Eating ice because I know I’m bored not hungry.
Been eating 1200 calories for a couple days now while eating healthier food and I genuinely believe it’s going to work because tbh I was consuming around 2500-3000 calories before so a cut like this has to work.
You know it’s time to lower the calorie intake when you can feel your fats rolls while sitting
The only thing that will make me break my fast is feta pasta but then again it’s PASTA filled with so many calories and carbs.
