Sims

I've never before been so happy to share a creation! Get ready to get crafting, because it's about to get autonomous! Released today in collaboration with the wonderful @joplayingthesims who has built a community lot for the mod, seen in the pictures below. Exciting!

In my game, I have a community lot with crafting stations for Sims who can't afford one, or don't have space for one. But as I visited it recently with one of my college students wanting to learn flower arrangement, I got a bit depressed by all the empty stations and the other visitors just standing around chatting. I wondered if anyone had added autonomy, and I came upon iCad's autonomy enabler. While neat, it only adds autonomy for the active household which is the opposite of what I wanted. So I made my own that enables it for visiting Sims as well, only to quickly realize how annoying that got. All these Sims asking me to pick a recolor for them, blergh! So I went on tweaking, fixing the annoyances as they came up, and here we are! Finally it is possible to have a lively crafting studio where all Sims participate, without being annoying for you the player! Are you excited? Because I am excited!

What does the mod do? - Enables autonomy on "make many" and "continue" (see readme for more info on why not make one) for all five original crafting types - Robots, toy making, flower arrangement, pottery and sewing - Does NOT charge your Sims money for background Sim crafting. Money sounds and visuals show for all Sims, but only your current households crafting charges household funds. - By default only autonomous on community lots. Has optional autonomy on residential/apartment lots, you can enable autonomy on those lot types by placing the Autonomy Toggler object somewhere on the lot (custom object made using parts of the FT crafting clutter, found in hobbies/misc for 1 simoleon). I set it up this way as residential autonomy sounds irritating to me, but I'm all about flexibility for the user. Perhaps you want to run arts classes at your residential playable school, or you simply like autonomy more than I do :) Please note that autonomy advertisement is tuned with community lot use in mind, so it might be higher than you'd want for residential. If there's interest I am happy to make a second version with lower advertising for those who primarily want residential use. If you are somewhat familiar with TTAB edits yourself, you can try changing attenuation code to low or medium to limit advertisement distance which will reduce appeal to Sims. - Fixes annoyances with background crafting, such as selecting recolors and pop ups about progress - Changes inventory mechanics to allow for owned studio-type use, in case you'd like a friendly owner Sim present to provide instruction. Crafting now only goes to business lot owner if done by an employee, otherwise crafting Sim gets the object. Includes home business, so if it bothered you that family members don't get to keep their work, this also fixes that. If that part annoys you, see readme for how to remove this feature.

Conflicts: Only known conflict is iCad's original autonomy enabler, you have to pick if you want hers version of autonomy, or mine :) Readme contains breakdown of the functionality of all parts, to help you decide a load order should you encounter conflicts. It should be possible to resolve conflicts though if there are any others, so please report them to me :)
