My father just asked me if I wanted to sit in on a call hosted by the CDC for epidimiologists, infectious disease doctors, pandemic experts etc... to listen and discuss the latest findings on the variants et al.

I was like nah, you can catch me up later but, dang! I feel super fortunate this guy adopted me. I still buy the occasional lotto ticket but, to be clear: I feel as if I’ve already had a significant win.

We played Resident Evil 2 Revelations over the weekend (we like it since we can both play on the same console & tv). So, it was super cool because we did something we’ve been talking about for a while: we scored ASS together ☺️

Actually, it’s prolly the game letting us know we played like ASS 😔

I really don’t understand the concept of a “side piece”. If there’s a mutual attraction between us - I would definitely introduce you to my partner because there’s a strong possibility you’ll be attracted to them as well (our personalities are very similar & we’re both pretty cute). Why would I exclude my partner from the possibility of shared attraction & emotional connection?

If there isn’t a shared attraction between all of us... Then, that’s that. Friendship? Possible. Side piece? Nope.

It’s very liberating to be able to express attraction to other people without judgement or jealousy when you & your partner are confident in your approach to potentially sensitive emotions. There is no scenario in which I would hide those feelings from my partner & I know they feel the same way. (I mean... we talk about these things all the time.)

A visitor stopped by this afternoon

I got back on my board for the first time in like 5 years. I prolly didn’t look this cool (I can’t ride barefoot) but, I gotta say - I still carve it up pretty well.

Also, I’m no expert on Palestine but, my sister went there a few years back (she is an activist/documentarian) & she is close friends with many people over there. The whole situation is simply terrible.

So, got my 2nd dose of Moderna & it kinda sorta knocked me sideways. That being said - I would 100% do it again. If the aches I felt were a fraction of what the actual virus feels like... damn!

Also, I found this bobble head in my father’s home office (I think my sister got it for him). Pretty sure he dropped it so, the “fist-bump” broke off.

Turns out my dad had a meeting with Dr Fauci years ago & they share a similar upbringing. Yep, my dad’s a pretty accomplished guy I guess.

Okay, so, this is literally me.
